First time renting from A1 and they were great. They were very busy when I stopped in on Friday to pickup my rental. They had it all setup and ready to go. They took the time to show me how to use the equipment and answer all of my questions, even though they were very busy. I will definitely rent from them again. The MT55 is a lot of fun to use and highly recommended if you have a lot of dirt or gravel to move for your project. It didnt take long to get good at driving/using.

They are very personable and have great service and the price was right. We were in and out of there in go time. When we returned the trailer we were in and out in lass than 10 minutes. Great people and great place to do business with.

Very poor equipment and very, very, very pathetic customer service. We received a trencher for a day and it was a piece of junk. Tried calling and no one answered the phone nor returned our message. We ended up driving 20 minutes to the place just to be treated poorly by a Caleb who pretty much told us off. He was so rude and totally unprofessional in his handling of the situation, and we left with nothing resolved. I will never rent from these people ever again. Im still waiting to see how the owner deals with this equipment problem, and I hope he lines out his arrogant, rude staff as well. I have little hope any of this will be made right.

HORRIBLE EQUIPMENT THAT IS A PILE OF JUNK. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!Two weeks ago we rented a tiller to prep for a semi load of sod coming. The tiller dug 1-2 deep if you were lucky. Today we rented a trencher for a sprinkler system. The blades are so dull, its taking an hour to go 20 feet. We called several times and could never get anyone to answer the phone. Left a message, and an hour later, still no return phone call. Finally drove to the place to see if we could get another trencher or a sharp blade. We scheduled the job for Saturday, while everyone was off of work. Got to the store, and dealt with unprofessional, noncaring Caleb. Meanwhile, another customer walks in complaining that he too has a piece of equipment that is not performing as it should. Whats the point of spending hard earned money on a piece of equipment that doesnt get the job done. The job is hard enough, without having a piece of equipment that doesnt get the job done. I will never again rent from this place. If you decide to, good luck, but youve been warned.

Agreed to reserve a wood chipper nearly 2 weeks ago from these folks. One was out on rental and the other was broken. They told me to wait for the good one so I did. I get there to pick it up and the thing is torn apart and am told to come back in 45 minutes. I get back and the machine clearly has not been maintained and will hardly take a 2 branch when they advertise it as a 7 machine. Anything over 2 just burned on the end indicating incredibly dull cutters. Thanks for wasting my time. Not even a courtesy heads up phone call. Very unprofessional. Their inventory quality has REALLY gone down hill over the years. Spend your money elsewhere on quality equipment.

Always friendly and prices are reasonable

The guys were very friendly when in the store and their prices are reasonable, but their delivery times need some work. We needed our tables delivered in the morning and we were told they would be there by 11, they didnt get there until 1:30. That is not the kind of stress a bride wants to deal with the day before her wedding!

Appreciate you guys being open until 1pm on Saturday. Had a last minute rental need and you were able to meet my need. Staff is friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again!

My work rented a scissor jack for the day. When it arrived, we were not able to find a way to get it inside. I called A1 and Adam was very helpful in offering solutions, and even suggested he could send over his maintenance man. We took him up on that offer after we were still experiencing difficulties. MAY I SAY...... Stewart maneuvered the 20 Scissor Jack Lift with such grace, like a swan dancing on a glass-still pond. Thank you for all your help and the beauty you brought to us today. Cheers !

If you need to rent anything...try here first. I rented a small Jackhammer for removing tile they were less expensive than Home Depot.

Had a propane tank filled.. The tank wasnt completely empty and its weight was 21 lbs.. An empty weighs approx 17 lbs.. When i got home i realized that the tank they filled weighed 35.2 lbs.. The guy said he put 20 lbs of fuel in.. With my calculation there was approx 4 lbs of fuel left in the tank. This guy billed me $25 dollars for 20 lbs of fuel when it only took 16 lbs. His excuse everyone else doesnt fill the tank completely full. Thats true however a full exchange tank from walmart weighs 33.2 lbs for around $14.. He also asked if this would be cash or card, I replied card and he ever did tell me anything under $100 on a credit card carrys a $2.00 fee. I wont be back looks like these people are dishonest.

If I had a rental company, I would run it like these guys. But, better.

Rented a jack hammer for a weekend project, they had the tools available, even last minute, great prices, friendly staff.

Whatever you need, they’ve got it. Great weekend rates too!

I rented a leaf vacuum from them for the day and when I went to use it, the hose on it split, not only that, it couldn’t do the job it was supposed to do. So I went to take it back for a refund AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR 4 HOURS, even though I had only had it for an hour and the entire hour I had it, it wasn’t functional. I was very disappointed.
