Save your money this place will rip you off and smile about it.

This shop needs to be shut down!! They have ignored my calls, due to their lack of ambition. Shoddy repairs at arm and leg prices. If you want REAL MECHANICS to work on your vehicle go to Zukers, they actually care about the customer, and not just making a dollar. My vehicle will NEVER see this shop again, and if I can help it no one else will have to deal with these scammers that dont work, and constantly have excuses for the lack of. Please avoid. If negative stars were an option they would get -5.

They had my car for 17 days and never even so much as looked at it. Wouldnt answer the phone or return my voicemails. Went in person to get an update and they said theyd know something that week. Went back there again the next week for an update, since they wont answer the phone, and was told it still hadnt been looked at.I ended up taking it to a shop in silver creek that same day (Wednesday), and it was ready to be picked up the following Thursday.Wish I had asked around about Moores before taking it there because apparently they have a horrible reputation. Couldve been driving two weeks sooner had I not taken it to Moores.

Mike was a big help. Had him rebuild my transmission in my 09 Sierra. Very knowledgeable about everything, got it done cheaper then everyone else quoted me for. Gave me his cellphone number to reach him easier, and even calls to make sure its running ok. Definitely recommend.

Patience is key, I know quality is worth it though. Support local businesses 🙂

I have had my veichile there for over a week and nothing have been told it would be looked at 3 different days, they don’t know how to answer their phones. Never again will I take a car or recommend them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! I took my truck here because the od trans fault light came on and these people had my truck over 3 weeks and done more damage than anything. The codes he got from my truck were for the shift selenoid he said he changed those and the light still came on but the truck was fine to drive. I left in my truck it was driving worse than when i dropped it off and i got home to findout my truck wouldnt go into park. I had to have it hauled to a real mechanic to findout Moores auto broke something in my steering column and never changed the part they said they changed. Stay away from this place. They should be shut down!

I took my car to Moore’s for transmission repair. Michael went above and beyond checking the car out and when diagnosed he fixed it in a timely manner and reasonable price I highly recommend this place

I entered into an agreement with the business owner. After the initial diagnoses the owner never did anything he said he would. He is not a man of his word whatsoever. Do not trust some one who never gives a straight answer, and gives you his word. It means nothing but words. I will never take my car to his shop again.

That workshop is a working crap, what does my troka do and have me do the Trasmission and charge me $ 4000 and it never worked well and every time I went to tell her to check it out that it doesnt work well he said Hera the engine spend a lot of money and He never wanted to be responsible
