April is very patient and talent with little ones. She is the only one that cuts my little boy hair. The price is better than those specialized kids salon and so it is the service.

My experience might be influenced with bias because I found a very good hair stylist. The atmosphere is decent and it is nice to have sports on a tv nearby to watch. Also like the hot shave on the back of the neck and the hot towel on the face is very refreshing.

My grandson needed a haircut today for school pictures this afternoon. His mom made the appointment yesterday and he got a haircut that pleased him no end. Its not fancy, its comfortable. The barbershop is clean, the employees wear masks as did my grandson and I. When we got there our temperatures were taken and recorded along with his name and the answers to a number of questions related to common symptoms.There was no wait because it was in the middle of the day. He will likely get other haircuts there.

After putting off getting a haircut for eight months I chose knockouts for my first haircut since moving to CO. They were very clean and professional. April (I believe that was her name, hard to hear with masks) was very nice and did a great job cutting my hair just how I wanted it. I will surely be returning, hopefully in less than eight months.

Insanely over priced. And they take an hour to do a 20 min haircut just so they can get a better tip. I will never take my teenage son there ever again

April always takes Care of me!

A clean well maintained location. Its really too quiet here without the tvs sounds on your at the whim of the music that ranges from metal one min to jazz the next. But hey if you like that then this place is perfect. Try to find someone here you like because some of them are a bit too rough. They offer some cool bonding cuts for father and son.

I take my toddler here to see Heather and we all love her! Shes great with my son and does a wonderful job.

You would think a mens cut would be simple, but Knockouts is the only place for miles that has consistently been able to cut my hair right. I have loved every cut Ive had here. Other shops in the area apparently have no idea how to blend between the 2 clip sides/back and the 1 long on top. Plus, this shop is always friendly.

I didnt get a cut, but they helped me find my phone that i had lost across town. I will definitely be going here for a cut though.

It was my first time going to knockouts, and the staff were very nice. They gave the best cut I could ever ask for. With a hot towel and shampoo massage, following with a hair styling session the price was very worth it. Thank You Saniya for doing a great job!

Great service and professional. I understand the sexy advertising campaign but I think it may scare away some business. Actually, its just high quality service at a reasonable price. Im guessing that some wives, girlfriends, & moms might frown on their loved ones going there because of the ads. Nothing to be intimidated by.

I went to Knockouts knowing nothing about the store, but saw it had decent reviews. After seeing the price of a haircut I was shocked, but since I drove over there I decided to get one. At the start she offered me soda or water, but didnt make it clear if it had to pay more for it so I declined. Then the lady was confused with what I wanted even though I explained it really well, and it’s a basic cut. She did the sides shorter than I asked for, and didn’t know how to blend at all. I had to tell her to fix the one side because it wasn’t blended at all, and there’s still hairs sticking out. I’ll give her credit on the top, but overall it doesn’t look good. Also, she failed to ask or do simple things such as how I wanted the back of my hair and if I wanted my sideburns cut at all. She never even showed me the back and I’m scared to look now after how the sides turned out. I’m very disappointed that for such a high price I got a poor haircut. I could’ve saved money and looked way better. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you have a specific way you like your hair. I move around a lot, and most stylists have a general idea on how to blend or create what you ask for. Whoever cut my hair seemed like she just finished training and needs more experience before cutting someone else’s. Wish I could get my money back.

Jasmine and the rest of the staff are very welcoming to their customers! I really enjoy coming here as I know I can get my hair cut the way I want it! Ive been going to knockouts every three weeks for the last +5years, as well as my daughters hair often. Jasmine is very skilled in her craft, and I would recommend her and any of the other employees to anyone.

I was looking for a quality barber to take my 12 and 13 year old sons. I cannot rave about Nicole enough! She gave excellent cuts (one son has difficult hair) and took the time to understand their needs. She showed them how to style their new dapper dos and they’ve now declared her to be the only one they’ll see again.

They also gave me a discount on my kids cuts. They have been getting compliments from everyone on how good their hair looks. I was a little worried this would be tacky, but Mandy did a great job, really know what she was doing and didnt rush, despite having another customer waiting. She wasnt trying to flirt for a tip like a bad cocktail waitress. Just a great haircut and relaxing experience. Its just an added bonus that she looks good in a skirt.

Came in to cut my was asking for a simple hair_cut and Ms jasmine believe she around her 50s was dictating my decisions i had to tell twice that i didnt want a 45 💲 for simple cut i did not wanted the deal thank god there was the upper_cut deal or else she would charge me to way to much. Oh yeah she finished my hair_cut in 10 minutes in which its impossible when you just want a dam fade had to go home and fix my own fade and finish trimming all the patches she left in my head horrible experience.... I’ve been getting great cuts for the past year.

They took great care of my dad and was very detailed!

Had an appointment set at 3:30 but they said the accidentally messed up their rotation and to come back at 4. Went back waited 20 minutes and they still accepted 3 walkins before us we left and won’t be coming back.

This place is poorly managed. Turnover a big problem. If having a consistent cut is important to you find another place.

Ariel did such an amazing job and fixed areas where other barbers failed at. With her you are never bored and time goes by really well, you obviously pay a little more but a great haircut is worth it

This place is another fantasitc sams. I went there 3 times for a buzzcut, trying to give them a legitimate chance. Each woman who cut my hair tried to buzz it as fast as possible with little concern for trying to even it out. The last girl managed to get the shampoo both in my ears and eyes. When I notified her what happened while I was still laying with my head in the sink, she took the towel and wadded a portion into my ear canal and then rubbed it over my hair. Yeh, thanks you incompetent jerk.Let this place go out of business.

Whats the point of putting walk ins welcome on your front door if you make all walk ins schedule an appointment. My husband asked for a simple cut that takes no more than 10 mintues and we were told to wait til 1130 for an appointment although no one was in the store. We are trying to get a lot of things done before a funeral service for a close family memeber. Glad you wpuld rather loose money than take a client. Long story short, service sucks. Rather pay for awesome customer service than anything they have to offer.

I have never had a bad haircut here from any of the stylists. However today when I showed up for my 11am appointment that I booked - the doors are locked and no one is inside.
