Sara is great! Ive been a loyal customer/client for years, and for good reason! Sara is a true professional that delivers a consistent, high quality service, tailored to the needs of the customer. A highly skilled barber/stylist that is very pleasant to work with, Sara also provides effective advice on care practices between appointments to ensure the best results on a continual basis. I cant remember the last person that cut my hair before Sara - shes that good!

Years ago I had a horrible haircut, and I couldn’t find the right hairstylist, until I found Sarah H. She’s done a wonderful job of communicating with me and making it very clear on what we will be doing with my hair so I don’t result back to my horrible haircut experience.I’ve been seeing her for years now, and since I’ve moved out of state, I still make time to come back every once in awhile to get a haircut with her. They dont care!!! My son had a haircut with Megan. It was a terrible experience. He told her that he would like the sides shorter. She told him that he would have to get it done next time as she had other clients waiting, even though she took him in late. Terrible customer service! I cannot believe that a stylist would let someone leave their chair unhappy with the outcome. Do not come here. There are much better options in Denver Metro.

I’ve been searching 2 yrs for a new stylist who can master a stacked inverted a-line with a twist and Amanda nailed it, where I’ve been repeatedly let down by so called ‘master stylist’ who charge 3x as much. I’ve seen her 4 times now and as she’s gotten to know my style and her technique keeps getting better. Not to mention she’s a total sweetheart too. She’s stuck with me. She’s an asset to Floyd’s and As someone in the beauty industry, I highly recommend her!

I have been going to this location since it opened. Amber E has cut my hair for years. From the outset she has remembered me and my preferences. I have a great experience every time. The store has good COVID safety processes (temp testing, masks, social distancing). I never have to wait - I make appointments on the app. Highly recommend.

I went for a hair cut with blow dry and the stylist did not bother to even style my hair. They just used a hair dryer to dry it out. Granted he was very polite however I would expect some kind of styling after actually drying the hair. And if he’s not used to this kind is cuts then you shouldn’t assign him the job. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. Please avoid if possible.

This was my first time coming to Floyds at Southglenn, I was a walk in. I waited for quite a while, while watching and could tell no one cared to much about who was waiting. I finally was taken back by Amanda S. And by the way.. who seemed to be the only one that was working her tail off. Her cut was perfect i couldnt be happier, she took her time and made sure I was completely happy before I left. I loved her personality and her demeanor, what a beautiful person she is. You picked a good one when you hired her, this girl deserves a raise. Thank you Amanda i will be back!!

Ive been seeing John for about 1.5 years now and couldnt be happier. He always cuts my hair perfectly, remembers my style and is a good conversationist. Im usually not one to talk during a hair cut, Uber ride etc. But talking with John is very easy. I couldnt recommend him more.

Went in for a haircut a little over a week ago. Fade was done too long and already needed to go back for a new haircut. For something they messed up they wanted me to stand by instead of fitting in a walk in. Go elsewhere to get it done right the first time.

Great staff..great hair stylist..but youll never get the same stylist twice. You must like generational music and loud ..as this haircut place isnt your mom or dads. Hip to the square? Youll enjoy.

Took my daughter for an undercut, which is $15. There was a slight miscommunication and the gentleman cutting her hair charged us $9. For that, I gave him extra on the tip. Great service and friendly staff!

I scheduled an appointment with Tori and she was very punctual. I didnt know what I wanted to have done and she made several suggestions for me. I ended up getting a cut and beard trim plus shampoo with hot towel and a back massage. If you want to treat yourself then this is the place to go.Overall it was a great experience and Im very satisfied with my cut and beard trim. Its actually my favorite cut Ive had in several years and Ill definitely be scheduling all my appointments with Tori in the future.

Friendly staff and quality haircuts! Easy to make an appointment over the phone or online. Last time we walked in we were seen right away with no wait! Of course time of day/day of week is a factor, but they always do their best to minimize wait time. Best place around for adult and kids cuts!

Floyds did an amazing job! I took my 13 year old son in there to get his hair cut and then his hair colored. Dillion cut his hair, and it looked very nice. Carlita (sorry if I spelled that wrong) dyed my sons hair and it looks so good. She did an amazing job, and I would reccommend her to anyone. We will for sure be back.

