The customer service is zero to none. Not only the customer service lady ran my credit card WITHOUT my permission ( I only give her the card number because she demanded a prepayment for the rest of the seasons the service with a discount, she ran my card for the single service which I didn’t agree to) the OWNER Maryanne also HANG UP on me. They had such a big attitude from the very beginning. The pricing differs every time I talked or texted them ( text records are saved for reference) Will not recommend this business to ANYBODY. Don’t waste your time with them and THEY DONT CARE.

We love Frodshams. Theyve brought our lawn back to life in both the homes weve lived in. Their prices are much better than the other options in the area and the customer service is as good as it gets. We always know ahead of time when theyd like to stop by and theyve always been open to our questions and concerns and made special trips out to our home to take care of additional requests.

They are amazing. They know what you want and know how to do it . Prices are perfect for any budget. I am very picky about my lawn. And it looks amazing.

They have been great to work with. I highly recommend them for fertilizing the lawn and grub suppression. Ive only ever had one issue and it was completely my fault, but they still went out of their way to fix it. The best part is they are local. I love to support local. So much easier to work with than the large chains. I dont know the name of the receptionist who answers the phone but she is easy going and great to work with.Update:I just read the other reviews and was very surprised by the bad review. Im of the complete opposite opinion of Negative Noodle. In fact, over the last two years Ive noticed 5 other houses in just my neighborhood with a little white Frodsham flag sticking out of the lawn so they must be doing something right.

We have used frodsham for a few years, and our lawn had moderate success. After not prepaying this year, the services requested were not done and we were billed for other unwanted services. Be careful if you choose to not use the prepay option or discontinue their service.

TERRIBLE customer service. We have used them since last summer and I am not impressed. A year into it our lawn was not looking any different, so we called them to talk about it and the customer service person who answers the phones was so difficult. She blamed us for watering wrong even though we followed their watering schedule exactly. Then I decided to start watching them the next time they came out. I watched and the guy came and walked around my half acre lawn in less than 5 minutes. He missed more than half of the lawn, he was in and out so fast I could not believe it. So I called them and got the same lady who argued with me and told me that I was wrong and her guys dont do that. Then they magically came back later that day, this time for literally 3 minutes, hit one spot and were gone again. You get a double whammy with this company. First it is a crappy product and second when you try to express your concerns to them, the office lady is incredibly rude and condescending to you. I will never use this company again.

The ladies in the office are very rude and unprofessional to talk to. Ive never been treated so poorly. Sad to see small businesses treating their customers like this!

I called this morning and spoke to Maryann, or at least I think it was her, shes always the one that answers, I had spoken with her about renewing our services for the year, but after thinking about my conversation, I have decided I no longer want to do business with their company, my family has been receiving treatments from this company for several years now between myself, and my dad before I moved in here, my grandparents also used their services for years before that, because one thing about them was your lawn looked pretty. But you know, when the Manager/Co-Owner of the company is so blatantly rude to their customers, I would just rather do company with a big corporate business. Because at least when I call customer service they at least fake being nice to you. I felt like a low life piece of dirt when I got off the phone with her, because I had fallen behind on a couple of payments last year, Ive always paid their company in full, and to this day, they are paid off... and to just be treated like a white trash piece of garbage I wouldnt even recommend this company to others I know. Every encounter Ive had with them, whether it was scheduling services, calling to make a pmt (on time mind you), or whatever it was for, shes always been extremely rude and put out. Guess it doesnt always pay to be mean does it? Also, one of their service men peed in front of my house when he stepped out of his truck to do our treatment a couple of years ago, right out in front of my house, for the world to see. I called and spoke with them about this situation, but not sure if anything was every done about that situation. Not very professional at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone, because regardless of how good their services are or not, customer service is everything to me.

I noticed some reviews on line that I felt are unfair to Frodsham Better Lawns. I have been very happy with my lawn service from Frodsham. I live in a semi-rural area and have an orchard next to my front lawn. The dandelion problem in the past has been the worst! I tried service with the big companies and never got any positive result. Since changing to Frodsham several years ago, the dandelion patch completely stops at my property line. It is an amazing thing to see in the spring. My lawn is always incredibly green and healthy. They have helped me to control grubs and fungus and my lawn has never looked as good as it does with their care. I am truly grateful for their service and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Ive had excellent service. Ive had Frodsham Lawn Care for a number of years and always been pleased with the results. When Ive needed to contact them I have always been treated in a friendly and respectful manner!

Im disappointed with the customer service. It used to be excellent but they made some changes and the person I dealt with in the past is no longer there (I guess). Whomever Ive talked to now is not helpful...and she doesnt seem like she likes her job! Plus, I started using them 3-4 years ago (only 3 treatments each summer) and my lawn looked good. With 3 treatments, I dont expect perfection but it was actually really good. This year, it is as bad as it was when I first started. Something has changed so I wont continue using them anymore.

We payed for the entire year up front and they came a couple weeks back and sprayed our first application. We noticed there were still quite a few weeds popping up so my wife called there office, two hours later they were here respraying. Very impressed!!!!!!

I called on Monday, they had someone out by Wednesday to look at my trees, and do what needed to be done for this time of year, prompt and knowledgeable and did not try to over sell me on stuff i did not need. great company would recommend

I used to fertilize our lawn myself, but when I broke my leg, I called on Frodsham. I couldnt believe it. The lawn has never looked better! No more weeds. Just plush green gras. I highly recommend them!

Amazing care and attention to detail.

Lawn looks great! We revived a dead yellow firehazard of a yard to a beautiful lush green lawn. Frodshams was a big part of that transformation. Many neighbors have taken note and are also Frodshams customers now, too.
