I don’t know if it’s because they are “working from home” but it’s very frustrating when simple details aren’t paid attention to to the point where they are texting the wrong number, or they didn’t know where you worked before even though it’s on your resume ... or texting you, and not even knowing who you are, asking for the SAME information over and over .. had me drive to HAGERSTOWN to take a drug test when I live in waynesboro Pennsylvania.. then I get there and it’s a 3-4 wait, so I have to take my drug test in Pennsylvania the next day .. for them just to give up on finding me a job. It was a week worth waste of my time, I could’ve taken a different opportunity somewhere else .NEVER AGAIN .& calling the recruiter manager, he didn’t really care, and made excuses on top of excuses for his recruiter .NEVER AGAIN

Terrible service I’ve came here repeatedly in the passed 3 months and said they were gonna give me a call back but never did left me hanging no explanation at all. I found two jobs on my own in the meantime dealing with these people. Well long story short a week later Im starting a job that I tried to get 9years ago. Honestly this lady is truly amazing she is a real star.

I had a career change happen back in Feb. 2018 that Aerotek in Chambersburg had a helping hand with. I started work within a week of going in, they had found exactly what I was looking for.Now that I have gone on maternity leave, I thought things would get stressful. I was quite surprised when they did not!My recruiter Toby Cook & the payroll lady Lisa has been more then accommodating in every way possible! I am Thankful for their service provided.

Overall experience was pretty awful. Recruiter found my resume and called me, scheduled an interview and then I had an interview with the company a few days later. Aerotek representative called incessantly prior to the interview, and then stopped after. Called them back and they promised theyd be in touch either way (if I got the job or not) ; havent heard from him since.I dont care if I didnt get the position, but have the integrity to follow-up with clients. Its never alright nor is it professional at all to leave someone in the dark.I called back a final time and found out the original recruiter who contacted me was no longer with the company. Aerotek never contacted me (and I doubt they contacted their other clients) to let them know.Found a legitimate job on my own accord.Overall absolute waste of time & highly unprofessional. Would never recommend this joke of a company to any one.

I’ve been working with aerotek for about 5 years. I’ve only taken about two/three jobs from them. But every time I’ve came back to them. They have treated with with nothing but respect. They are a great place to get a job from. But you can’t just expect them to do all the leg work. I’m currently on a job and in the process of a transfer to company.

Waste of time. They’ll help you find one job, tell (lie to) you that you’ll get hired on after a certain amount of days/time, and then ignore you once you get terminated from that assignment. You’re better off finding a job on your own.

They are always young but honest. They mostly are looking to fill warehouse positions and positions that you have to have a lot experience in the field for them to suggest you to a client. Not impressed.Spherion was better at getting me a postion, plus they found something that matched both me and their client.Aerotek just told me that they couldnt suggest me to their client and that was the end of that! No communication since.

I was very surprised, I thought temp agencies only placed people in warehouse type positions (not that thats a bad thing) it was just unexpected. Alia is great, she was able to get me an interview with a nursing home the very next day. It has been one week & I am almost done with the pre hire process. Everything is going very quick & smooth. I was unsure about a temp agency after that last one I was thru. But after a couple very detailed meetings and conversations with Jarrad Spangler, he found me my dream job. Not only is the job only 2 miles from my house but the past was increased from my previous position just in my first day. He worked his butt off for a week with this company to get me the maximum pay which was more then I was asking. I applied for numerous jobs on there website and called and left messages and never heard anything from anyone in return

I got hired into the company they placed me with my recruiter call me all the time to check up on me and how things were going all in all they did great

I liked working for them, but they didnt take out state taxes. I owed a lot of money.
