Most agents I met with were extremely respectful and polite. On the other hand 2 workers wasted my time due to carelessness and deceit. Also talked to owner who has no consideration or cares as well. Do not recommend this place as other agencies are in the area that best it by a landslide.Update: Owner then had the nerve to reply to my review basically saying I’m lying and his employees never have.

Great location if you are looking for a long time position that is pin pointed off of your work history and skill set. Not your typical temp service. Makes sure to fit you in an opportunity to watch you grow and get hired on not just to fill a number for a short time period.

They are a very good temp place to work threw, offer drawings for free prizes just by going to work on time and staying the shift everyday. No complaints really, went in and the same day they gave me a interview and started my job 3 days later came in hand for the spot I was in at the moment, Im glad I was referred to them becouse u didnt know about them and never heard about them before hand.

Went in for an interview with Rachel . She was absolutely fantastic she found plenty of job options for me and help me pick the right one ! I would love to work with people share over and over again wouldn’t want any other temp agency!

I was out of the work force for fifteen years and they found me a temp to hire permanent job in less than a week! They were so respectful during the whole application process and have followed up with me to see how the job was going.

Unbelievably rude people here . I apparently missed an email (they admitted it probably went to a spam folder, which it did), then tell me that I am unreliable because of a missed phone call. For a company who claims to help people, they are about as far from that as possible. I would not waste your time, unless you like being insulted.*UPDATE*As you can see by their reply to my review, this place refuses to take any responsibility for their own problems. Avoid them like the plague.

Peopleshare found my resume on indeed and gave me a call about a mechanical position that they needed filled. I wasn’t currently looking for a job. But there offer was on point. All my interviews went great and they said I was more then qualified. They got me on the job on the upper part of the pay spectrum that was offered. And the job I now have is great so far I got a 3 Dollar an hour raise, my own company vehicle and basically make my own hours with unlimited overtime. The people at peopleshare we’re very nice and easy to work with

PeopleShare helped me get a job in August of 2018 as an operator when I had lost my previous position due to layoffs. They were able to match my skills up with and offer me a position with decent wages. 3 months later I was hired on just as they promised me. I went to work everyday and applied myself, and was then was offered an even better position within the company in inventory control. Thanks to peopleshare im actually working at a place that I like. If you need help finding a job or possibly a great career, these people can definitely help.

I started with this company and within a matter of 3 months I was permanently places in a job which I love. And they helped me get there and gave me all the tools for success

I think because a lot of the jobs they offer are warehouse/distribution center positions, she feels she has the right to treat people as if they are inferior. The work they obtained for me is a Saturday only gig to supplement my full-time 9-5 employment. I have a four year degree and it’s not from the University of Pheonix. I think she confuses being an employer herself and working for a staffing agency. You find jobs for people, the COMPANY pays the wages.

I worked for this company for almost eight month, this a fantastic agency. I have no complains, everyone I came in contact with in people share were kind, understanding of any problems that you were experiencing, remember we all have an off day and no oneis perfect. So if you are seeking employment and are discipline in your work etc seek to work for this company. Also assignment are to be treated with the uttermost respect, keep yourself to you and do your work. Try not to be absent, be alert, write all and every expierence in a note book, and be positive.

I filled an application on line the lady called me the next day .. We talked for a little while and set up an interview for the next day ..the following tuesday i started to work .. Very nice people at the Chambersburg pa office .. Thank you for believing in me ..

Starting working for Peopleshare about 4 weeks ago at Ventura Foods and at that time the representative was Jessie but now it is a wonderful girl by the name of Taylor. To describe her in one word it would be AWESOME. Always a smile and calls almost on a daily basis since I am just a part-time employee on an on-call as needed. She makes going to work thru Peopleshare a pure pleasure and hope that someone there at Peopleshare gets this review and recognizes her for the job she is doing. I would highly suggest anyone that is looking for full/parttime work to go thru this company.

I did not make it through the interview process. I dealt with a very rude woman named Katie Miller. My first encounter began when I walked into people share. Katie confronted me, looked me up and down, gave a dissatisfied look, then asked how I could be helped. I thought that was odd, seeing as though there wasnt anything about my looks that had seemed unprofessional or dissatisfying. My plan was to get an interview on the spot. I dismissed the look and proceeded to tell her that I was looking employment and was given an application and a date for an interview because she said they do every thing by appointment. I did not come to the interview. I was told that I couldnt work with multiple agencies at once. Then about a week later, Katie calls and asks to set up another interview. I call her back, explain to her who I am and she says ugh! and hangs up the phone. I thought that was extremely rude and uncalled for because she called me. I would not have been offended if I had recieved a call back, an excuse, or even an apology but I didnt. I thought about it and called her again later that day. She listens to what I have to say this time and finds a time for an interview that fits both of our schedules. The day of the interview, and about an hour prior, I have an extremely urgent family emergency. So I call to ask to reschedule for another day. I tell her I have an extremely urgent family emergency. She says When later today? At 1 or 2? And I say okay 2pm. Thats okay. I knew Id much rather be in the hospital with my family during their time of need but I figure I might be able to make it work. I also figure that my family has more patience than Katie based on how shes treated me in the past on the phone and that I asked to reschedule another day and she pushed for today. Plus, I did want her to find me suitable employment. On the phone, she says I dont reschedule and this is the second time. Are you actually going to be here at 2pm?. I shockingly answered Uh, uhm, yes. I will be there at 2pm. However, Im writing this review from the hospital with my family all around me upset, frustrated, and some injured and I do not want to come in for an interview at 2pm with Katie Miller. I would not feel comfortable working under her. I think this woman was overly rude to me and for this reason, I believe an interview with her would be pointless for me. She made my entire Peopleshare experience an awkward and offensive one. Katie Miller is the reason I give Peopleshare a one star review. I did not work with anyone else.
