The first key was given back to us right away from the machine. But the next 3 were send via mail. It was sent promptly and we got the other 3 in a few days. Works great and theyre really cute designs.

FANTASTIC!! I called over 13 stores and physically went to 3 different facilities to try and get my office key copied and none of them could help me because of how unique it was. FINALLY AFTER 2 YEARS THIS COMPANY COULD HELP ME!! SUPER EASY, INEXPENSIVE, FAST AND JUST AMAZING RESULTS.

I think its a great idea. When hardware stores were closed, I was able to go to anearby grocery store and have a key made.
