I called to schedule a appt. On a Thursday. Young girl told me that they would get back with me. Know one called. They had someone show up the following Tuesday. With a bid a didnt request. My husband called n told them what we wanted. Played the phone tag game. They came out. With out calling me for an appt. The guy (kid) presented himself very unprofessionally. Walked our property measured everything. (For bids i didnt need)! Looking in my windows every chance he got. For those 2 reasons. They lost my, could of been business. Extremely shady!!!

Paid extra to get gutter guards and went with this company because they claim to warrant their work. we have had leaks in the new gutters for the past year and cannot get them to come fix it for the life of me. would not recommend after paying 2,400 for everything.

Be warned that if you call them, they will show up at your address and clean your gutters whether or not you want it, and bill you for it.We requested an estimate weeks ago and they never showed, so we went with another company. Then, out of the blue, Eastern Iowa gutter showed up, cleaned without authorization and handed us a $400 bill.Dont call them unless you dont care about the price and can wait around for them to fleece you at their leisure.

I thought the guys that came did a great job, But I was very unhappy with the difference between the quote given by there sales person $818. and the price I had to pay$1200. That is a buyer beware an quite an increase. They said they got rid of the person who quoted me that amount, but I didnt hire the person. Guess Im responsible to pay for the mistakes of who they hired. again beware of a price increase with excuses scam.
