My order is over a week late for important product. I have been on hold for almost a hour. The tracking keeps telling me delivery tomorrow as it has for over a week. Every single order I get has a hole in the side. If it was my option I would never use them again

Got a call for our delivery showed up they could not find the order paperwork problem not under my name even though they called me to pick it up 30 minutes later final get loaded up but everything else very smooth.

Management does not care about the employees below them. They dont engage them unless it is to tell them they made a mistake.no positive praising or kudos whatsoever. The moral is VERY low.

Had to go by here a couple times to pick up some solar equipment. They were extremely quick. The guys in the yard loading the stuff into my truck was friendly and careful too. One of the times coming here, I happened to go to the wrong location and they were able to help me find the right place.

I got a quote of $310.59 to ship a 300 pound test bench.  The weight was a guestimate, as they were supposed to weigh the package.  They just picked it up and didn’t tell me the weight or even if they weighed itMy buyer sent the quoted amount and I thought everything was OK.  Four weeks later Reddaway sends me a bill that I owed an additional $184.05.  I can’t go after my buyer because he sent the agreed upon amount.  So now I’m out $184 because of Reddaway’s ‘bait and switch’ tactics.  This is no way to do business.As it turned out the package weighed 55 pounds more than our estimate.  I would have been willing to up my amount that the buyer was to pay if I had known about the weight difference.  But they charged me $26.20 for reweighing, $29 more for a single shipment, and $98.26 more for a fuel surcharge, plus $30.59 for who knows what.Their representative was totally uncooperative.

Very friendly staff and always on time

I have used Reddaway for years to haul nursery stock (trees and shrubs). Today they claimed that they dont ship live plants. I even had a quote for a shipment ready to ship today but they still claimed they dont ship live plants.I called customer service and they claimed they will ship them but then the freight quote department would not give me a quote.I have shipped live trees with Reddaway for over a decade, several shipments per year. Not anymore. Terrible service!
