Totally a waste of money 200 dlls for a quick refunds. Ill never come back again.. Please go somewhere else. the woman who made my taxes took about 15 min to get my taxes done, then told me to wait 2 to 3 weeks. In order to get my taxes i have to renew my itin which I did not know that until the 3 weeks passed Then Enrique told me to renew my itin.. And wait more than 4 weeks.,ok I got my number renew. Call again and explain to them that I have the document and the woman ask me to send them the document by whatsapp . I did that too after a day without response I call the next day asking if they received it. And the answer is :yes we received it please wait 2 to 3 weeks. (yes another 2 to 3 weeks) ok and I call after this 3 more weeks. And guess? Ive been surprised by them and told me that I have to wait ANOTHER 2 TO 3 MORE WEEKS so inefficient and frustrating.

Enrique is a great guy that takes time to take care of you and your needs he is an awesome guy very kind and attentive I am very happy with his help he really knows his business.
