Awful! They had our vehicle in March for 2 weeks and when they brought it out they didnt have the bumper on correctly. The service person said they would fix it when I brought the car back??? Why? Then I realized the vehicle was not completed! In July the vehicle went in again after lots of phone calls, talking to upper management etc. They had our vehicle for 39 days! I went to pick up my vehicle and turn in our rental just before lunch. Asked if someone needed to check the car. I was told no that they would get it. Got my car and first thing I noticed again it was not completed yet again. Called my husband and told him the issues. He said just leave and we will let our insurance company we will never use them again and sent pictures of what was still wrong. 2 days later I get an email from the rental company wanting to know how we wanted to pay for damage to the rental. I was like what??? There was no damage to the car when I turned it in to Caliber Collision? They told me it was checked when I turned it in at 530. I said check the records. I turned in the car before lunch and asked two different employees if someone needed to check the car I brought back. This office is horrible and know one is held accountable. We thought when a regional director hot involved it would improve. The gm there is a joke and the office manager covers for him. I did meet one young man while there at pick up who was intelligent, forth coming, polite and courteous. During our time with them which required 3 visits, 35 phone calls and more than 2 plus hours of wasted hold time trying to resolve this I dealt with 8 people. One person gave a darn about providing good service. Run do not use them.

Caliber Collison had quite a time trying to work with us and our insurance. Samuel(the GM) worked through our defeat and frustration in such a professional manner. I would recommend them strictly because they are trustworthy and goes above and beyond for their customer.

I had my 2004 ford mustang fixed by caliber collision, they were preferred body shop of the insurance company of the person that hit my car. The paint job was horrible and I was left unfinished. They fixed the door but left the door handled unpainted. It looked awful and when I brought it to my service advisor James. He told me that the insurance company didnt authorize that repair, but if I were to give him a good review he would take care of it I didnt feel comfort with that so I contacted the insurance company and was told to reach out to the manager to get it fixed. I contacted him and he told me he would call the adjuster to get authorization to fix the door handle. I had to call several times before I was able to get him to get me an answer. Finally after calling him a third time in two weeks did he finally tell me my door handle would be covered. If I didnt reach out I probably would have never got a call back. He did make an appointment to bring it in. But it was too much hassle to bring it in get a car rental and then come back. I didnt bring it in. I never got a call to see why I didnt make the appointment. Why? they dont care about customer service. Just beware!

If you have a newer model car that has an engine cover, make sure you pop the hood and check that the cover is still there when they are done working on it. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until months later (bad on my part). Also if you have phone cords in your car they will take them. Can you say sticky fingers.

I took my car here because the insurance company of the person who it my car uses this place as a preferred business. Caliber Collision paint job on my mustang was short of horrible. The paint job looks cheap, they left my door handle unpainted. I was told by the service advisor James that if I left a good review he could take care of the door handle. I didnt like that type of business. I contacted the manager and he did rectify the issue after several weeks with the insurance company. However, If I hadnt of called back my issue would have gone ignored. But, its a big hassle having to go back and have to drop it off again, get a rental and then wait for it to be completed again, I didnt go back. Please beware of this caliber collision

Someone tried to steal out Truck at North Park Mall. A lot of electrical work had to be done and few body work. Yeraldy was amazing she explained everything to us and answered all my Husband questions (he is very picky) . She also kept in contact on a weekly basis while the truck was in their possession.Fast forward a couple month some how the tail gate was scratch and I tried to fix it but messed it up more. I called to request an appointment and Yeraldy then called me back asap and I was able to take the truck in for them to fix the scratches. Again she was in contact and they did amazing work. Looks brand new again!Definitely recommend !!!

I brought my 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback to this location with the entire left fender bent away and the lower left bumper gone along with paint scratches along the door as well. And let me tell you, when they brought my car out after the repairs were done it looked brand new like the day I purchased the vehicle. I was honestly going to expect slight imperfections but I was in awe with the repair work. Customer service wise it was definitely a great experience, Mr. Kendric Davis updated via text and phone calls throughout the process. A small but great thing to throw out there is their attention to detail, I replaced my factory side markers with aftermarket ones and they actually noticed this by observing the non-damaged side and cared enough to reach and ask where I got them so they can place one on order to have the newly repaired side match the opposite one. Luckily I already had it ordered and brought the lamp in for installation. Absolutely a job well done by Kendric and the rest of the people involved, you won’t be disappointed.

