Fantastic service at a reasonable price. I know my vehicle is going to be taken care of and they always call to let me know what they found and to give estimates to get approval before doing any work.

Joe and his team worked tirelessly to fix the issues on my 2004 Honda. Joe even gave me a phone call update when the expected time of completion changed.

Friendly but wont deal with Hondas

Good people! Joe took the time to correctly diagnose the problem. I had been told was a transmission by a different mechanic. This is more than a transmission shop, this is a complete vehicle service business. I will be taking all of my vehicle service to B&L.

Who actually likes going to a mechanic? I do when I come here! The owner is super friendly and has a great sense of humor and is fair on prices and they also dont sit there and bull**** you on whats wrong with your vehicle which lots of other places will do!

Great people to work with. Had decent prices and was willing to work with me.However their rebuilt bullet proofed transmission lasted only 3 years and then blew up on me. Warranty is only 5000 miles, should have been an indicator on their quality

Had a quote over the phone for about 1100, went to pick up the vehicle. and was charged almost 1800, They decided that other repairs were needed to be done and never even bothered to notify me about it... Not very professional.

This is by far one of the best shops in the city. I have been Joes customer for over 15 years. Have always received honest & excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend.

Took my truck on a gravel road test drive, beat the hell out of it. Returned it with a major exhaust leak. Not sure yet what other damage was done. In no way was that professional.
