The best academy! Teachers are very professional, especially Mrs. Cross, she is EXCELLENT with the kids, teaching defense and discipline.

Nice place, so checking it out. the instructors were friendly, kind, and gave great instructions. There were alot of kids in one class.

We couldnt be happier with our experience at Saddle Rock ATA. The instructors are awesome! Our son has been attending for over two years, and the social and emotional growth hes had has been amazing!

We LOVE Saddle Rock ATA. Two of our kids go here and we chose this location due to the recommendations we received on Nextdoor. The owner is great, her staff is great, and there is a great group of kids that attend.

Unethical at best. We thought we had cancelled our sons membership due to us traveling for the summer and other events coming up in the fall. We saw that the charges stopped and thought everything was taken care of, unfortunately there was a miscommunication around placing our son’s membership on hold versus canceling our son’s membership. After not being billed for 2 months this place automatically started charging us again even though our son had not been back to attend classes. We did not notice the charges until the 4th month, when I called the owner was not available so I left a message for her to return my call. After a week and several messages left by me with no response, I decided to just go to the office after work. At first the receptionist told me that the owner was not there, and that she had passed my messages on to her. Then the owner just happened to walk in. When I confronted her about the issue she said that she had credited 2 of the 4 charges, but she had never communicated this to us at all. When I pressed about having all the charges credited back she explained that she felt that half was fair since we did not actually cancel our membership we had just put it on hold, which was not true. I could not believe what I was hearing. There was obviously a misunderstanding between what my wife had told her and the receptionist and what they understood she was asking them to do. Most reputable companies that had any shred of integrity would have just apologized for the misunderstanding and fixed it, and would never accept payment for services they knowingly never provided. Not ATA of Saddle Rock, this owner thought they were entitled to at least 2 months of payments for nothing. This is not the type of role model I want for my child. When faced with what you would think is an easy decision to do the right thing they instead chose to blame the customer and try to keep money that they had not right to keep, and charge us for services they knowingly did not provide. Like I said at the beginning of this review, Unethical at best!!

The staff at Saddle Rock ATA go beyond the standard to reach each student and help them achieve their goals. They stretch each student at their level to understand where greatness is found. There isn’t a better experience for your child than sending them here!