Since the first day I walked in, Danielle S. has been extremely sarcastic and personable, which is literally all I look for in a stylist. She makes you feel at home and genuinely cares about what’s been going on in your world. She’s witty and makes the trip fun and worthwhile. Since moving, I still travel 15 minutes out of the way just to hear what she’s gonna say next.Haircuts always exactly how I want it, and she’s very knowledgeable about what I need to use for my hair. This place is awesome. Been coming here for almost 2 years and always have Danielle S. cut my hair. She is fun and lively and always brings a great sense of humor. I always know my hair cut is going to be great and just the way I like it. Danielle is so good I have started to bring my 2 year old son to see her and she does a great job on his wiggly little head!

Nic cut my daughters hair and can I just say he is amazing. He was friendly and talkative to both me and my girl. He made her feel right at home, talked about what he was doing with her, so she was part of her haircut rather than just directing everything to me. Absolutely the best Floyds experience weve had. Decent haircuts but the quality of service is poor. The first time I went was fine and quality has dropped in the most recent two trips. Wish they were friendlier and honored appointment times.

I began going to Floyd’s recently and have had a great experience. I love the online reservations and my stylist is great. I have Tamara T. at Southglenn cut my hair now for the last few months and she is great. Always make sure I am 100% satisfied and makes the time go by quick. Tamara is the best at what she does.

Needs to get front desk in order. Not the first time they messed up appointment times. Made it right by discount this time. Time before it was as if I never had an appointment and told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour and a half.. I just went somewhere else that time. Every haircut Ive gotten from here has been awesome. Good stylists. Just need to get appointments correct and would be 5 stars.

Amanda S does my hair, Very good haircuts. Consistent quality, and improved customer service, and responsive to feedback. I keep leaving after my haircut in confidence in myself that I look great. I have been to there places to get my hair done and I kept changing as I looked like a rooster once after getting my hair done at a place off Broadway and 470. Every month I kept looking for a new hair person to try as I was not really happy with my hair . Then I got it done by Amanda at southGlen and I am not changing her. I have know her for a while but never gave her a chance, my biggest mistake. Sorry Amanda!! but I am not going anywhere expect you will always do my hair. My mom is visiting me from Fiji and I took her there, at first visit she said no, but I told my mom how good she is and I set up an appointment and she was very satisfied with what Amanda did . My mom as asked me that only Amanda will do her hair while she is here visiting me . Thank you Amanda you are the best..

Floyds is a great place for incredible service. I got lucky and Danielle has been my stylus from my first visit. She always does a great job and good company/conversation (since I talk a lot) while enjoying my appointment. The rest of the staff and people at the front desk are all very helpful and fast. Would recommend Floyds 99 of Southglenn to anyone...and if you dont have a stylus when you first go in, see if Danielle is available :-D

Wow not only is this Floyds location my absolute favorite but everyone there is absolutely amazing! Ive been going to Floyds for the last four years at two different locations and I could not be more satisfied with the wonderful haircuts and overall service! Im personally a regular of Megan S. and I could not be more satisfied! She really does care about her clients on so many levels. Not only has she done hair for a number of years but she actually listens and cares about all of your specific needs. If you are a first timer to Floyds you should definitely give her a shot! This place went downhill since I moved here in 2012. It got better late 2019 and early 2020 but has rapidly moved downhill again.

