This agent, Amber has behaved quite unethically and in a non professional manner. The agent refused to submit offer to the owner of the property she represented, and shockingly posted my offer publicly online in bid to up the purchase price which is in violation of TREC rules and regulations. I would caution anyone against using Amber Gunn’s services.

This was not a good experience. This realtor/broker never gave me the time for buying a home. It was always in a rush. I made a purchase because she told me if I didnt it was going to go so fast before even seeing the home. Then it was a nightmare after that. She referred me to inspectors way over my price but I found a less expensive one who did a good job.I signed papers that she never went through them with me. I only had a small amount to put down on earnest money but she told me I had to have a certain amount of money so I had to find that money as earnest money. So far all lending was all good. I kept asking her if I was safe to leave this so I dont lose my earnest money. She kept telling me over and over I will not lose my earnest money. Well later the lender wasnt going to use some of my income and without that I couldnt qualify. She called me back and told me now I will not get my earnest money back and the owner of the home can take it and he did. This was not right. She was not helping me through anything. This whole home buying experience was a horrible experience and to lose all this money. She refused to even help me get it back and never told me there was a deadline. Just beware. If you sign anything make sure you go somewhere else to make sure someone else is helping you because I lost all my earnest money and a home I was buying at the same time my lease was out. Very bad experience.
