Do not come here they don’t care about their customers and stole money from me. Poorly ran. I’ve been bringing my family here for awhile and we stopped coming because they gave me the worst experience ever when doing a simple crown replacement procedure. I came for wisdom teeth pull and they told me I needed to do a crown replacement instead.. ok your the pro’s so I pay for that. Somehow now I have a $250 bill that was unpaid yet the last time I was in I owed absolutely nothing in fact they were about to give me my money back for the procedure because I had to come back 7 times for a crown molding that they could not get correct the first time. They insisted to tell me that they are using a new molding company that was not doing so well. I was patient with them and never complained once throughout the long process that should’ve been just two procedures. All i did was never come back and now their collection company randomly throws this random unpaid bill that they claim was for THIS procedure that I paid in FULL. Their charging me for one of the times that I had to come back because it was their fault and they can’t cement a crown. KNOWING it was their fault their not even trying to take care of me for their mistake! Cedar hill front receptionist clearly told me when I left I owed nothing. I called to resolve this and Clark staff is now telling me they now can’t talk to me over a $250 dollar bill 😂 this company must be hurting or just has no customer service at all. I would never do this to a customer! I would give them their $250 back! Sad sad sad..

Professional front staff, techs, and Dr that are informative and willing to work with your schedule. Everyone Ive interacted with has been kind and knowledgeable.

Today was my 2nd visit. The staff was very friendly. I ask today if I could be one of their patients. Dr. Clark was very friendly and explained everything he was doing before and after. I was referred to Dr. Clark by my son in-law.

Sweet and Understanding staff. Very accommodating to our schedule and preferences with procedures. They found an issue that my previous dentist never mentioned to me and fixed it quickly. I have no more dental issues, finally at 32. I got 2 fillings and never had a better experience while at a dentist clinic. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Ive have been coming to this Dentist location on and off for about 3 years now Id say. I recently been back since Feb for a few treatments and Ive seen 3 out of 4 the Dentist there and all were great! They are so nice and sweet and the assistant Ive had is amazing. She is always asking me questions to ensure I am comfortable. The Drs that have worked on me know exactly what they are doing and they are very quick and precise and they explain everything in detail. Tonya and Johana I hope I spelled that right have always been very respectful when they call me or when I call them I have canceled on them a few times before due to money issues but they are always so understanding. I will continue my treatment plan at this location in Cedar Hill.

My overall experience was not very good. Not because of the dental service, but more of my experience from the staff and account manager of billing. There hasnt been one visit that hasnt resulted in a lot of confusion and invalid billing. The staff does not get back with you in a timely manner when there is an issue with the filing of a dental claim. I have encountered several issues which resulted in taking over two months to get corrected. I will not be returning although this office is very convenient to my home and I recommend anyone that comes as a new patient to do your research and make sure you know whats covered and whats not regarding your insurance.

My entire family and I have been patients with Clark Dental group for 10 years or more. It has always been a nice family business. People are always so warm and welcoming. Dr. Cammack was the best! Weve always loved this place, kids especially. This morning, however, I had the worst customer service experience in my familys 10 years. So bad, that Im thinking of finding a new dentist. I got a call from the business manager whos name is Brenda. As soon as I picked up the phone her attitude was apparent. I told her that wed cancelled. To which, she replied, I have to pay people. Youll need to pay a late cancellation fee. You wanna pay it now or next visit?! I agreed to next visit, then heard someone in the background say, this is the 3rd time. She acknowledged the person in the backgrounds comments and said, since youre traveling why dont you call us when you can come in. This is exactly what I told the last person who called pushing me to nail down an appointment. Anyway, I agreed and we hung up. The more I thought about her attitude, the angrier I got. So I called back...got Brenda again. She was even ruder, obviously mad that Id called back. Anyway, to make a long story short, I told her that I didnt appreciate her attitude and thats not how you treat customers. She said, well what are we to do? How do we solve this? I told her it might be too late. Id never come in contact with the likes of her at Clark Dental Group and hoped to never do so again. She NEVER even apologized, just said, ok, thank you. I called my husband and told him to pray real hard about his upcoming visit because as I type Im searching for a new dental office. We’ve never returned and never will! #poorcustomerservice
