I brought my car in to get the front CV joints replaced. Jesse and his crew did a great job on my car. Reasonable price. Will definitely use them again

Pulled in to see if they could take a look at my vehicle on the spot. No appointment, no phone call. They walked right out to have a look for me and see what was going on. There were no major issues and it didnt require any work, but I greatly appreciated the immediate response and customer service. That is not common and goes a long way. Thank you

Let me just start with this place is very unprofessional and has ripped me off. I’m my experiences with shops typically I get a call with a quote then a diagnostic. Well my quote was $600 come to find out that was just parts I THOUGHT I needed based on what the vehicle was doing cool misunderstandings happens not a big deal. Well a week later had not received a call or anything other than the mechanic saying he was about to break into it and would give me a call when he knew something well.... never heard back. Called back today and was told by the “owner” Charlotte I believe...that it would cost 900 something knew it sounded kinda high but didn’t question it until I saw the invoice well comes to find out I was charged for 6 new injectors when the code was reading a misfire that ended up being just an ignition coil asked why I was charged for injectors and was rudely told “well that’s what you said you thought it was” and that “the injectors were already changed by the time the mechanic caught the boot” their solution to this was either they could hold the vehicle until after the first of the year to take the injectors back out or they would take $100 off the cost so here I am with $900 worth of work that should have cost around $350 please everyone take my advice and know this place is not worth your time or money sucks there’s isnt many auto places in the area and this is what we stuck with

I have been taking all my vehicles to Auto Medic for at least 10 years. They have always provided good service and tried to save me money when ever possible. The owners are easy to work with friendly. I have no complaints and it is always the first place I call when I need a mechanic or auto service.Based on what other have commented, they are not a auto parts dealer so I assume they get the parts from whoever has it in stock. I know from experience they have always given me the option when a part is overly priced.
