My driver Rod was quite helpful. He was able to get to my location quickly, and got me to where I needed to go. He was kind and polite, plus the car was nice, and had refreshing Air Conditioning.

I would like to say that Fredrick is one of the most awesome and caring humans I have met in cedar. He is always on time and there to make mine and my family and friends day, he gives amazing advise and is an amazing taxi driver

Serene was a great driver very upbeat person to talk to. Very relatable to me I absolutely would love to have her as a driver again.

Called over an hour before needed their services. Was told 35-45 mins. Tried to get an update and the driver didnt answer the call, but sent an auto reply message saying they were unable to answer the phone. The driver finally arrived almost an hour later than promised and on top of that, we were charged more than the other service and cleanliness was NOT apparently a big deal to them. Would NOT EVER use this service again.

I can not drive, so i have to use a taxi service and soul taxi is awesome its affordable and efficient. Sometimes you do have to wait awhile but its not bad. You just have to plan to wait.

I’ve used it before with fantastic results; however, this time was terrible. I was going to get Covid shot. Nemo was driver. I’m disabled. Car was dirty... no mask on driver... and the car reeked of cigarettes! Plus, he had phone call with a woman whose language was deplorable! I tipped him both ways, but would certainly want another driver next time!!

We have used this company 3 times in the past two weeks (12/28/2020 and twice on 01/08/2021). Our first two rides were great with Mary and Molly. This review is for our 3rd ride and I do not know the womans name. She was on older woman, older then us (were 39)* First off, we were not under the understanding that this was a ride share taxi. Ive never been in a traditional taxi (which I believe this company is) where they pick up another passenger after they picked us up.* We were told it was going to be 25 minutes till pick up, it was closer to 40 (driver repeatedly told us she wasnt sure where she was going when she came to pick us up)* This driver was scary and I will tell you why- She was texting and driving multiple times- She was swerving while driving- She had no clue where she was going in regards to dropping us off. We gave the address and I dont understand why she didnt gps it or just ask us. We came to an area and she was like, okay where is it from here. We were no where near our drop off and we are still new to area so we told her again our address and then she was like, Oh, I was going in the wrong direction. We honestly thought she was dropping the the second passenger off first cause she asked what time his bus was departing.- She accelerated and braked very hard and fast frequently- Had a hard time turning corners and getting into driveways (when she picked up the second passenger)* It was a scary ride and if we ever use Soul Taxi again and she shows up we will not get into the vehicle with her and use a different company.

Broke down on interstate 15, 40 miles from Cedar city. I was able to order the part we needed to get back on the road. Soul taxi service picked up my part and delivered it to me off the interstate. They were very fare with their pricing. They could have easily charged us significantly more. Thank you Soul taxi service!

Absolutely horrible! My daughter has been taking that taxi for months from one place in Cedar to Enoch, they overcharged Me by $10 and she was told that at a tip was required!! Now they are saying its a minimum $15 for her ride. After speaking with someone via text it was clear they werent going to do anything about it. Its really sad actually, they made plenty of $$ off of me.

Pat has to be one of my favorite drivers. Hes always so chill and relaxing. I have requested him all the time. Hes been my main driver for about a year now

This company is terrific. A friend in Cedar City, Utah, had suffered a death in the family. I live in Detroit. I was trying to arrange for dinner to be delivered to the family in Cedar City. I have never been to Cedar City, and do not recall a visit to Utah.I managed to call at the last minute, when the staff was busy. After I explained the circumstances, the manager took charge. He made the necessary arrangements.This mattered. I needed to support a friend and her family at a difficult time. Soul Taxi is the only one who offered to help with the delivery. We came into town to visit some family and needed a ride over to catch some lunch. The dispatcher was very professional, very sweet and was quick and efficient when explaining the rates/ wait times. Our driver was also personal and their car was clean as well. Overall we’re very pleased with our experience and will be using soul taxi again when needed while visiting!

I have used this taxi service several times now and I really like it. The drivers are all so friendly, the cars are clean, and they strive to be in time. Ive only had a late ride once and if its over 5 minutes its on them. Also, theyre flexible. I asked to change, cancle, then ask for a ride a few hours later.

I like this Taxi Company a lot but they are very busy a lot of the time so it’s hard to get a ride sometimes, but I do like their food delivery service. That is very good for college students especially if you don’t have a car. You can just call their number and ask if their available to pick up food from a favorite place of yours and bring it to wherever you live. It does cost a little more than just buying the meal yourself because of the driving they have to do, but I would recommend using this as an option for whenever you feel lazy or don’t have a car or don’t want to go out.

Dangerous. Almost rear ended me getting on the highway and had the audacity to act like an awful person once we were on the highway.

The driver was texting her next fair, she almost hit an oncoming car and made a joke that “I” was was the worst passenger. Overall it was the worst taxi cab ride I have ever experienced, and I’ve lived in 34 states for 6 months. Yes that tells you who I am. I wish I could give half a star.

Everytime i have used this taxi company has been great, usually they answer the phone and its only about 5-10 min for them to come to you. Except tonight called at 1130 went to voicemail saying they are busy and to call back etc, i call again at 1135 nothing again at 1140 nothing again at 1145 nothing then i text the number and finally get a response saying that i they would send a taxi in about 30 min. I dont mind that i had to wait for them to have a driver available or whatever it was but for the love of god dont ignore calls and then when you do finally respond make them wait that long. Since they were the ONLY taxi service to even answer i had to use them and that extra 15 min where they werent answering their phones made me late for work. And also the driver i had was constantly on his phone texting or doing stuff with it nearly veered off the road 2 different times Its really unsafe

Requested taxi ride. I was informed that I would be charged an additional fee for my service dog. This is an ADA Law violation. Here is direct quote from ADA law document. charging extra fees to carry a service animal and an individual with a disability would also be a violation of the ADA. Disability Association for Utah will be contacted and law enforced.
