Came to get a few pages printed out from my USB stick and I received awesome service.

I have to say, that Kevin is not only greets you with a smile, but sincerely tries to make sure you have the best customer experience possible. I was impressed with his knowledge, and how he went out of his way to ensure that my package would arrive safely and intact. It did, and my friend was ecstatic when the package of cheesecake arrived on her doorstep, safe and sound. Thank you, Kevin!

They make it so easy to send packages and very inexpensive but i found out that you cant ship money by UPS. WHO KNEW ??

Stopped in this morning to ship back an Amazon package and the guy that was working was so rude and wouldn’t help me figure out how to print my return label. I had to leave and go to Walgreens to print a picture copy of my return label because the jerk wouldn’t just show me how to do it. I was so upset.

I stopped into UPS Store 5246 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa this morning to return a couple Amazon purchases from the holiday. First, I stopped in at 8:20 AM. The store opens at 8:30. It was already open and Michelle was behind the counter rocking & rolling the customers that were showing up early. I had questions about how to do my returns & Michelle knew exactly what I needed and took my returns and got them processed ASAP. I have never experienced better customer service. I worked as a manager in a shipping and receiving department at a printing company for 10 years. I encountered many snafus and sometimes irritated people processing my orders. Not today. Michelles attitude and work ethic is the best advertisement there is for UPS Great job Michelle!!!

Didnt inform me of the $5 fee for a notary stamp until after they stamped the papers.

This store has always been quick, clean, and courteous. Now that my husband is overseas for the military and I am shipping him packages regularly the staff here has gone above and beyond! I am so grateful for their support! I would recommend them to anyone.

I was struggling to get my two little kids organized so we could come in the store when the man working at the store, Andrew, so graciously came outside to get my package from me and told me not to worry about coming in. He even went to get my receipt and brought it out to me while I loaded my kids back in. It was seriously a lifesaver and so appreciated. I could have gotten everyone inside, but his kindness sure made things easier. He even said next time to just honk and hed come out to help sooner. Great customer service. Thank you Andrew!!

I have been printing multiple Items at this location for my wedding, and have had nothing but good experiences, everything has been very reasonably priced, quickly printed, and most recently I printed some sheets that were black and white- 2 sided- but were upside down. I didnt notice till I got them home since I usually just run in quick to grab them, Sent an e-mail over to the store to see if they could be corrected or if I needed to re-order online, they re-printed the new ones and were done and ready to be picked up within about an hour of my first e-mail! Great service!

Great, a really positive experience with UPS. They were pleasant and courteous, and took their time in explaining their mailbox product.The moment I walked in I was acknowledged to be helped next.Would recommend to others!

They were nice enough as far as staff goes, but I was charged for a fax that did not come through clearly due to their fax machine running out of toner. Still had to pay for it even though I did not want it, I ended up emailing the papers I needed and printed them off there instead. So all in all was charged for a 7 page fax 2 which had lines through it and the rest well, if you can make a paragraph out of 3 words good luck to you. But its your basic service for UPS its all there maybe not the customer satisfaction but the rest works thanks ladies for charging me for stuff I couldnt use.

I use this store to ship packages to my son in the military. Great service,nice people, extremely helpful. That pack the boxes for you! I do recommend to others and will use them again.
