Ive had my puppy in for well checks during covid, so didnt get to meet the people that work at the Care Center. My puppy needed stitches and I had the good fortune of having Dr. Miller and technician Sarah work on him. It was at the end of a long day for them. They were so nice, professional and caring, I am so grateful for their work and the love that they showed for my pup!! All the details were explained thoroughly to me and I was sent home with a nice printed copy of everything we spoke of, what a nice touch, I refer to it daily! Thank you

Dr Brook James was wonderful as are all of the doctors we have seen here. She took time to work with our dog and reviewed reports from the animal emergency hospital as well as records from last year when a similar issue occurred. She did not rush us, talked about current treatment plans and alternative plans if improvement did not occur in a few days. She followed up with daily phone calls to check on progress and also did some research on a separate issue that I asked about. I would recommend this clinic to everybody with a pet!

Your staff are all so friendly and helpful. I have gotten such good care for my dog from Animal Care that doesnt happen at some other vet hospitals. Dr. Bartling is excellent!! She spends the time with my dog to make her comfortable before just starting in on treatment. Explains everything and follows up. Responds quickly to emails and always wants to be kept up with my dogs progress.. I wish she could be our normal vet doctor. Andreena is so loving and patient with my dog and goes out of her way to help us. Kelly is an awesome therapist and helps my dog feel better and spends time making sure I have the exercises down before we leave. She also responds to emails very quickly and is always willing to help. So happy that I found this place!!

We started coming to Animal Care Center of Castle Pines after one of our dogs had a spinal stroke and needed PT. We have since then switched to this being our main vet because of the great experiences we’ve had here. We have been here for PT, a surgery to remove a growth, and a root canal/crown, as well as check ups for our two dogs. We absolutely love this vet and have had nothing but amazing experiences here. Every person that we’ve come into contact with here has been great and so caring. Our pups are very nervous when they go to the vet and they treat them with so much respect and care. Something we didn’t experience at our previous vets. Our pup now LOVES coming here for PT and is in love with Candice, his therapist. Whether it’s therapy or surgery to dental or regular check ups, this is the vet to go to! By far the best vet we’ve ever been to.

After we werent getting to the root of our labs allergy issues, we decided to look elsewhere during this last flare up, After some research, we turned to Animal Care Center of CP. We were seen within one day (amazing since we were new clients), tests were ordered and treatment prescribed. All of the staff were wonderful, friendly and loved on Gus like he was their own. Fingers crossed that we get his issues resolved once and for all!

I started taking my pets to Animal Care Center shortly after it opened several years ago. Dr. Quint is one of my favorite veterinarians. All of the veterinarians there are wonderful but I still have favorites (please dont tell the other vets). Dr. McVicker is wonderful with all pets but is exceptional with cats.I highly recommend Animal Care Center to all my friends. I currently have an 11 year old Boxer with cardiomyopathy, arthritis, thyroid problems, and some muscle degeneration. He adores going to the vet. He is a happy, happy boy and Animal Care Center works with his cardiologist to ensure he is doing well.I like all of the vet techs that I have met. They really care about the pets and are very kind to me as well.The staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn’t have to wait three weeks to get my pet in to see the doctor. We got in the same day I called to make the appointment. Outstanding doctors and technicians! Very caring, kind, loving, and knowledgeable. The doctor held and kissed my beloved pet. The technicians treated my pet like she was her own. Lab results came in within 24 hours. They’re open 7-7 and even on Saturdays! I’m very thankful for each and every person on staff here.

We searched around for a while looking at online reviews when trying to find a dental vet for our dog who needed a tooth extraction - it was stressful! Overall, this was a very good experience. They were caring, attentive and kept us up to date on the day of our dogs procedure. They also presented the pros/cons and price differences of moving forward with different parts of the procedure which I appreciated. I knew anything with pet dental would be pricey, but I thought the pricing here was fair and the follow-up has been great. They keep checking on us and our dog and also gave us this packet with photos explaining the procedures they did. I would recommend this place to someone dealing with pet dental issues for sure and will be going back here for cleanings in the future.

Ive been very happy with my and my pups experience! One of my dogs is incredibly fearful and having professionals who understand how to help him is really important to me. Even during the pandemic, the team here has done everything possible to make our visits as easy as they can. And I always get follow-up phone calls and emails, which I really appreciate.

The facility is modern and very clean. What really makes this clinic awesome though is the staff. I have two Sheltie puppies. The staff made them feel so loved and relaxed that they must have thought they were having a play date - even through vaccinations and a blood draw. I have complete confidence in this veterinary team...and I am extremely picky about who I trust with my furry family members.

Dr. Stacy goes above and beyond with her caring, knowledge and expertise. She explores all the possibilities, searches for answers and analyzes what needs to be done, when, then communicates it extremely well. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Stacey and her assistant are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about what I’ve experience so far. I can’t imagine taking any of my pets anywhere else, ever.

Dr. Marie Bartling has been treating my pup for about a year now. We are both incredibly happy and thankful to have found her and the entire team. She actually listens to my concerns and reads my dog very well. I don’t worry about how the staff will treat my anxious dog; they all do an amazing job making sure he is comfortable and happy during our visits. The rehab team is amazing, too!

After leaving a beloved vet in Indiana, I was worried that I couldn’t find a good one in Castle Pines, CO. Our older Wheaten has been sick for sometime and I took him to Animal Care Center of Castle Pines. I was so happy with the care received there. The veterinarian and the vet technician were wonderfully patient and caring. The staff were very helpful. All if my questions were answered and they treated us as if they had all the time in the world to spend with us. I received a call directly from the vet with lab results. Wonderful clinic!!!!

