I took a car here as an insurance claim 6 years ago, the people were friendly helpful and they did an amazing job on my car. So, when it came time to have another car worked on this week I went to them, and received the same professional, friendly treatment as I did last time. This is a model of how companies should be.

My experience here was absolutely first rate. From the time I contacted them about my needed repairs up to the day I picked up my finished car, I could not have asked for better customer service. They delivered on time, kept me informed all throughout the process and returned my Jeep as good as brand new. Thumbs up to Tim and the crew. Keep up the outstanding work.

We were referred to Superstar Collision by our Farmers Insurance agent. Everything appears to be outstanding at the time of pickup. The minus one 🌟 is because more time is needed to see if the repairs and painting hold up and because of delays in having the car ready. We dont mind that it took as long as it did but we received a call saying the car would be ready on Wednesday. We adjusted our schedule accordingly On Wednesday they called and said the car would be ready on Thursday. We again shuffled our schedule. Thursday they called and said the car would be ready on Friday. And again we adjusted our schedule. Friday they said the car wasnt ready and they dont work weekends so it would be ready on Monday. I picked up the car up at 5pm Monday.

I went back about 2 weeks had some chipping, the owner took his finger nail scratched paint off, n said bring it in they would fix it, they gave me the run when ever I tried to get my car back in there, I do not see how they have the ratings they have unless its a color thing, very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our experience here was great. They were professional and courteous. My daughters car looked as if it were brand new. No gaps seams are tight, paint is as if it came from the dealer. Enterprise rental is conveniently next door. Anyone needing collision repair should come here.

Great Place to take your Vehicle for repairs. They even told me what to expect from my Auto Insurance. When I picked up my Truck it almost looked like it came from the showroom floor.

I hate to say it but I have needed their collision services 3 times! Each time they took very good care of me and my car. They have a car rental place on their lot as well just in case. I am very pleased. I hope I never need them again, but if someone else needs a reputable and polite small business collision place, this is it!

Where to even begin on how amazing these guys were!! I brought my car in with the passenger side door basically concave and received it back after about 10 business days looking better then when I first bought the thing! All the guys are super nice and friendly and kept me up to date on what was going on. Very easy to reach over the phone! They also have an Enterprise rent-a-car right next door so you drop your car off and walk right over to get your rental. Everything was so easy! Will definitely be recommending them to everyone.

My car was repaired in a timely matter. They vacuumed the interior, cleaned the windows and made it look spic and span on the exterior. With a car rental next door, it is a one stop shop. I highly recommend.

Great place. Very friendly helpful people. Excellent work. Hate to say it but I seem to be here on a regular basis. These people care about me and what I need done. They are always very busy but seems like 5hey are always very fast on getting my vehicles completed. Also have a car rental place attached which helps.

I love this place! I had an accident back in 2015 with my VW Jetta and they were so helpful. It was great that enterprise was attached to it. So I was able to have my rental car taken care of the same time as my wrecked car. Once they got my car in they were amazing with keeping me updated. They would call me once a week with an update. It took them 6 weeks to fix my car which was expected since it needed German parts. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Our family is from San Antonio and on 12/28 my husband had an accident on his way to Dallas. The gentlemen who work at this center truly went above and beyond, especially after we ran into a vehicle key issue.Daryl and Tim were so quick to help solve the issue considering we were 4.5 hours away. Unfortunately for us our vehicle ended up being a total loss, but this shop lessened the blow as they restored my faith in humanity.I got the pleasure to meet Mr. Daryl in person when we drove back in to pick up our belongings and he was sympathetic and kind. Our family is truly grateful that during such a trying time they were doing their very best to lessen the hassle of the situation.Thank you for all your hard work and commitment to your customers, I understand why you are superstar collision, you have surely earned that title in my book.

My wife and I had some work done on the car because of a small parking lot incident. The work was great, the people were friendly, and the technician who gave me a ride back to the house when I dropped off the car was a very pleasant. We will use them again if we have autobody needs.

Stay away from this collision center. Customer Service is as unprofessional as it can get. They will always find extra damage even when there is no additional damage on the vehicle. They will tell you your parts are at the collision center, when in fact the parts havent been ordered yet. This company only wants to milk your insurance company dry!!

Would leave a negative star if i could took my Infiniti to these folks for hail damage repair and paint has not been the same since,had to take it back once for the repair of trim then again cause the paint in the rooftop peeled when i washed it and amazingly other parts of my car color has faded so bad it looks yellow when it should be pearl white and they response to farmers was we didnt touch it !! Really pics before and after look like a completely different car i should have sued these people they took well over 9000 bucks for a poor poor job and they can care less about being fair and honeat its alll about the fast turnover and money!!!!

Worst customer service!!! Me and my wife were sent there by Nationwide insurance for a claim we were told to talk to Miguel Olguin he gave us a check made out to auto finance company and my wife’s name I’m sure almost knowing that we couldn’t cash it and now he doesn’t answer his phones we are also going to complain to nationwide directly, people like Miguel Olguin shouldn’t be doing this type of work if he is not going to be accesible to customers it’s been at least 3 days that we have been calling him and still no answer...

Weve unfortunately had the need to use Superstar Collision twice in the last few years (and going back now for third repair) and they have always done top notch work. If you have to deal with a collision center, this is the one to use.

The owner of this workshop is a bad man who has no compassion for his workers. Is a man who has no education and likes to offend. I do not recommend this workshop. They treat workers very badly just to make the cars look great. its not fair.
