The call no one wants to make: “I’ve just been in a car accident.” Tuesday before Christmas I was rear-ended and rammed into another vehicle. I was able to eventually hobble my way to work. The following day Becki had my car in a body shop and me in a rental. My car was eventually totaled. Becki took exceptional care of me, kept me up to date with the claim and periodically checked on my health. I’ve been with StateFarm over 25 years, 10 of those with Becki. I have four amazing sisters and during this Christmas event, I felt like I gained a fifth. I cannot thank you enough Becki for taking such good care of us.

They used to have top notch customer service several years ago but they really let themselves go. Everyone at this office is extremely rude and treats you like you’re bothering them. Scammed me out of money and made excuses about it, too.

My family and I have been with this agency for several years now and up to this point I have no complaints. Mirna is always available and has that can do attitude!! She will go above and beyond to resolve any issues for you.For example, I have been in two accidents in the past 2 years and I did not feel any stress during the claim process. The claim was processed quickly, I received towing reimbursement within days! And my rental vehicle within hours from the time of the accident. Mirna even took time out of her busy schedule to assist me personally for the vehicle rental. I am always recommending Mirna new clients constantly. Im over all a very satisfied customer.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AGENT! I had SEVERAL issues with Becki personally as well as Mirna who works under her out of the same office. In the beginning I was told if I bundled my truck, motorcycle and renters insurance that my rates would drop significantly so I chose to transfer my truck from the previous provider to State Farm. Called back several weeks later about something and found out that I didnt even have renters insurance at all at the time! Had several instances after that where I received notices in the mail that my policy was cancelled for non-payment (even though I had automatic monthly withdrawals) but yet when I call the branch to find out whats going on all I heard from Becki and the like was no your fine. Then a month or so ago I get a notice that my monthly payment is going to be quite a bit higher than usual, call to find out why and apparently my premium had been updated MONTHS PRIOR but was just now hitting the billing cycle...funny I NEVER had these kinds of issues or excuses with any other provider. Fighting through my frustration I asked not only the representative (Mirna) I was working with to verify my monthly charges as well as also asking Becki HERSELF personally to look over my policy so that I could double check my policy was correct and also so I could make an accurate budget moving forward. I was told everything was correct by BOTH of them yet of course when the bill came it was still much higher than I was told it would be. Big surprise. After stressing the importance of needing accurate information regarding my policy due to moving several weeks later and attempting to create a budget, which apparently fell on deaf ears, I decided to take my business to a different agent. After asking not only a rep but also the branch manager to personally look it over and was miserably disappointed and lied to I said enough is enough. If you like hearing every excuse under the sun, random amounts automatically deducted from your bank account and treated like your not even worth their time to investigate customer stated issues then this is the place for you!

I got very bad experience with this office and the agent whom they said that she just left. You don’t want to work with the insurance office where they wouldn’t care and left your policy canceled without your awareness. Now I have to shop for another insurance and you know all the insurance quote would go higher if you don’t have coverage at this moment. It’s a such a waste of time and effort to get the insurance at this location, you don’t want to have the same experience as mine.
