I recently had my leg amputated and I had to sleep in my recliner until I can afford a medical bed. Well my recliner at home was a recliner rocker it was not stable enough for me to get in it from my wheelchair and I took a bad fall. I called Rent A Center Out of desperation and Talked to the manager Andrus (sp?)helped me and got me a chair the very next day even though he said He cannot have it delivered until next week I said that’s not gonna work I can’t fall again he had it there the next day by 4 o’clock and the chair is perfect for me, it’s an electric chair and I just want to thank you guys so much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!By far the worst management I have ever been exposed to as a customer. The manager of this store is argumentative and tried to cancel my order after they were supposed to deliver the furniture. I had already paid and was told I had to come in within 7 days for a refund. Shortly after she called back (still argumentative) and told me that they would still like to deliver.

I love it here. Always friendly and helpful. They are like a family and lay down everything you need to know before you buy anything

Rude management pushy some of sales associates very nice. Quick delivery also quick to attempt to take back showed up at closing of day due to take back without even a call. Then when did want picked up took 3 weeks

Rent a centers employees are extremely rude. I was out of town for the day and my 2 15 year old daughter where at home and the employees from rent a center harassed my daughters for hours and threaten them with the police and would not leave my home. They sat outside my home for over a hour waiting to see who came in and out of my home.they scared my girls and thats not right for them to do.

I stopped in the other day and I was amazed!I wasnt even in to rent anything and before I even asked for assistance the female manager approached me smelling like alcohol and gardener snakes.

We started using them when we needed a refrigerator at the ranch. We just cant afford to pick it back up and run with it, yet.
