Great experience at Twisted iPhone! They were quick in fixing my phone and the quality was well worth the price. Not to mention the staff is super friendly. Will definitely be coming to them for all my technology needs.

Twisted iPhone was great! Fast friendly service and totally affordable. We had two iPhones that we believed dead after a week at camp. Our cell provider took a look at them and advised buying new ones (surprise, surprise). We decided to try Twisted iPhone, and were glad we did. For a fraction of the price they got both phones working again. The personnel was professional and friendly and it took us about an hour. From now on when weve got a problem with our tablets or phones, our first stop will be Twisted iPhone.

These guys know what theyre doing. They can do it all. Theyre quick and friendly every time I get my smart devices fixed. Strongly recommend.

The owner here is a complete scam artist and rips people off. They have no price list and the owner instructs the techs to tell everyone different prices. I brought my Mac book pro in to clean a virus from the computer and to get an Apple G-5 tower fixed. I was told that it would be $49.99 an hr but if all my Mac book pro only needed the virus wiped off they would apply the $49.99 to the charge and that’s all it would be. The Apple G-5 was supposed to be diagnosed and I was to be told before any work was done on what it would require and exactly how much it would cost. When I was finally called to pick up the Mac book pro I was told I owed $189 for cleaning the virus in which I quickly disputed the charges based on what I was told to me by the tech although I was never given an itemized invoice which left me with only my word of what was told to me while talking to the owner. The owner told me he personally called the tech at school who’s still in Highschool and said the tech said he told me it would be $189 to wipe a virus and I said who would agree to that price to clean a virus? Lol.. I was then told by the owner that he could just reinstall the virus and give it back to me. I had him on speaker phone so another customer who is also a business owner like myself got up and walked over to me and said sir I’ve been listening to the conversation and the way I guys are trying to do this gentleman is wrong and not good business practice at all. He told her it was none of her business and to get off the phone. Lol..the owner then agreed to give me back my Mac book pro for the $49.99 and said he would just send back the G-5 tower that was currently in Waxahatchie but nothing had been done to it not even a diagnosis yet he said and that they would call me once it was at the Cedar Hill location but I never received a call for my G-5 tower. He told me after I picked up the G-5 tower he no longer wanted my business. 3 weeks passed by with no call and I went to retrieve it but once I got there the tech told me it was $42.99🤷🏽‍♂️🤔🤨 I said the owner said nothing was done not even a diagnosis and I could come pick it up once back to this location. The tech then read a card saying several things was wrong with it like the ram etc..🤨 I said it was told to me no diagnosis had been done and I could pick it up. The tech makes a call and goes in the back room to make the conversation private between he and the owner then comes back out and says to me I don’t know what’s going on but he said u can take the G-5. 🤷🏽‍♂️ The tech was also the same tech that took my property in that the owner claimed he called to discuss the matter while he was at school and when I asked the tech if he had spoken with the owner on our conversation of what the pricing would be I was informed by the tech that he never received a call and that they never spoke about the pricing he had discussed with him and to his knowledge what he had instructed me of was right unless something had changed without him being further briefed about the price change 🤨..ok world 🌎 as consumers we must band together to shut down these ridiculous preposterous scammers !!!😉

My phone had a cracked screen. They replaced it but failed to reassemble the phone correctly. The proximity sensor failed to work. Brought phone back in. They fixed proximity sensor and then the headphone jack stopped working. They fixed the headphone jack and then the Bluetooth stopped working. They sent the phone off for 2 weeks to an expert who did nothing but confirm Bluetooth doesnt work. They refused to fix what they broke or to give me a refund. Thankfully, my phone insurance allowed me to send the phone to the manufacturer to get fixed. 5 stars for Upsie. 0 stars for Twisted iPhone. They broke my phone and did not even give me a refund for failing to complete the job of fixing my phone.EDIT: In response to Twisteds response, the mower grazed the surface of the phone display. Other than a streak across the display, everything was working. I used for at least a week before bringing in. None of the issues I noted appeared until Twisted began working on the phone. They kept my money because they changed the display and took no responsibility for returning a malfunctioning phone.

Went to check how much it would cost to repair IPhone 6s screen and they said it would be $110. Ridiculous, you could buy 5 screens on Amazon and do it yourself 5 times if you mess up.
