I’ve been with State Farm for several years now after getting frustrated from other companies repeatedly raising my premiums for no reason and not valuing me as a customer. My experience with Shawn Thacker and his team is exactly the opposite- my bill is constantly being lowered, it has never ONCE been raised. They are always there quickly when I need them and so helpful, I have had zero complaints and will be a customer for life if this type of service continues! I get nothing for writing this review- just to hopefully help others!

After my father passed away I called to add my father’s car that I had inherited to our policy. A few days later I received a condolence card signed by Shawn and the office staff. That was really touching. I won’t forget it.

Shawn Thacker is a fantastic Insurance Agent. He went out of his way to find the plan that would be the best coverage for our home and vehicles, while being the most cost effective at the same time. Recently, when we needed him after a car accident, he went out of his way to make the repair process as smooth as possible for us. Shawn also goes out of his way to help the community. He was an integral part of helping tornado victims by giving of his own time and resources. He also organized a toy drive during the holidays. My husbands car was hit by a tree that had fallen Thanksgiving night. When I contacted Shawns office (I was working with Amanda B specifically) she was very compassionate and professional while taking care of us. She went out of her way to thoroughly explain the process to me in detail and periodically checked up on us throughout the two weeks his car was being fixed.
