I currently work for all seasons part time. Such a great team environment. If you need help or supplies everyone is just a phone call away. they make sure you are fully trained and do a great job of offering out more hours as new accounts open. Part time work is sometimes hard to find when you have a full time job. This was such a perfect solution for me!! The hours are perfect for me to have the best of both worlds. If you need time off they work with you to have that time and I can tell they completely value their employees.

Great place to work for! Excellent pay for this line of work. Ive been with the company for a year and a half and have always gotten the right treatment. The management is great and they defiantly know how to run a cleaning business. As for the cleaning, we are excellent and thorough and care about our jobs because of the management, the pay, and I think many of us hired find cleaning fun and easy to do! This company has a great reputation and I would recommend it over any other competitor.

This is a very great company to work for full time or part time. Like any other company they invest in you what you invest in them. The better job you do, they will keep asking you to work more hours and give you as much as you want. I worked a part time job for them for many years. They work around your times and locations as much as they can, and pay very well to start out. I know that if I called them up today to ask for hours, they would keep me in mind for the next job out there! Check them out for flexibility and great starting wages!

Great company to work for!! Hours are flexible and if you need time off they always make sure you get it. Office staff is friendly and helpful! If you enjoy cleaning then this is place to work for whether you are looking for full time or part time hours.

Not a great company to work for, I’ve read a lot of the reviews for ASC and I have to agree with the ones that say they are a bad company. I wish I had looked here before applying. First off they gave us only 2 days of training, I get that it’s a cleaning company but for how picky the company and client are they needed to provide us with more training. They constantly told us our work wasn’t good enough and picked things that we cleaned and say they weren’t done right. Also forget about asking them to come down to show what you miss or did wrong, they will tell you “okay we’ll send someone down tomorrow night.” But The never do. They brought another person in to help us gave her a night and a few hours of training then just dropped her on us. Two people who didn’t know how to fix the complaints and now had to train.. wow great supervisor. Don’t apply here.

I am currently an employee of almost two years and this is a great company to work for! They accommodate my full time job as well as extra activities that Im involved in. The work is easy and the pay is great! If you can clean your house you can clean here!! They let their employees know that they are appreciated and that is rare to come by in a company!!

Horrible place to work. Yea they helped me when I needed it but I did everything on the list and the client kept complainly that got old so I quit and go another job. Im glad I took it. Much better hours and people are awesome.

Very organized and clean business

Ive worked for this company for 2 ish years now, and I love it. The hours have been super flexible, the staff overall is very helpful when you have questions, the jobs themselves easy to follow and do, and they dont discriminate for advancement, and if youre hardworking and are good at cleaning, this job is amazing. The pay is fair for what we do, and everyone is open minded. This is one of the first jobs Ive felt valued at, especially as it grows and changes. Working in the Waterloo and Cedar Rapids areas for this company has showed me a lot. We take pride in doing a good, thorough job. Our post constitution cleans a quick and thorough, we have a great team of office cleaners in the Waterloo and Cedar Rapids areas, and were working every day to make our quality better. I feel that we also do great floor jobs, and dont cut corners. We even go through and do deep cleans, and detail cleaning for the little bits and pieces that wouldnt normally get cleaned to make sure the business we cover sparkle and look pridefully presentable.

Such a great company to work for, the ladies in the office are always super friendly! They have always been understanding with my schedule and childs health problems, they truly put their employees first! :)

Wouldnt give them one star. Everyone on here that gave them more doesnt work for the company. At least not in Cedar Rapids. Human Resources is a joke. Wish I could post the text and emails she has sent me threatening to write me up if I tell a company an employee fell asleep instead of working. I have had maybe four days off in three months working 60-80 hours a week. Told Human Resources I was going to Des Moines. She text me saying Im a no call no show Supervisor has my son texting me for her because she decides she doesnt want to do her job. They all talk about each other and treat people horrible. Had 158 hours in one pay period 15 days but only received 32 hours of overtime. Some of the worst cleaners. Expect people to work seven days a week if you dont do just an account or two. I quit a year ago. Kandi called me back. I was dumb enough to go back. Shes nice to your face. Doesnt even have the professionalism to respond to emails or text after going into an account that no one had cleaned or to even let me know what Im working. Watch out for the supervisor. Loves to tell everyone everything but all the facts. Unorganized. In trouble with not paying taxes. Keeps horrible employees and treats the good ones awful. Lies to accounts about backgrounds so they can have a body in there cleaning. No one gets background checks The Facebook stalk employees who quit or stand up for themselves and have other employees follow and take pictures of the smart ones who get away.

Worse company to work for very unorganized, managment does a very bad job training there employees and whatch your pay check after you work for them and employees are very two faced will try to cost others there jobs just to save theres do NOT work there or hire them for anything if there was a option for 0 stars I would give it to them but sadly theres not
