They blocked my number after one “bad” ride. i told them i wanted to go to smiths and he said “ok” and hung up on me. didn’t even get the chance to tell him where i was at. they called back and said they were waiting at smiths for me and i told them i was waiting at the main taxi spot. so a driver came by and asked where i wanted to go and i told him and got into the car. the taxi driver i called before pulled up and said that i’m the one that told him to pick me up at smiths. he proceeded to tell the driver that i was making him go all over town and gave him the wrong directions. i got out of the car and got into the other. he was mad and said in a angry tone “if you don’t tell us where you’re at then we can’t come get you”. horrible service. glad soul taxi is here

Good service on time they got me to work early the car was clean and they arrived in the time they said they were very professional great prices very were also very friendly and nice.

No one was in the office, and the phone number rang to voice mail. Therefore, I walked most of the way to where I needed to go.I have bad knees and ankles. Thus the reason for the 1 star review. If Zero were possible, that would be my rating!

Excellent people and clean cars compared to the other company in town. Prices are a little high and seem to raise everytime I take a taxi like couple times a week so that annoying but when u need a ride these are the people to call.

We called & waited for 30+ minutes, but not driver showed up at all. Called bk again, than was advised a driver showed up . Than given another 20 minutes which, we were waiting still as we speak 55 minutes plus again. No driver. We missed meeting other out of town family at the restaurant. I was in a rush to see the opening of the new Mortal Kombat movie, but it looked like with Soul Taxi, I wouldnt get there half an hour after the movie started! So I Googled for other taxis in Cedar. Turns out theres Iron County Taxi. I called them, and they said the same thing. 25-30 minutes for pickup. I told the driver I was going to be late for the movie. You know what the driver did? He got me there 5 MINUTES after the movie started! Thats service! Thank you so very much, Iron County Taxi! YOU ROCK!!!

Terrible system. At least two rude people.Revamp how you do things guys and dont snap at your customers. A polite reminder to include which apartment building within the address is all thats necessary.We all have bad days. We dont have to snap at each other for it.

Robbie was the driver. He was polite and did not drive like a crazy person. The ride was pleasant,the car was clean,and it cost what I was quoted.

HORRIBLE. I would give it 0 stars. I was calling and the person on the phone literally hung up on me while I was mid sentence telling my address. Never use this service. This is my first time using it and the guy was a complete jerk, rude and interrupting me. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been using this taxi service while my car is in the shop, and I absolutely LOVE this service! Marty, the man who owns the company has been a literal delight, as have all the other drivers! I have never been picked up late or late to a destination! I recommend this service to anyone for any need! 10/10.

Well this place shouldnt be in businessI was told to f.. k off by driver as he pulled away from pick-up spot and missed a doc appointment also called company to let them know if they were aware this was happening it was the driver who picked up . All these people giving good reviews must be super lucky, Ive tried to use this company maybe five times over the past couple of years and almost never get anyone to even answer the phone. The one time I did get an answer I was told theyd be there in fifteen minutes; forty five minutes later I see them driving several blocks down and call back to see if they forgot about me or what, and they just went back to not answering the phone.No clue how this company is still in business.

To whoever uses this service, one of the taxi drivers was driving recklessly and almost hit my car. When I called the phone number it went directly to him where he continued to swear at me after that I came to the office and no other workers were there. I will be coming back to the office on Monday where I hope to speak to someone about this individuals driving, I hope no one else is put in danger because of this individuals horrible driving.

When you call the taxi to come pick you up and ask for a address to pick you up at they respond so horrible and they say they cannot here you when I’m exactly being so loud and When I was getting out of the taxi lady wouldn’t let me get out of the car cause I needed two more dollars left cause last time I took this taxi it was six dollars and I wanted to go get money out of my house when I exactly told her I’ll bring the rest of the money out I’ll be back and locked the door on me when I was inside of the taxi and wouldn’t let me get out it was crazy🙄

Drivers are very professional, kind, and on time, clean cars and would recommend them to anyone!!

First of all the person who picked up the phone already had an attitude because he couldnt find the correct address. I wasnt notified when the taxi showed it immediately left and when I called and asked where they were he replied with... You should have just stood outside for 15 minutes how hard is that? He then proceeded to cuss and yell when I said his services were no longer needed.

I have never been picked up in under an hour! They always tell me 20 minutes and is always an hour later. Plus they make you ride around everywhere picking others up. By far worse service ever.

Just dont call them. They always lie about the time and make you wait outside. They will never call you that they arrived you have to be standing outside freezing and waiting forever. Last time they just made me stand outside for 25 minutes with lies they would be there just in 5 minute.
