There’s an older white male (approx 60) that usually works at the middle counter AVOID HIM AT ALL COST! This man is literally a sloth! I went in & watched him & he does it on purpose! I reported him. There’s no reason it should take a USPS worker 5 minutes to tape a box! I thought I was in twilight!

Every time I’ve called this location they’ve been very rude to me. I’ve called for simple things like mail holding, or change of address updates and I get told something different each time I call & the person will get an attitude when I explain what I was told or attempting to get info on.

Im honestly just disappointed in the customer service they have on the phone. I order my dogs medications online and it has been taking long to get them so I was just reaching out to see how long I should be expected. I understand its the holiday season so they are backed up. But they still dont need to be rude for no reason. I was just trying to figure out if I will need to buy some from my vet for time being. I couldnt even finish my sentences before he cut me off and got really rude. I think they need to understand its not just holiday gifts they are dealing with its also things we all order regularly. If he had just been polite about it I wouldnt have a problem but its the way he spoke to me was beyond disrespectful.

Makes sense why Post Office is losing money daily. Able to get a package delivered into Japan quicker than Arizona. Sent package Nov 28 and still hasnt arrived.

Waited all day for mail. Package tracking says delivery attempted - no access to delivery location. My mailbox is right there, if a car is near mailbox or close to in the way so you can just glide up to it and deliver, get out of your truck and walk it 5 feet to the mailbox. Cant do your job, get a different job. Should make it a walk route if you cant deliver in a vehicle.

After going in multiple times to find out where my package was and being told it had been forwarded per request and explaining that I did not request a forward of anything. I even spoke with two different supervisors and they STILL let someone walk in and steal my package from the front counter. The person picking it up showed a valid ID. They are treating me like Im the problem. Was listed as out for delivery for 3 days before it was picked up. I had spoken to a supervisor on the second day and they didnt even tell me it was there. Then they tell me its my issue to deal with and they hung up on me.

So our postman gave my parecel key to someone else i called and spoke to robin she told me we will get someone out there to fix it mind you i made her aware of the problem a hour after it happened easy fix 3 days later still nothing super disappointed in the way this is being dealt with especially because my packages are probably as good as gone now..

I went in for a passport application and there was an older woman working behind the counter, who was extremely verbally disrespectful to me. She pointed and shouted for me to go wait behind some imaginary line so that she could have her conversation with some older gentleman that then walked in. There is no sign indicating to wait behind the line, there was no line, as a matter fact the only sign I saw was one instructing me to go to the next counter, which is where this gal was stationed. As far as an employee that’s paid with taxpayer funds goes, it’s beyond me how this type of behavior is tolerated. The numerous reviews on Google alone should be an indication that this employee is a major problem. I would love to have a job like that, so how about you guys fire the grouchy old hag, and hire me instead? The younger woman who ended up helping me was very courteous though and I really appreciated that after being treated so rudely.

Not only did I receive 3 different neighbors mail yesterday, I was notified by Amazon that my address does not exist. This is not the first time a package has been delayed because the carrier cant figure out where my house is. My address was fine, for the Amazon package I received the day before, not sure where my house went after that.Edit: 2nd time in 2 months the mailman cant find my house. He had no problem walking through my snowy yard to deliver the neighbors mail. I havent recieved mail all week and hold time to call in is 45 minutes. Ridiculous!!

I am very protective of my address for safety reasons so for some people I send stuff to I do not put a return address on. This was never ever a issues with any other post office. But for some reason this guy at this post office decided I could not send this with out a return address. So now I have to spend more time and gas to drive to another post office to mail this from. And yes I looked it up and no you do not need a return address so that guy needs to be fired and apparently they need new management or retraining.

Five stars to the front line staff---outstanding customer service! Patient, professional and courteous. However, leadership at this location fails the cardinal rule of retail....respect for the customer! Mr. Postmaster, when the line is to the door--see photo with window closed to the right. Please...take a moment to come out from behind the wall and support your team! Open all of the stations, serve your customers and take their money. Also, when you are being paged to the customer service door, respond! Retail 101. Stop by any Hy-Vee grocery store in Cedar Rapids if you need a lesson on how leaders serve their customers and employees.

Kudos for folks who really are public servants! With two clerks behind the counter, one of whom was working with a man sending many packages overseas, the line was long, and getting longer. A third clerk, working on something else, stopped what she was doing and opened a third station behind the counter until the line was gone.

