All around great service! Set up appointment, dropped off phone for front screen repair and was told it will probably be the next day before it was ready. I was in the area so decided to stop in and to my surprise was told it would be just a few minutes, if I wanted to wait. Ten minutes later, they brought out my phone looking brand new. Saved me a trip the next day!!

I always rely on the Best Buy Geek Squad in Cedar Hill for all of my tech repairs and advice. They always do what they say they will do and for the price or price range they indicated. They are always polite and never look down on me because I am not a tech person at all. They always provide the information I need and answer all my questions in great detail, with out pressuring me, so that I can make a very informed decision. I have been using them for at least 5 years and they have never let me down. With the online check in the wait time is so-o-o much faster! Keep up the good work!

Drop a new HP computer off at 3:00 on Fridayand they have me a pickup time of 12:00 on Saturday. I show up at 8:00pm and they tell me my computer is not done because didnt have a charger... a electronic store without a computer charger... so I ask well why didnt yall call and ask to bring the charger. Guy responds I dont know I wasnt here... So my response was what needs to happen in order to get my computer do you need my charger. He then replies No I found one... Really Geek Squad. Will never dr o business with these guys again.

Very disappointed. Made appointment 3 days in advance when I got there on time they said the two or three-hour repair would take two or three days because there was two or three cell phones in front of me. This is my business phone so I was really depending on the two or three hour window for the appointment I had made several days in advance. Will no longer consider Geek Squad for repairs in the future.

Unprofessional and disorganized staff and overpricing people for simple things

Wanted them to do a simple repair on a laptop. And they dont even listen. Answer to everything is buy a new pc.. back up the data for $$$$$
