I had Nancy for my pedicure and massage. She did an awesome massage and a beautiful French pedicure. Tina did my dipped nails and was very informative about what worked best for me. Overall wonderfully peaceful experience.

It took me nearly three hours to stay here and get my fingernails and toenails ready for my birthday! I regret that I didnt find this shop near my home earlier! Everyone is very friendly and skilled! According to Ins, the effect is really similar! Super cute! Super happy!

We were not happy and will not be returning. We were greeted by a very nice man upfront but that is where it stopped. I said I wanted the cheapest pedicure and I was hassled about getting a more expensive pedicure three times by my technician and two times by a different technician after I said no. That set the tone for my visit and I was not happy to begin with. My pedicure was over in 20 minutes and the other place is it is between 50 and 60 minutes for the basic. The technician did not even try to be kind to me. My daughters technician was a little bit nicer but then kept getting upset at her for moving too much and she did VERY WELL and was almost in tears. We won’t be returning. I just wanted to mention that it cost $90 for a children’s pedicure+ manicure and my basic pedicure. That’s a lot and I expected some friendliness and time spent for the services that were over in 30 minutes..

First impression of the salon is that its beautiful and well-kept. Barriers are set up for appropriate social distancing. Beyond that, my experience was terrible. I had shellac done, which typically lasts me a month from other locations. My technician never spoke to me, and needed me to point out where my nails needed filed/fixed during the shellac process. My nail beds and cuticle edges appear as though an inexperienced child painted them. Also, the top coat hardened with circular pools indented in random areas. Cost is high ($50) and quality is frankly the worst Ive ever had. *pictures to show problems with jagged edges and random circular divots in the finish.

Nothing but a good experience! It was myself and two other friends (one girl, one guy) and we got our nails done for her birthday. We originally called nails on 42nd who said that they were taking walkins but when we got there they said that they were too busy. We called LV nails and they got us in right away! I never walk into a new place with high hopes but the nails turned out absolutely amazing and very beautiful! The customer service extremely nice, quick, and executed all expectations. The cleanliness of the place was extraordinary and I even saw that when they were done giving people Pedicures they wiped everything down including the surrounding floor. I would most definitely recommend LV nails to anyone!FYI the pictures do not do the nails justice because they are even better in person!

10/10 for customer service, quality, and cleanliness! I went to another nail salon for 10+ years before trying LV, and Andy made me feel right at home in his chair. He is so funny and we always spend our appointments talking about life! He is very professional and I’ve never had a nail tech spend so much time making sure my nails are absolutely perfect every time I go. Any time I call to make an appointment they are always so nice and accommodating, and I’ve never had to wait when I had a scheduled appointment. I’ll be a lifetime customer of LV!

Ive been to this salon twice for dip powder/pedicures. Both times the place was super clean & the layout is pretty cool! Both times ive been, I brought a photo of nails I wanted to match & the lady who did my nails was pretty cool about it, didnt make me feel like I was doing too much, & even recommended things to make it look closer to the photos than what I was thinking would be right. The music is awesome & the people who work there are super nice! A little more pricey, but completely worth it for the service you receive!

We have only had great experiences here. The price may be a little high but we feel its worth the quality. Quyhn can do anything, show her a photo and shell make it happen. Not sure of colors, designs or what you want? She has tons of great ideas. The photo below was dip and with a pedicure it was $110. Beautiful new space, glitz and glam galore. Great nail table with the toe dryers build in so its all seamless.

They are all very friendly. I love that you have to have an appointment. Great service and knowledge of the trade!

This was my 3rd time here. First 2 times I loved my dip nails. This time I had a different tech and my nails look awful. She wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing at least half the time. Almost all of them are crooked, bumpy and the ombré is the worst I’ve ever had done. Some nails are just a straight line from the gray to blue, other nails have random gray patches on the middle of the blue and some don’t. I don’t like being rude or disrespectful so I paid for my services and left, but will be having them taken off today because it just looks embarrassing. Waste of $75

Ever since I’ve moved to Cedar Rapids I’ve been going to LV Nails and can’t even begin to say how amazing they are. I’ve gone there so many times that they know me by name. They give you amazing service the second you walk thru the doors to the second you walk out. There’s next been a time Ive gone here and wasn’t impressed with their skills. And did I mention they are CLEAN???? Ive gone to them for over a year now and couldn’t be happier with them!

I would not recommend this place at all. I just wanted a manicure and pedicure, which I did get but I just wanted regular polish and the (manager/owner) kept telling me to get dip, after the first time he said it I told him no I just wanted regular polish. Well he told me about 5 more times in the 3 minutes I was picking out polish. Then the lady who did my manicure informed me that regular polish won’t last long which I know because I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ years, but she kept telling me then entire manicure that it won’t last and it will chip within a day. I will no longer be going to this nail salon.

My favorite nail place, they are very friendly and their pedicures and manicures last unlike some other places. The staff is friendly and easy talk to.

Quynh is amazing! Really all the girls do a wonderful job, very clean, attentive.

I got a Rushed nail set, the lady left my nails all lumpy and didn’t file down barely anything, she left 2 of my nails crooked, and 3 other nails were not the same length. My nails do not look good. She tried telling me it was my hands when it is it. They got 1 star only because we have to give 1. Never going back!

Today was the first time I visited LV nails and was not satisfied. I paid more for a pedicure and fill then I did when I got a full set and pedicure three weeks ago! I also asked to have my nails filed down a little and they are still long. I went with two of my best friends who were also not satisfied.

I was in town visiting family and decided to stop here with my mom and daughters. It was amazing! I appreciated how the staff welcomed us right away and offered us anything we needed. My oldest daughter loved the experience! I love how my nails feel like they will not chip or break no matter what I do.

I LOVE this spa!! The owners & staff are great. I can always count on some smiles & laughter. Oh! Did I mention that they always do a professional job? Just another reason to smile!

Friendly and did a good job. They are charging $5 for every service due to COVID-19 which doesnt seem right...but good experience nonetheless.

1. Nail polish was still wet 1 hour and 45 minutes later, had to wipe all of the nail polish off (I saw the woman add something into the bottle while I was sitting there).2. The leg and foot massage portion lasted all of 6 seconds and wouldn’t even qualify as being called a massage.3. They asked us what we wanted to drink and then never bothered to bring it.4. Rude counter service when paying.5. Not worth your time or money.

Nice ambiance. But I didnt exactly like my tech. She did a good job but I dont like my cuticles clipped i had to tell her this several times.

Great service and outcome of my nails. I got the dip for the first time, so many colors to choose from. Clean and friendly!

Did good with social distancing, hygiene, and quality of nail work. However, did not rub my feet during pedicure, I had to ask for lotion to be put on and the hand/arm massage lasted two seconds. Was not relaxing, probably would not come back unless in a pinch. Disappointed in service when you pay $78 for a mani/pedi!

The lady doing my nails was rude. I showed a picture to her of exactly what I wanted and they turned out nothing like the picture and when I asked her to fix them she got very mean and told me it was my fault that she did nothing wrong. A couple days after, my friends went to get their nails done and a couple ladies working their (someone found out my name I never told them my name) they were saying rude things about me and made up a story that never happened. Little did they know those girls were my closest friends. I said thank you several times she would either ignore me or give me a dirty look. If I could I’d give 0 stars worst nail place I’ve ever been to!!!!!!
