These vets and lovely techs have saved my cats life on multiple occasions especially the first time he saw them, after going to a previous vet that saw nothing wrong and turned him away for an emergency appointment. Theyre professional, caring and helped me through many difficult times and even provided me with financial resources I wasnt previously aware of. Without fail they have worked with me to keep my cat healthy and happy. Thank you so much, I owe them everything.
My dog received the best care at Littleton Vet Cliniic for his eye problem. They were able to work Wesley into Dr Mary’s busy schedule for a sick visit. His exam and treatment were performed and explained thoroughly. Since we are new to the area, I really appreciated their compassion and willingness to help my dog.
I have been a client for many years & still a current, I questioned one of the doctors on pricing & god forbid you question them! I have asked twice now for a copy of blood results on lab test for my dog & I can’t get a response, emailed twice now, try leaving them a message on their voicemail - cuts you off - hey your running a business! You took my money! How about respect ? Seems like this corporation of Doctors has grown too fast too quick & forgot about basic principles -?
Yesterday our dog became very ill and it was obvious it was the end. Our regular vet was unavailable, and even though we had never been to this clinic before, they took us right away, and were so absolutely wonderful. It was a very sad but peaceful ending to the life of a beloved pet. RIP Tiki. Blessings to you wonderful staff.
A great vet we’ve gone to for a couple of years, they’ve taken an incredible nosedive recently. We keep calling in the mornings for appointments all week and keep getting told there’s nothing available. And they won’t let us make an appointment in advance. Our 13 year old dog has developed a golfball-sized growth near the corner of his mouth that might be cancerous. But they just tell us to keep calling every day in the morning to ask for appointments that don’t exist.I’m literally going to go to any other vet. Because they can’t provide medical services for their established patients, they’re effectively not a vet anymore.Update: After a negative Yelp review the owner replied and suggested I hadn’t been calling all week but wanted us to call back and get an appointment. That’s what it takes to move the needle here, a negative review. Not potential cancer, but a negative review.
First appointment was good, second not so much. They told me to bring my cat back for a treatment and told me how much Id be charged, but when I went to pick up my cat, they gave me a different (higher) amount to pay. They basically charged me for a service I wasnt told/asked about and when I brought it up, they were very snappy. It wasnt a lot, $40 or $45 but after that I didnt feel like going back. I ended up taking my cats to another vet with more transparent pricing where they had exams, vaccinations, meds and dental work done for over $2000. Had this vet been more honest, I would have had those services done here.Edit: They didnt offer us a refund and when we asked if we could get one, we were told no since the service was already done. The fact that theyre now claiming otherwise proves my point about how dishonest the business is.
The care team at Littleton Veterinary Clinic treat my dog like they would their own. We’ve been going here for a year and a half, ever since our dog was 3 months old. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I’d recommend them hands down to anyone on the street! The team would never try to talk you into something that’s not absolutely necessary. I asked whether they might recommend that we have pet insurance for my blue heeler, but the vet recommended otherwise, that she would say yes for certain other breeds but that blue heelers tend to be very healthy with minor health issues. That saves us some money! Instead of paying insurance, we’re keeping money aside for anything our dog might need later on.We always get reminders on booster shots, flea and worm medication refills, and post-appointment check-ins to see how our dog is doing. After bringing him in once to check out what was a benign tumor on his foot, the vet again saved us some money ($700+) on biopsy and surgery by instead recommending antibiotics, the cone, and letting us see if it heals on its own. I can’t tell you how grateful we are that it healed up completely with just this minimal care, considering money struggles with the pandemic. So fortunate! Thanks LVC! :)
I am so grateful for Dr. Sare and her team! We were visting from out of town when our dog needed medical attention. Littleton Vet Clinic gladly took our pup in and gave him all the attention he needed to get better. They were incredibly friendly, communicative, and efficient in their process. Because of them, our pup is now happy & healing, and I can rest easy knowing that he was in great hands with Dr. Sare. Thank you!
This vet went from being really great, to not caring about its patients at all. All I got was cancelled appointments after being told that my cat could need emergency attention; because my cat wasn’t “sick enough” or about to die. I’m heartbroken and incredibly frustrated.Save yourself the hassle, find a vet that cares more about its patients than about the money
New to the neighborhood and my cat was really stressed from the move and changing humans and developed a gargantuan kidney stone. Made an appointment through the app while at work but was scheduled out three weeks and planned to call when I got home to see if we could be seen sooner. Instead the office called right away to tell me to call back and they would get me in. They have a really busy office, but the staff managed to save us a spot from a cancelation and I was in the same day. The staff and the Vet were attentive, kind and caring, and non-judgmental. They patiently answered my questions and went over charges with me, giving me options on levels of treatment. They are doing their very best to navigate the social distancing and Covid restrictions reasonably. My cat ended up needing surgery and they squeezed him in to a booked weekend morning. They are more reasonably priced than our Denver vet, which was a relief. The Littleton Vets and staff are saints. I recommend highly.
