16 years of driving, And this is the most thorough smoothest and informative orientation I have ever had.! This company will take very good care of you. if you are in a job transition From any company that does not value you or treat you for what you are worth.! I would say stay away from the mega companies and check these guys out.!

When I worked there I had Mike Card personnel came to my desk and told me to tell a driver in the wind fleet to drive WITHOUT a permit in Texas even though Texas troopers knew the driver didnt have a permt, I refused and so did the driver since it was his CDL on the line, but Jason and Mike still tried to force the driverThats the type of management at Combined

Passed this on 95 N just south of Kingsland, Ga. Very good job securing this heavy load.

One of their drivers almost killed me with one of their trucks, in central point Oregon, off of exit 33. The truck driver was making a right on a red light, while I was driving straight on a green light. The driver flicked me off after, I had to slamm on my breaks. I followed to get his truck number while I called the companys corporate office. While I was trying to get connected the driver came by my window acting all tough. I spoke to their customer service, and SADLY IN SOUTHERN OREGON THERE ARE NONE, AND THEY SHOWED ZERO CARE ABOUT MY LIFE THAT WAS GOING TO END EARLIER. MY SUGGESTION IS SLAMM into THEM AND SUE THE HELL OUT OF THESE GUYS! THEY DONT DESERVE RUNNING A BUSINESS LIKE THAT!

I can only speak from the experience as a family member of an employee, but the company has started to go downhill the last two years, after being great at first. Ive found that they are like most companies currently, who will emphasize the fact that they care about you and your family to reel you in, before going against that later. Essentially, they care as long as it doesnt cost them money/potential profit, or inconvenience them at all. Even the four days off per month is dependent on their workload, no matter if you have been out as long as two or three months without home time. I realize that this is standard in the industry, but its disingenuous to claim that youre different if thats not the case.My main point is, just be aware of what youre getting into.

I’d give them a d plus. I stayed out an average of 2 months at a time, and when my home time would come up the ether try talking me out f it or just make me late. Was absolutely ready to quit. I lost the want to try to please them. Just my personal opinion. To be honest I did get miles, but only asking nicely, then asking again and sitting for days an then calling and quitting and being talked back into working for them.Kinda like the swift of glass
