On May 23rd 2021 a hotel in your portfolio(The Bristol San Diego) damaged my vehicle while in the care of the valet, after filling out a damage report and speaking with the general manager Rob Vaine I was refused insurance information and now a month later nobody will return my calls or calls from my insurance to collect information for payment of damages done by your valet driver.The unprofessionalism of this entire situation doesnt seem to line up with your websites promises of Integrity or courage. You should take a better look at the hotels you aquire and manage or the incompetent employees they hire.

Gross hotels, poor management, got bed bugs and spoke to the manager he said, yeah, that room is a problem but the owners wont buy a new mattress. Really? Called management office, was told to talk to the operations person. No call back. Why are they in business? Slumlords of hotels. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
