Chandee is such an incredible stylist!! She’s very talented and her customer service is stellar! I always love my hair when she does it.

I brought my little boy in for his first hair cut and Denise was amazing. She gave him clips to play with while cutting his hair, was able to adapt to all his wiggling, and gave him a really good, stylish hair cut. I would definitely recommend this location for children’s haircuts!UPDATE: I continue to be happy with this location. My son loves the animal cape and the gel they put in his hair. He’s excited to get his haircut each time.

Kayla cut, lightened and toned my hair. She was able to get it to the exact color I was looking for. I love that the stylist really listen to what you.

I went in right when they opened (8am) so I was seated and helped right away. The stylist who helped me was very kind and made me feel welcome. I just got a trim and it was quick, I was in and out in less then 20 min! Got just what I wanted/needed at a reasonable price.

I love the Centerville location! I have been to all the stylists there and every one of them is fantastic! It is a very friendly environment, and they do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Chandee is a rockstar and she gives my sons the BEST haircuts! I won’t go anywhere else :)

Amy did an outstanding job on my hair its long thick and naturally curly hard to cut evenly she is one of two beauticians that did it perfectly I am over forty so thats alot of bad cuts I read reviews before I went to get hair done not sure what Matt K was going on about only thing I can think of is his job must require him to show clients on what not to look like to be professional I could only imagine what his hair looked like before Amy gave him a real cut it sounds like Matt is just a miserable man and want to talk jive on others everyone knows misery loves company Thank you Amy I will be coming back and so will my husband his hair is the same long thick and curly.

I made an appointment online. Got there early- closed. Waited 15 minutes- nobody ever came. Left- nobody called me. Not sure if its really open for business anymore.

Completely disrespectful salon.To start off, when I got there, nobody was there but one stylist who was on his cell phone. He gave me the wait a minute finger and walked to the back of the salon. After about five minutes he returned and apologized that he was on the phone (as if I couldnt see that when I walked in). He introduced himself to me as Nelson, the new salon manager.During my haircut, we were talking as is customary. Apparently I started talking about a subject that he didnt approve of. How I would know this as he was giving me feedback and conversing with me about the topic is beyond me. He then stopped mid cut, and asked me to leave. I asked him what I did and he said that You are the problem with our society referring to what WE were talking about. I apologized and asked why he didnt ask to talk about something else if he didnt like the conversation. Nelson then threatened to call the police on me if I didnt leave.Everyone is entitled to an opinion. If he didnt like the conversation that he was participating in, the proper thing to do is ask to change the subject. Then he insults my views and threatens to call the police after apologizing if I had offended him. I had to end up buzzing my head because another salon wasnt able to fix his half-way finished attempt at cutting hair.This is the management that Super Cuts employs. Chose a better establishment!

After a fairly bad dye job elsewhere, I walked in hoping they could help me. Paige did wonderfully, and listened to what I was saying when I wasn’t even sure how to fix the mistakes made. My hair is beautiful! Fair price and great service.

My haircut was rushed and therefore really sloppy. She was more interested in getting off her shift and her Saturday night plans. After hacking at my hair, the end result was nothing like what I asked for. I will find a different salon and stylist in the future.

Horrible! Took my son to get his sides shaved and asked for a 1/2 inch trim in the front. When I told her I wanted it shaved shorter in the back she says to me” I know what I’m doing”. Ok but do what the customer asks! 3 times I told her just a 1/2 inch off the front, she proceeds to cut off 2 inches of his natural curl! When my son said something she says” it needed my attention “. Not for you to decide what the customer should have!! Had no choice but to let her finish. Now the curls he had been growing out for a year are gone☹️

WARNING.. ! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS..!Just got a cut by Amy at the Centerville store. Explained in detail that all I wanted was for my current hair style to look exactly like it did when I came in, just a little shorter. I asked ff she understood. Amy said yes.She then began to do the exact opposite of what I had asked. I stopped her and again explained that all I want is just a little bit off and that I did NOT want my hair to be the exact same length all the way around. She started to argue saying no it will look better if I do it the way I want it. I told her all you need to do is take a little off. I DO NOT want it to be the same length all around my head.She said she understood. I took my classes off again so she could finish. What I ended up with is the most disgusting military looking Buzz cut I have ever seen. EXACTLY what i told her I did not want. I deal with the public in a sales position every single day. My appearance is very important for how I make my living.This experience is not only frustrating but will interfere with how I make my living. To make matters worse. Her customer service was atrocious. WORST hair cut I have ever had to pay for.save yourself some serious grief and avoid them like the plague..!

Went in to Centerville store at 4:40 on Sunday August 23rd. They close at 5. I was promptly and curtly told they could not accommodate me. So I left and went to Sport Clips in Bountiful who also closes at 5. Found a welcoming staff of 4 and a wait time of 25 min. As we waited they accommodated everyone who walked through the door. Thats good customer service. I wont be back to Supercuts

I have been having my hair done at a more expensive salon which was double the price. I thought I should try somewhere more decently priced. I have always hated that even though I have short hair salons would charge me more just because I was a woman. This place charges the same either way! :) And to be honest, the customer service was way better than the salon I had been going to before. They listened to my concerns about my hair and did exactly what I asked for.

One of the only places my son will get his hair cut. Hes very particular and theyve always been kind and considerate.

Always get a good haircut here. However, there app stinks. It tells me zero minute wait. I then checked in. When I arrived, the wait was 45 minutes.

I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and I dont think that is a good thing. The girl that cut my hair was impersonal, she would not really talk to me but instead would just stop, raise her eyebrows and wait for me to guess what she was wanting to ask. She was very rough with the clippers. I am afraid to see what my neck looks like after this. She was so rough that she would catch them on the side of my head and would lose control of them altogether to the point where she would drop them.

Love the fact that I can set up an appointment online.