I have been dealing with a pretty ill elderly cat this year. The doctors and techs have spent countless time on the phone and trying to figure out what to do and explain options. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am. Thank you Dr. Laura and Dr. Sare!
Incredibly disappointed. Three times I scheduled an appointment for my dog through the PetDesk app (per the recommendation of the office for more efficient scheduling). The appointments were scheduled weeks ahead of time to ensure I had PTO. However, the staff calls to inform me they want me to schedule a same day appointment. I inform them I cannot make it work and want to keep my appointment. However, I am told my appointment had already been dropped, and requires I reschedule even further out. Whats the point of scheduling if it arbitrarily gets dropped? Beyond frustrating.
I called Saturday, no appointment, was told to call at 8 for an emergency appointment Monday. Started calling at 759, kept going to voice-mail, finally answered at 811 and Im told the emergency apps are gone.As Im talking to her she says we have an 11 available, and the she says, it was just taken. So they have more than one phone, being taken out of order. How do you get an app if you pet is hurt? Have had horrible care at the emergency vets the recommend
Can’t say enough good things about Littleton Vet Clinic and it’s staff. Dr Laura, Dr Mary and the entire staff is so personable. We had two sick puppies, Colt and Bolin who they went above and beyond for. Until they very end, they were by our side, beyond helpful and knowledgable. They truly care about each and every animal and I can’t say enough good things about them and our experience we had with them!
They care about your pet and take really good care of them.
I was so happy to find them 5 minutes from our new house. They are very friendly and helpful, have Saturday and Sunday hours (amazing!!!), and even a rewards program that makes the ongoing care of our fur babies easier to manage financially. They have been helpful each time I had to call for info about my pets vaccine status or test results. My anxious big dog does well with everyone hes met there.
Great care wonderful vets and always willing to go the extra mileThx
We brought our kitten in for his first visit on Friday. We saw Dr. Laura. She was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. I have two other male cats at home that are overdue for exams and I told the doctor and she didnt make me feel bad and listened to my reasons why. Thank you for a great first visit.
I love the Littleton Vet Clinic. I bring my 2 cats in each year for their check up and if we have any emergencies throughout the year. Everyone working there treats the cats with kindness, consideration and are always gentle with them during the exams. I highly recommend the Littleton Veterinary Clinic.
I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. The staff and drs are all phenomenal! Very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. I recently mixed up the dates for a nail trim, LOL I was a whole month off (I blame it on COVID, all the months feel the same). Anyway, they were so nice and accommodating because I was already outside and they found a vet tech to work my dog into their schedule. Its that sort of customer service that keeps me a loyal customer!
We have been taking our dogs here for a few years now, but had a VERY disappointing experience this week. We had an appointment at 4:00 for a wellness exam, pulled up on time and called to let them know we had arrived (this is written during the COVID-19 pandemic and they are doing curbside service only). They told us when we called that they were running about 20-30 minutes late. They could have easily called us earlier and told us not to come on time - but it gets worse. At 4:35 I called to see how much longer it would be and was put on hold until 4:40, at which time they told us it would be another 5-10 minutes. After 40 minutes of sitting in the car on a 90 degree day with two dogs, we told them we would need to reschedule.I understand that sometimes there are emergencies that delay your appointment time. It is one thing when its inside a waiting room, but I believe it is totally unacceptable to leave someone and their dogs waiting in the hot car for more than 40 minutes, and they wanted us to wait for longer! They should have told us when we arrived that they were too far behind schedule and that we should move the appointment.Very disappointing experience and we will be finding a new veterinarian for our dogs.
This is not my normal Vet, but I was referred when I had an emergency. They were very accommodating and made my dog and me feel like we were regulars. Very kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Sara helped get my dog on the road to recovery ASAP. Would recommend!
I absolutely love everyone at Littleton Vet Clinic! They have taken such wonderful care of my two older kitties with such love and compassion!I have recommended them to many friends and family members. If you are looking for a great experience go see them, you won’t be sorry!
