The machine for the car wash ate my cash and the wash never started. No number to call for assistance. This was by the Johnson Ave Hyvee. Do not go here!

Trash.Soap in the rinse water. Leaky hoses over head. Leaky sprayers.Go across the street to the Casey’s car wash if you’re this desperate.

Put a 20$ bill in and it did not give my change and there is no phone number

I was just at the Iowa wash on Johnson in cedar rapids. change machine wouldnt take $5 bills credit card machine did not work so I pulled over into the next wash bay, credit card machine was completely removed I couldnt even wash my car.

Im glad there are still some car washes with the brushes! The kids LOVE it!

Price seems to keep going up. When issue occurs, multiple calls needed to reach anyone in authority over multiple days. When management is reached they are less skilled in customer service than the workers just answering calls. Had many friends with issues here, never thought I’d be next

The Johnson Ave. location is the worst car wash Ive ever been to. Its pretty bad when I live right around the corner and havent been able to wash my car there in probably a year because every time I go there something is broken. I keep going there in hopes that I dont have to drive across town this time to wash my car but every time thats what I have to do. Card readers never work, change machine almost never works even when it doesnt say out of order, and in todays case it took my coins without counting them, I only put in a couple before I noticed. Prices are for some reason higher than the much nicer wash over on Edgewood too which is where I always end up having to go. If you cant afford to keep the thing at least somewhat maintained you probably need to sell it so somebody else can run it...Sorry for the long rant but its been a long time coming.

Poorly maintained. No response from owners or Management group despite multiple calls.Pre-soak comes out at weak volume and weak pressure along with poor-quality alkaline balance. Here in the Midwest bugs and other biological matter require high-strength pre-soak solutions to effectively remove.The lack of care and knowledge of the ownership is astonishing. I am not sure how they have maintained business other than itsl ocation.

The wash was out of soap so i wasted 2.50 on a wash for no reason id like a refund plz of course no way to get ahold of anyone and this google page is misleading because its for 2 locations my issue was at c street then when i went to use the vacuum it stole a quarter so technically you guys owe me 2.75 and with no way to talk to anyone im left eating the funds
