I found the perfect ring for my niece. The people were really nice to work with. No pressure just good suggestion.

Not happy with the sales at this Kay Outlet place. Was initially told one final price for an engagement ring set and when came the next day to pick it up, charged a whole different price - obviously way higher. The manager does her own pricing and changes it as she wishes. I’d appreciate to be honored the price we agreed on.

Was really excited to get a ring on here to propose to my soon to be fiancé but after placing the order and getting a confirmation number that they had received my payment, only to get an email an hour later stating that my order had been cancelled. Called the customer service number to see what was going on and they said they cancelled the order due to billing information being incorrect and would take 7-10 days for them to refund the money. I understand its for security but I was told that by the time the money gets refunded to my account the ring wont be on sale anymore and there is nothing they can do about it. Really disappointed that I have to now change my plans around and have to pay a higher amount even though they took the money. If the order was cancelled due to billing info I dont understand why they took the money at all if the information was incorrect. Really disappointed that nothing can be done. Will not be doing any further business with Kay.

Customer service here makes you feel part of the family. i have had issues with the Olympia mall location but these ladies jumped in and more than helped made it perfect. I would highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking to make a purchase cause lets be honest jewelry is a big decision.

My fiance purchased our wedding rings at the this kay jewlers. I have had to send my ring back from there 4 times. The first time they sent it back to me with a bent setting, which is unacceptable. It came back two times like that. My fiance has had to send his ring back twice, because they forgot to put it back through the polisher so it was gauged up and scratched. The second time the manager had the audacity to say, you really want to send it back for that scratch. And made an accusatory remark that I had caught my ring in the bedsheets which could have caused my setting to be bent, after my fiance had brought up all the issues we have had so far and wanted and explanation for such terrible repairs on the rings that signify our unity. Do your self a favor and make the trip to the Olympia mall and visit that kay jewlers for professional, courteous service. Dont waste your time going to the Centralia kay jewlers!!!
