Needed a new battery in my Casio and googled Johnston Jewelers. It was about 50 miles round trip to this store but a nice day for a ride. I first called the store to make sure that they can change the battery. When I got there I was helped right away. I gave the watch to a sales person and she went into the back room and came out and asked if I could come back in an hour where upon I told her that I just drove 25 miles to get here. She then made the effort to get me a new battery which I appreciated. After about 15 minutes another associate (very friendly) came out and presented me with my watch which was now set to the correct date and time and running. I also appreciated this extra step. The store had plenty of parking and was easy to get to and would highly recommend this establishment!

Every time I go to Johnston Jewelers I am very pleased when I walk out the door. My husband and I both got our wedding rings from there and Jeremy and his staff are all a pleasure to work with. Its so nice to drop my ring off on my lunch, run errands, & pick it up all within an hour. They have several lines of trendy sterling silver along with classic diamond and gold pieces. I will never shop at another jewelry store!!!

This place went above and beyond when helping me pick out some diamond ear rings to surprise my wife. Not only did the lady helping me explain several details about the diamonds and the design of the earrings (diamond shape, quality, size, cut, height of earring) but also helped me by nicely wrapping them and providing a nice gift bag. This was all appreciated as my purchase was a spur of the moment lunch hour decision. Service was pleasent and no pressure to purchase. All price ranges were neatly presented and explained. Highly recommend.

I always stop in to see Jeremy and his team at Johnston Jewelers when Im back home visiting! He gives a complementary ring check and cleaning with each visit and he gives meticulous attention to my engagement/wedding ring set he helped me design! I highly recommend this family-owned, personalized, friendly jeweler and I frequently recommend them to my friends and family!!
