I have been a customer since I was old enough to claim taxes I am loyal customer what I do not like is that the prices are really high and that people that is a returned customer we should get a lower rate for being a loyal client because millions of people can do taxes and I myself stick around.

I went to H&R to get my mothers taxes done, was in and out within a hour. My last years accountant took weeks before I could finally pick it up and it was right on the deadline date. At first my husband and I were a bit nervous about getting our taxes done this year considering the mess we went through with another company last year. Huge rates your employer could barely speak English you had hidden fees on loans that we didnt qualify for undisclosed please Andrew employee actually gave me a false statement regarding a fee of $35 what is the likelihood of me returning next year me walking on water you guys suck at your job thank you and have a great year