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sare’s compassion when we had to bring our dog in on a Sunday to be euthanized. She was so gentle and thoughtful at a very difficult time for us. Thank you for being so wonderful and understanding.Just an update - I first came to this veterinary clinic because they were open on a Sunday and my dog needed to be put down. I have since switched care for all of my pets to this clinic so wanted to provide an update.Everyone at this clinic is outstanding. From reception, to the technicians, to the veterinarians. Prices are very reasonable, and everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is exceptional and I trust the care of my pets to them implicitly.
I wont take my dog anywhere else. Minjja may not like the vet but this place makes it a breeze for him and me. Theyve helped so much, and I appreciate them more than I could say. This place really goes above and beyond if I could rate it higher I would
My Pomeranian needed oral surgery. They were sensitive to me concerns and potential of freaking out. They were gentle and caring to my sweet puppy. Seriously knowledgeable and concerned for the health and well being of animals. I have found my go to veterinarian.
Littleton vet has been my vet for a few years. I can’t recommend them enough. They’ve helped me through several dentals, blood work, exams and urgent needs flawlessly. The front desk and techs are friendly and truly care about animals. I see Dr. Sare mainly and she is well informed, explains labs and procedures explicitly and will let me ask a dozen questions and answer them all. My dogs have seen all the vets working there at one time or another and they are all great and thorough with my dogs care. Thank you for always being there for Hardy and Dany!
I had to find a new clinic after moving to the area, and was so happy to find this one! The staff and doctor were all really friendly, and you can tell they care a lot about their patients and have a lot of pride in what they do. They even sent us home with some cat treats that my cats are obsessed with!
We brought our 4yr old boy here for the first time and he was obviously nervous. He became aggressive and the staff handled the situation very well. They suggested taking him out of the room from mom & dad and he did well. We brought him back for a nail trim and once again they handled him and his nervousness very well. Plus the staff are all so friendly and helpful!!
Awesome experience with Dr Miller-great work with my horses and dogs. Thank you for your competence and care. Dr Laura is also amazing. Thank you ladies!
This place is amazing! I was a new customer with my dog and they are simply amazing. They took good care of my dog as he got everything that needed to be done! Its a nice and clean environment. My dog loved all the people there as they gave him so much attention. Prices are great and affordable and I will be attending more often!
No, like never again. unnecessary labs and rude front desk staff that had no Idea what the labs were for.Just no. No communication from their newbie Vet, I am sorry but my fuzzy face will not be a learning experience for her. I am sure one day she will be a fine vet but it will not cost the life of mine for her to learn.Opted out of their constant emails also. I am sorry but I am old school. I want a vet that talks with you and doesnt spam your email.Nice and competent vets if you can get one (there was only two at the time, maybe one now).. I have been going there for twenty years before it became a spamalot and newbie vision of things. I wont ever go there again with my cat. All Cat Clinic until Dr. Stone Retires. In my opinion they expanded to fast and tried to take on to much. Unnecessary labs were the worst though. Three hundred a pop to tell you that nothing was wrong or the Newbie didnt know what was going on before she would write a script. Unacceptable. I am a nurse and if I practiced this way I would have lost my license as would the physician I was practicing under.TLDR go elsewhere unless you have unlimited funds and want a second hand opinion from a PCP. Never again will I take my babies to this place.
I am so grateful I found Littleton Veterinary Clinic! After not being happy with my other vets office I called Littleton Vet on a whim hoping they could see my Shepherd same day for what I thought was a UTI. They got her in and I was so impressed I asked them to perform a surgery we had scheduled at the other vet. They take great care of my Dolly!
This vet clinic makes me and my dog feel at home. They were all very understanding of the concern I had with my dog and put my mind at ease. Mary and Brittany are very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. I wish I remembered the 2 vet techs names that I adore. Im really bad with names.
I got top-notch service and care for my injured cat at this clinic. Dr. Sare and her staff are excellent clinicians, communicators, and very kind and caring. They have great follow up, and are very up front about fees. They strive to keep it affordable by offering options, while giving you the best care possible. Highly recommend!
We adopted a kitty and received paperwork that gave us detailed information on our first vet visit here. We were met with complaining of Pets Mart, and the rescue agency. Instead of problem solving to help us, we were quoted old contracts and how they no longer work with them. Disappointed with the lack of problem solving skills, professionalism, time wasting, and just being plain treated with disrespect from the veterinarian herself. I didnt like being treated as if we were on for a free ride we could have established a long term relationship if there was kindness and tact involved. Front line staff were great. My suggestion in the future is keep your emotions and personal issues out of the exam room. focus on facts and make the customer service experience better for the next guy.
