Hello!I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Steven and Eastridge Workforce Solutions as a team member for the latest Final Fantasy XIV Fan Fest event.Everything went smoothly! Steven communicated primarily through email and handled all the required paperwork in person on site. It was a great experience and I hope to work the next event!Just a tip, be sure to bring two acceptable forms of identification. My California drivers license was good enough to establish my identity, but I also needed to prove that I was able to legally work in the US. Luckily, my roommate has access to my passport and I was able to get a picture of it!

Eastridge is an awesome company to work through! As a worker Ive been given opportunities to work across the USA at fair pay. Additionally, the companies I have worked for (Only 2 different ones at this point) have been wonderful and very accommodating. Work for me has also been rather steady for 4+ months, so if you are in need of a temporary solution between jobs Eastridge is for you. As an added bonus, the people I have worked with under Eastridge have been incredibly competent. Obviously a bonus for both workers and those looking to get temporary staff through Eastridge. On the administrative side, their website is very easy to use and Eastridges staff is very quick with responding to emails. Honestly have no complaints with them, you get exactly what is on the tin and then some with Eastridge.

I really like how management organized everything. They were very engaging and attentive to our needs, which made us feel confident, like we were valued and appreciated. I really felt like we were a part of the team which is very important to me. The energy and excitement with the team was phenomenal! We were excited, and pumped up, to work the Final Fantasy event in Las Vegas Nevada. The client was happy, the attendees were happy, which made the whole show experience in its entirety a success!

The amazing and thoughtful Eastridge folks help us find staff, interview, and handle day to day personnel concerns for our call center. They are very quick to respond to issues big & small and are always trying to think ahead to see how they can serve our needs better.

I’ve been working for Square Enix, Inc. through Eastridge for about 8 months now and also worked Square Enix’s booth for E3 2018.From the start, Steven U. has been a huge help and has been open for communication pretty much any time I need anything (which has been quite a bit since I’m a bit overzealous with planning and organization, haha). Emails are quickly answered and any issues with work or scheduling are quickly addressed.When I am not on assignment, Steven actively searches for other opportunities based on what I’m looking for and keeps me updated on what becomes available.In my experience, Eastridge has treated me very well. Unlike other agencies I’ve had experience with in the past, they don’t just drop you and stop answering calls or emails when you’re not actively on assignment. I had a three-month gap between contracts earlier in 2018 due to complications with the project I was next assigned to, and Steven was in contact with me every step of the way until the project started up and I was back at work.Overall, I’m glad I get to work with Eastridge. I feel like an actual person who is respected rather than just another means of revenue to the company.
