After a long day at work the last thing I wanted to do was be talking to an automated person regarding my insurance questions but to my surprise I was able to call Southern Harvest and get a very professional and informative lady named Laklyn Rogers and she was awesome at answering my questions and she informed me that she would be in the office until 8pm!! I intentionally called back around 7:55pm and was very impressed when she really did answer the phone even though they close at 8pm !! Now that’s the kind of service that will keep me as a customer!!

I dont know what has happened to this Insurance Co! We have had insurance here for years and it was great. In the past couple of months weve had a totally different experience. You can no longer reach them by phone, and when someone does answer, its not the local office and you get told they cant help you! I finally physically went up to the office to get help. I got the changes I needed made and after explaining all the difficulties I had getting in touch with them (which by the way I was out of town trying to call) she gave me an email to use and also I was told the owner/manager would give me a call. Guess what.... the policy has an error on it, owner/manager never called, no reply to email and I cant get ahold of them on the phone again! Once again I go up to the office where there is a paper sign saying temporary hours and they are no longer open on Sat. and close an hour earlier through the week! Of course this was a Sat. Who in the world wants insurance with a company you can never get ahold of! We wont be renewing our policy!

They got me an amazing rate, only problem is my insurance got canceled and notice, nothing. I called numerous times and did they never returned them, spoke with somone and they said they would check in, if anything was wrong they would contact me....now I only found out I had no insurance bc the state sent me a fine notice. I still would give them a try they can do great things with rates, definitely worth a try. Just me sure you keep up with everything.

Not being able to talk to your agent is a bad thing. Since this is the second review and the other one hits the nail on the head about being bounce all over, I will not rehash those items. I am really curious if you want to fix the problem why send us to 2 different phone numbers? It points directly to the problem.I tried to call the number you gave me within 15 mins of your message. I was asked if I want to talk to someone in spanish, then told you are closed. Should I call the other number for further disappointment?I really just want to talk to the agent I signed onto your company with and your phone system has made it impossible. This step would greatly increase your customer bases satisfaction. Look for my information in your database and call me at the phone number I have on file. I would be glad to speak with you.

Southern Harvest Insurance has to be the most unprofessional, unavailable, unknowledgeable insurance agency I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. First, its IMPOSSIBLE to get them on the phone. When I call any of their office locations, I was immediately put on a hold that could last anywhere from 5-10 minutes before 1. someone answered or 2. I got tired of waiting and hung up.My insurance agent in particular (who I will not name, but she knows who she is) ignored emails, calls, took a $11k check from our company and didnt get it off to our insurance agency for a MONTH, during which time we were receiving emails from our insurance agency asking for the payment that we already remitted.I now have the pleasure of working with a Master Workmans Comp Advisor, and we have found fundamental flaws in the way our policy was both written and handled - Southern Harvest Insurance did nothing for us but set us up for impossible premiums and audits. Its going to take us a while to straighten out the mess that Southern Harvest left us with.For the sake of your sanity, your business, or whatever youre insuring - DONT WORK WITH SOUTHERN HARVEST INSURANCE.

The last two months I have been unable to get in touch with anyone at any office and the customer service number puts you on hold forever. All I want to do is make my payment over the phone like I’ve always done. This is getting very annoying

I been at this place for about 2 years now never had a problem until recently with costumer service Ive been calling & calling trying to get my insurance paid with no answer.

This company is far most the worst service ever! Their constantly messing up renewals and other policies.This is the third time they have not been doing their job. They were paying someone elses insurance for 2 mo the with my sisters credit card which left her with no insurance. They dont fax off their paperwork in a timely manner, no communication within the office its self, and they are not apologetic when their in the wrong. Need better agents who have social skills cause I would not in a million years recommend anyone to get insurance from here. If you could rate them a negative zero I would!!!
