Moved out of old apt asked for serviced to be moved to my place, its been almost two weeks I still have no internet access and my old phone number is still active after several calls to ye good ol at$t Cs center countless hours on hold not to mention the lies told I would have service in a week, told they would mail me a hotspot, the only thing they mailed me was a bill. Even gave me a phone number to use and an account number neither of which was any good. Absolute Nightmare for me

Definitely better than sprint. They have lots of upgrade options and are really helpful when it comes to customer service. Their pricing is also fairly good considering the level of coverage they provide. Word of caution: it seems wherever sprint does well in coverage att fails miserably and vice versa. So if you work somewhere or live somewhere known for sprint service you may want to avoid cuz trust me, its super noticeable. Lots of choices for cases and car chargers at this location too.

Just came from the att store and the sales guy was completely useless. Told me common sense no duh information. You can tell the person was lazy. What a disappointment!