Victor and Kendric were extremely professional and provided detailed updates on my vehicle repair. Holiday season repairs seem to drag out but they worked diligently to have my car ready in a timely fashion. I will keep using this shop for myself ( let’s hope no more accidents) and as a reference to my friends and family.

Got hit from behind so took our SUV here. they were excellent about keeping us up to date about the all repairs and constantly giving us a very close completion date. the CX5 emblem they placed back on our hatch is crooked 🤦🏻‍♀️. the day we picked up our vehicle, the paint smell was so strong and horrible. i definitely suggest not taking back your car right after they paint it, unless very strong smells do not bother you. i have two babies under 2 years old, so it was not appropriate for my children to be in the car. we raced home. Caliber DID offer to take the car back and do a complete detail inside and out to help with the smell, and offered to give us a rental while they detailed the car, but we had zero time to make that exchange and take the offer. but i do appreciate them wanting to make the situation right. i still give Caliber 5 starts because they are extremely detailed in the damage report and we got text updates all the time with updates on our vehicle. and they offered to help with the smell, so their customer service is like 100% on point. i will definitely take our car back there in the future when we need other things taken care of (tires, oil change, etc).

They broke my windshield it was not like that when it got dropped off and they did not take responsibility for it i dont recommend them find someone more professional these people dont care

I took my vehicle in for an estimate on scratches cause by hitting a orange barrel on Hwy 67 and Caliber Collision was able to buff the scratches at no charge. Brought my car here after being side swiped. The customer service here was beyond great. The main reason Im leaving a review is because of the GM of this location, Samuel Barrientos. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.All my damage was solely on the left side of my vehicle, but he even went as far as to polish and buff the right side of my vehicle so my car wouldnt look uneven. I really appreciated that in an industry where people tend to only do the bare minimum. And he didnt charge me a dime! Thank you guys.

My vehicle was transferred from the Mansfield shop, where I turned it in, to the Duncanville shop as they could complete the repairs sooner. The shop at both locations were excellent in communicating status updates, but the Mansfield front office dropped the ball when it was time to pick up my vehicle. We received a call from the Duncanville shop it would be returned to the Mansfield location the next morning, and they would give us a call when it was ready to pick up. I never received that call. I called on the 3rd day to see if it was ready. Body work was excellent, and they even did some free touch ups in a couple areas not affected by the accident.

Ladies! First let me say I am a woman and I was in need of some car services. Every woman knows when you go to a mechanic, chances are you will pay for more than what you need! Not here!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the customer services is impeccable. I anticipated to stay for a long time, however it was a quick service! I loved it! My first vehicle was there for over 45 days which wasnt their fault for a sunroof and headliner issue Ruben handled business getting my car completed. Being a repeat customer I used them again for another sunroof issue on my SUV after speaking with David he informed me they wanted half the money up front. 🤔🤔 okay thats understandable if you didnt already have the car in your possession for a week. I didnt like that this isnt my first rodeo with the company.

I was disappointed with the quality of the repairs. The rear bumper, and tailgate were not aligned and the tailgate would not close properly. The truck is scheduled to go back for repair.Kendrick was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I do not understand why these issues were not spotted before the truck was released back to me.

Caliber on 67 near Pleasant Run in Cedar Hil is very customer friendly and strive to get the job done right and done timely. I have had a good experience with each contact and the manager is very professional. I needed a part and he worked hard to get it same day and get the repair complete the same day too! It is refreshing to deal with an honest repair shop amidst a sea of deceptive, slow shops. And so nice to not have to wait days to get your repairs completed. I would highly recommend them!

I am not sure about other people experience but here is my honest review of service today. First of all I sent my son, who is 24 here because of their posted great reviews? Well, he was told to make an appointment. So we made the appointment 5-6 days later. My son said, oh they seemed so professional. Maybe they are used to collecting thru insurance. But we didnt have a car accident, we had a 4 inch front bumper bracket that came lose but was still attached. I ordered the bracket online and just wanted it re-attached. i gave my son 200 dollars who is going into the military next month as an officer for the attachment. He just informed me that this guy asked for 900 dollars. What??? He said the tab was broken and would need to be screwed from the outside. I called and talked to the guy. He said a new bumper and labor for the front of a 2009 Versa hatchback would be 900 brand new. So....my experience is that they or he wants to charge you the most instead of helping you fix it for the least claiming it would fall off if it was done for less. So we will go elsewhere where people are not trying to charge megabucks for a minor problem. The bumper is not hanging off or leaning and drives perfectly. We just wanted to secure it more.