We have 3 animals, each with unique special needs. Every one at this clinic is kind, patient and they work as a team to take care of your pets. Dr. Mary is wonderful. She is kind and compassionate and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain care options and takes into consideration your thoughts and wishes for your pets life. We have recommended her to friends who have also been thankful to find a vet clinic that provides great pet care at reasonable prices. This is a very simple, clean, competently run clinic. We pass 4 vet clinics on our way here but it is definitely worth the drive :)
The enter staff is wonderful. Their professionalism is only exceeded by their kindness. I would recommend them to anyone.
This Veterinary clinic is amazing. The doctor explained my kittys condition to me clearly. They have great follow up and work with you financially.
I love this place, Dr. Sare is awesome and so are all of the staff. I feel very comfortable taking my dogs there, its obvious they are all animal lovers. Thumbs up!
Theyre always super friendly and efficient! I love how flexible they are with making appointments. The PetDesk app also makes it super easy to look up information and order food for my cats.
I took my newly adopted senior kitty in for his first exam. Everyone there is so friendly. All my questions were answered. I will definitely be keeping them as my regular vet and I’ll be taking my other kitty to them as well.
Took my dog there for some problems she was having. The Dr. Did an awesome job very understanding and caring. My dog had some major issues and the Dr. gave me all the options and was straight forward. Thanks Littleton Veterinary Clinic.
The vets and techs at this office are fantastic! So nice. So knowledgeable. If you take your pet anywhere else, youre doing a disservice to said pet.
We had to put our Chow Chow Mix Mie-Ling down 12/9/17. Everyone was so helpful and patient with my family and I when we were saying our good byes. Thank you for helping us with is very difficult decision we had to make.
Compassionate care for your furry family members. I have been bringing my animals here for over 20 years. They are worth the drive.
This is our familys go to vet for all of our animals. They have saved their lives in some cases and always provide care with a gentle and compassionate approach. I recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family!
I am very overprotective and a tad over emotional when it comes to my puppy. Shes 11 years old and she is my LIFE. The staff at Littleton Veterinary Clinic are so incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. Dr Mary and her staff are WONDERFUL with Buttercup. Im so happy I found them. Thank you guys so much for loving my puppy!!!
Showed up asking about medication for my kitty Aaron for a long road trip were about to take. Though wed never been clients there before, the DVM was able to see Aaron right then, and we were able to look at a potential weight issue for me to watch and look at options for his allergies. I got so much help with him, and I was very impressed with everyones attitudes about me just dropping by. The prices were about the same as any other veterinary clinic in the area.
Brought our new puppy to this amazing clinic! Everyone working was very informative, professsional, and friendly! I will continue to go to this Vet for a very long time! Also a very sterile environment thats was comforting for the owner and the pet.
Dr. Sare is the kindest lady. She truly cares about the animals and only reccomends the best for them. The techs as the hospital are wonderful too- they all care about your pets. Highly recommend this veterinarian practice
Recoment for dental work and probably most other work for your dog. They treated us like family, very well mannered and pleasant to work with!
I called probably 20 places in the neighborhood trying to find the best price for service and financial help. Most places I called quoted me $2,000 for a dental and teeth removal for my cat. They also did not have any sort of help unless I qualified for CareCredit.Littleton vet clinic has their own financial care line that doesnt require a credit check (for cats at least). This was so incredibly helpful for me!My cat is my baby!! He is 13 years old. His left canine is broken and a root is exposed. I think it is infected as well as his eye gets covered in dirty mucous and he scratches his head until he cuts himself. Littleton Vet Clinic is the only place that seemed to understand my concern about getting him in to be seen. They got me in that week and in less than an hour had: 1.) New patient exam done, 2.) Shots current, 3.) Ultrasound and Urinalysis done, 4.) Blood work drawn, 5.) Estimate given for dental, & 6.) Dental Surgery scheduled. They told me theyd expect results from his blood work on Monday (appointment was Saturday) and theyd call me with the results. Which they did. I had a question and the vet got back to me the next day.His surgery is scheduled for the 19th and I will update my review after hes done with his surgery. So happy I found this clinic!
Fantastic practice! Very thorough and gentle. Cant imagine taking my zesty cat elsewhere!
