Never had an issue but when one came up he wasnt terribly friendly. Got the feeling we were a burden. Both my husband and I on two different days.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you are looking for an agent who is professionalor thorough! After more than eleven years with Wayne, we are looking at other insurance companies because of the complete lack of professionalism displayed by him and his office staff as well as his apparent disregard for our wishes in relation to our car insurance policy. In the past, Wayne demonstrated what we felt to be honest concern for our family and well being but, after our dealings with him and his office over the last five months (and two recent phone calls with him personally) that is no longer the case! After asking Wayne repeatedly for a review of our policy, I was finally told that our family has been eligible for a discount (that was never explained to us) for YEARS! I was told that this failure was my fault because I didnt search the AllState website, create a username and password, log in, search for a paperless option (how would I know what to search for if I had never been told) and then choose to receive the 10% discount. This oversight on my part means we have lost more than $20.00 a month for years. Wayne, if you have lost the desire to look out for your clients or the integrity to do the right thing, PLEASE find another job.