This post office location is absolutely terrible. They only ever have one or two people behind the counter and theres usually about 10 to 15 people in line waiting. The clerks are extremely slow except for the one younger guy is great. They are always extremely busy and extremely slow. I dont think I have ever had away less than 15 minutes here. They really need to hire some more people so they can take care of their customers instead of their customers getting pissed off and leaving every single time I go. So I usually drive across to downtown and they are great.

The lady that answered the phone that called herself Carol was the most disrespectful person I have ever spoke with in relation to customer service. I seem to be dealing with a witch who directly called me a liar about 9 of my packages being destroyed by USPS. Not only that but Im still waiting on a package that i sent it from the 2 weeks ago and it is still stuck in Des Moines but should be in PA by D.D. of Jan 14. I was also told that there wasnt a Supervisor or Postmaster and that she was the only one working at 1pm (Bull****). I paid over $650 to send these packages which had gotten destroyed and im the P.O.S.? In the small city of Cedar Rapids I guess you have to hire whoever will answer a phone, no matter if they were raised in a barn or not.

My mail has not been coming. Found out that it was because there was snow in front of the mailbox. Cleaned it out better on Thursday. This is Monday, and I am still waiting for my mail!!!! I know that my mortgage company sent out some important documents for me to fill out. I am getting annoyed.

Postal carrier cannot seem to grasp that Shirley Davis dosent live here anymore, after being told for over 5 years. And the superior dosent communicate customers concerns to postal carrier in regards to other persons mail being delivered to wrong address and/or box number.

Horrible Horrible customer service,,,,We have had our mail held the request done online and it gets delivered. We have had no knocking put on the mail box and door and leave things in box and they still knock,, Communication is horrible i understand that they have different carriers and go thru transitions but if the management would communicate like they should they would have happy People.

LOL! This Post Office is a huge joke.Molly was extremely rude and dull-witted on the phone. Why bother with all the sassy remarks? It just makes you sound dumb.If your package shows delivered, then its delivered. Really? Why would I even be calling??It actually doesnt show delivered. It shows that the package is stuck in LIMBO somewhere. Obviously this package was misdelivered (possibly to this Post Office), which is why I called in the first place. Ive done hours of independent research to find out which city this package even went to. To do this Ive had to use multiple different tracking websites and call about 4 different companies.In the end, I got nowhere because she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. What a jokester.So Molly, please stop treating your customers with disrespect and acting like theyre stupid. Because maybe, just maybe, youre the stupid one. You must be, without a doubt, a Trump supporter. Although I wish youd stayed Silent like the Majority. (If you dont understand what I mean, ask a fluent reader to help).

Called a few weeks ago and asked where are mail was and was told she didnt have anymore and went home. (NO mail for anyone on both sides of the street just before Christmas, dont believe that). One day she missed all the house by one address and had to go back and change them all. I have drugs from the VA I cant have going one house off. My step-son had his food stamps all screwed up because the form they sent and POST MARKED Oct. 23rd showed up yesterday on Jan 7th. She also had a problem with the last name on our house payment bills, (We just got married a few months ago).

After an entire of year of having my mail misdelivered to other people. Some of it with personal sensitive information, that I never recieved, and recieveing other peoples mail with the wrong address labeled on the mail (it was not my address but being delivered to my house). I complained to the postmaster and nothing was changed. Then only thing they offered me was to PAY for a P.O. Box. One year later I changed my address to a P.O. Box and Im still receiving other peoples mail At my house. Appernetly the US post office doesnt care if their people cant read and dont care if your personal sensitive information is given to anyone.

They make the phone wait time an hour because they know they screw up that much and hope you just give up. Ive had more packages returned to seller because these people than i imagined possible. Had to reorder items constantly. And the lady who delivered to my apartment refuses to take out going mail for 3 years.

Very rude, proceded to lecture me about not having tape on a package I was returning. Since when did the post office start rationing tape. Have returned many items and never once have been lectured on not have a piece of tape on a box.

Mail is never ever delivered even close to the same time one day it might be 3 or 4 next day 6 or 7 some days not till 8 at night packages after getting to the post office usually takes 3-4 days to get delivered I had a package gurenteed mothers day delivery it was accepted by the post office Friday but wont be delivered for 2 more days and they wonder why they lose money