The staff and the doctor were absolutely amazing they did everything in their power to make sure that animal was comfortable and anything in their power to make sure that the animal went home with a proper medicine and everything that necessary they even had a call back to check and make sure my pet was doing okay theyve taken care of my puppy and my hamster highly highly recommend
If I could give 0 stars I would. How do you schedule a grooming under anastesia that requires overnight fasting and then all of a sudden not be open the day you have a client expected to be there by 10 to drop off with no call or anything as to why your office isnt open when it should have been. Your hours claim 8am - 7 pm. No call no note no service. Awful! I understand if an emergency happened but you have 10 employees and someone could have called or hung up a note!
Great staff. Brought my dog in here when it was sick and was happy he got well so fast.
Drs accuracy for diagnosing is 5 starts
They love and care for my puppy like hes their own! Great service and convenient app!
Everyone at this clinic is so nice and caring. Dr. Mary Sare gives each animal such thought and professionalism in her care.
I met Dr Hunt two years ago. He was the first veterinarian who was able to diagnose my dog with nerve damage that another location failed to discover. Dr. Hunt and the staff too in my dog with loving arms and have been very supportive through this hardship. I will be a long term client.
Dr. Sare and her techs are amazing. They are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Sare spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood everything and even printed information for me. The clinic is clean and doesnt smell like a veterinarians office. I chose them because their Google and Yelp ratings were 4.5 stars or above. I highly recommend Littleton Veterinary Clinic, you wont be disappointed!!
These guys were great. Was able to get right in because my cat might have had a serious issue. There was a lot of understanding that I know my cat and not just telling me that sometimes cats act strange. They called to check up on her making sure the meds were working. I was able to call back and ask questions. They also have 2 entrances, one for cats and one for dogs, which is great since my cat is already traumatized from the car ride, let alone running into a big scary dog while waiting to see the vet. I hope I never have to go back, but Im glad I found these guys. Keep up the great work!
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Us, they use the PetPesk app, which helps to manage various pets, appointments, and medical history.
We love our vet! They were recommended to us by dumb friends league when we adopted our puppy.
Its been a privilege to work with Littleton Veterinary Clinic and their great staff. Dr. Sare is a fantastic, knowledgeable, and compassionate veterinarian, and everyone weve worked with at their veterinary hospital has been professional and clearly committed to doing the best for pets.
The staff obviously love their clientele and the humans who accompany them. The care is excellent.
They did a great job getting our kitty back to his lovey self and were very understanding of our situation! Thank you guys!
Our pets Tracy, Spooky and Cruella are healthy and happy because of Dr. Sare and her team.
Great place for your animals!
I am a NJ transplant, so when my dog needed quick medical attention and I hadnt yet established a new vet, I was nervous to say the least!I called Littleton Veterinary Clinic based on reviews, and I wasnt disappointed. We were fitted in the same day (literally, she gave me an appointment TWO hours from the time that I called).Every tech and doctor in the building has been amazing. They know my dog by name already, theyre super sweet and caring about how she is...I was also not overcharged. In fact, I had full bloodwork done in NJ and it was over $350. Here, I got her bloodwork, vaccines AND urinalysis for under $150. The prices were reasonable. The people are attentive as you please! We did splurge on an ultrasound (but still not bad for what I expected), which had been recommended because my dog is 8 years old, and the issue at hand had been a concern over kidney function. For us, it was important to make sure there wasnt any hidden danger internally, but make no mistake: I didnt feel a push for things that were unnecessary. She paid attention to details in the bloodwork that were overlooked at a prior vet, and seemed genuinely concerned over her wellbeing -- and our peace of mind. After visit follow-ups are NOT the standard Hey, its been a few days, so were officially checking in on your dog cause we have to. Instead, the doctor herself called us around 7:30 pm about my dogs bloodwork and urinalysis -- and this was multiple days in a row -- and our conversations were 20 minutes-ish. Dr. Mary never rushes you, in the office or on the phone after hours.
Love Dr. Sare! She is great with the doggies, very knowledgeable and thurough. Takes the time to care for our Furbabies AND offers affordable solutions when more than routine care is needed!
1. Noticed cat chewing food, favoring one side of mouth. Cat no longer playful, always hiding under the bed. Hard for the cat to tell me what is wrong, since her english is limited to various vocalizations of meow.2. Littleton Vets came to the rescue! They are competent, caring professionals. Took care of my cat, in a timely manner. Suffered from a abscess tooth, requiring removal.3. Holistic approach, with concerns over food day before, prophylactic antibiotics, pain meds (including to take home), and pre & post op discussions.4. Reasonable price, and worked with me on needing to make a couple payments.5. A very happy cat indeed.
Great place, friendly staff, affordable and honest doctors!!
Great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff!
Great folks, excellent care
