Professionalism is hugely lacking when working with other businesses in the community. Sadly, they will be losing business due to this. Being respectful and kind takes minimal effort. Proper training is needed to properly address members of your community.

What happened with the covid false positives sent to the state? 320 reports of covid caused schools to close. If the mistake was not yours i will cancel this review.