My first experience with floyds was perfect. I loved the atmosphere and didnt mind the wait. I had my haircut done by Amanda S. Very good experience, she is fun and a great sense of humor. Started off with a horrible experience at the Wadsworth location (stay away from that location at all cost) but the Southglenn location saved the day and were amazing! My experience from start to finish:Called ahead at 5:08 (Sunday) *at the Wadsworth location, NOT at the Southglenn location* and a young man answered the phone saying only uh, hello?. Hesitating, I asked if I was calling Floyds and he answered yeah .... WOW REAL professional start to our experience today. When I said we were on our way and if I could put my son on the call ahead list, were told they were not accepting anyone else for the rest of the night since they close at 6 ... we were literally 2 minutes away as we live down the street and have NEVER been turned away from a Floyds nearly an hour before they close (or any other time for that matter). As we were so close and on our way, I decided that I would stop by anyway, curious to see a line out the door since we were turned away so surprisingly. There were, no joke, 2 people waiting.Furious, I called the Southglenn location (enter professional, awesome people that saved the day), asked if we would also be turned away since they, too, closed at 6 and the lady that answered told me that she was shocked what I was told that and as long as we arrived before 6pm, they would be happy to accept us! THEN she even took my sons name down and put us on the call ahead list ... So, we were put on a call ahead list even though we wouldnt be arriving until after 5:30 but the Floyds that we were sitting in the parking lot of wouldnt take us ... wow. PLUS Southglenn location was hopping. Wads? Dead.AMAZING difference in professionalism and customer service. The vibe was awesome in Southglenn, nice set-up inside, positive, energetic staff and stylists - COMPLETELY different from the Wadsworth location. 20 minute extra drive out of our way that we will gladly make for the service we received.Southglenn = 11 out of 10Wadsworth = 0 out of 100

Made an appointment for 6 o’clock. Got the confirmation email saying they would see me at 6. Got there 10 min before 6, and they told me they were closing and I would have to reschedule. Why let me make an appointment for a time you’re not even open?? Dumb!

Danielle S. Does an amazing job and is very professional. She makes getting a haircut very enjoyable and I have been to get my haircut from her several times. Floyd’s as a whole is also a very professional business and the are always very helpful and easy to get an appointment made. Overall Floyd’s is an amazing place to go for the whole family to get their haircut.

My family was in need of some haircuts for my brothers wedding. Neither myself nor my husband had ever gotten our hair cut at this location. We took a chance on a Sunday and both got a cut from Sara H. And oh. My. God. She rocked it. I took a risk and went much shorter with my hair. Sara listened to my needs as a new mom and gave me one of the best cuts Ive had in years. I just let my hair air dry and it looks so hip and stylish! She clearly knows what shes doing. My husband was also very pleased with his cut and it was so convenient to get us both in quickly. We will be back!

I have visited several Floyds locations and this is by far the best --especially because of Megan S! Her personality, style and attention to details clearly shows how much she listens to her clients needs. Make sure you ask for her! You wont be disappointed and she will turn you into a repeat client after your first visit.

I get my haircut every week with Tamara, she does an amazing job every time. I am super picky and she always ask if I want to change anything week to week. The whole staff is great and very welcoming.

Called ahead 2 min before arriving and was told no wait. I walked in and the wait was 25 minutes. I wish they just would be honest about the wait time. I have tried several times to have a cut there with no success.

Great hair cut

First the pros. 2 out of 3 times Ive been here my hairdresser has been friendly and the staff has overall been fairly attentive. It is also conveniently located close to my place of work. The staff has never been overly pushy offering extra products or services.Negatives: unfortunately Ive been here three times with three different stylists and all three times the hair stylists have not listened to what I wanted and ended up cutting my hair too short by several inches. All three times Ive told them that I have very curly hair and that its important to not remove very much at once because when dry my hair is 3x shorter than when wet/straight. Three times with three different stylists Ive ended up with much shorter hair than asked for. My hair doesnt look good and I dont feel very confident when I leave. This last time when my stylist asked how it was I told her it was way too short and that I was disappointed with the cut and she seemed totally unfazed by my comment before asking if there was anything else I needed. I havent had a haircut this bad in over a decade. I wasnt offered a comp. I paid full price and tipped the hair dresser because I dont believe that messing with someones ability to pay their bills will help them become better at their jobs. Im not sure if this is an issue with the way Floyds trains their staff or if the short cut style is part of their culture. In any case, I will not be returning a 4th time.

This Floyds location hair cuts have gone extremely down hill. There hair cuts are becoming like great clips. Not even been a week since i got my hair cut and my hair looking all choppy. Cut is so not worth $30... Just trust me you want to take your business to another location.