I take my dog here for physical therapy. When I brought her in, she could barely get up on her own or walk without falling. After a few session with Candice, she was walking better and getting up on her own. After a year, she is still doing great and going to physical therapy once a week. Candice has given my pup a new life filled with walks and freedom for her!

The team at Animal Care Centers is exceptional. We love Dr. Molly Miller! Shes been our veterinarian for years. Shes extremely professional, provides a wealth of knowledge and we trust her conclusions and suggestions. Recently moved to Castle Pines and needed a new vet. I looked at reviews on Google and found the Animal Care Center and they were outstanding.So when one of my pets needed to be seen I called and was able to get in that morning!!! The front office was really nice and helpful and the Vet and assistant that we saw were beyond wonderful. They really cares about animals and it shows. My dog was very shy and nervous and the Vet took her time with him.I would definitely recommend this Vet and am very happy I found them.

Our dogs have been going to The Animal Care Center at Castle Pines, since it opened. ALL their staff are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The veterinarians/technicians are exceptional, and really care about your pets. They have doctors that can take care of just about any small, or large pet you may have. After visits, or surgeries, they always follow up to see how your pet is doing. They also have rehab therapists for injuries that need it.To help you with costs, they have a vaccination program, and they also give Seniors billing discounts. We really appreciate everyone at this veterinary center, and always recommend them to anyone looking for medical services for their pets.

My dog needed emergency surgery to remove his eyes. He was already blind and they were causing him a lot of pain. The pressures were extremely high which was dangerous. They got him in for emergency surgery the day that I called them and Doctor Carbon did an amazing job. He looks amazing and my happy little pain-free guy is back. Im thrilled with everything that they did and they were about $2,500 cheaper than the hospital. I cant say enough how thankful I am.

I have been using Animal Care Center of Castle Pines for 15 years. I started with Dr. Shawn and Dr. Brooke when they were in the Meadows. I loved them so much that I moved with them to Castle Pines. I have been VERY impressed with all of the vets. Today I brought my dogs in for a heart worm test and the tech, Shelby, was SO nice. I called her my ANGEL as I’ve never had a tech as kind and friendly as she was today. I hadn’t met her before and she said that she’s been working for Animal Care Center for about 2 years, but I absolutely loved her. She deserves to be recognized for her kindness to not only my dogs, but to me. She truly was my ANGEL today.I needed someone kind after a couple of crummy days and God brought Shelby to cheer me up. This is the first veterinarian office I found when I moved from California. All of the doctors, technicians, and office staff are helpful, kind, and gentle; they truly care about the experience for my pets (any visit can be stressful).

Two days after relocating from California, I noticed a cracked tooth in the mouth of my 1 year old German Shepherd, Einstein. I called Animal Care Center of Castle Pines and they were able to get him in to be evaluated the same day and had him scheduled for treatment and removal of the tooth the following morning. Every tech and vet I spoke with gave me very detailed explanations of what was happening, what my options were, and what the cost would be. They were all very kind, kept me updated about his status with calls throughout the day, and sent me home with a detailed aftercare information packet that included before and after pictures of the treated areas of Einsteins mouth. I am so happy to have found this place and highly recommend them to anyone. A wonderful practice.

My 19+ sweet kitty had an abscessed tooth and needed some serious dental cleaning and, ultimately, extractions. She is a Siamese and is tough as nails and also her own being.Everyone at Animal Care treated her with great respect and dignity.May is recovering rapidly thanks to this amazing clinic.Additionally, the front desk (sorry, I forget names but not your kindness!!!) and the awesome surgery team (Dr Huff, Nicole, Holly, and Shay) took my post-op calls about May with compassion and patience—and there were many.Thank you all! Dr. Ambron was really great with our boy! He is very fearful and anxious but she was so patient and understanding. We were able to complete his wellness exam and she helped us with a plan for the additional care that he needs. We really appreciate her guidance in helping our boy be his happiest and healthiest!

We always have a great experience when we bring Leo in for his appointments. Ricky worked with us at our most recent appointment and was very professional and happy. It is apparent that everyone there loves their job we are always greeted with a smile and all our questions are always answered. Dr. Shawn did a wonderful job with neutering Leo, removing teeth and placing a chip. Leo doesnt seem to be in much pain is acting pretty normal. We will continue to refer our friends pets to Dr. Shawn!

I really loved everyone I came into contact with at ACCP, I wish I remembered everyone’s names! The girls at the front were wonderful, the technician was excellent, and most of all, Dr. Brooke James was incredible. I felt so comfortable and secure with her as my puppy’s vet.

I love that i have the full attention of the vet and staff for however long it takes to answer questions. They want you to feel completely comfortable and satisfied and make you feel that they care about your animal as much as you do.

After having a not so good experience at our previous vet, it was such a breath of fresh air to interact with people who were knowledgeable, kind, and who were willing to go above and beyond to make sure my puppy and I were feeling as safe and calm as possible. They listened to his symptoms and walked me through their thinking process and what they thought was wrong with my golden. He’s already feeling better and they helped me right away via email when he started having an itching reaction. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who truly loves their pups, and will continue my dogs care there for the future! Since we moved here, ACCCP has been great. Dr. Miller has been the lead in improving my senior American Eskimos health and the staff and other doctors couldnt me more caring and accommodating. Cant give them a higher recommendation.

Kelly is amazing with my dog, Toby. She is caring, patient and knowledgeable for what is going on involving her Physical Therapy skills. Toby feels comfortable with her as well. Dr. Ana is the best. She called to alert us to earlier appointment options, was very friendly and clear in her treatment explanations, and does great surgical work. She and the rest of the staff at Animal Care Center are a large part of the reason we drive up from Albuquerque for advanced treatments for Taylor and his Sheltie sister Jessie.

Everyone is sensitive to the needs of pets and the owners. Physicians are top notch- Brooke James and Stacey McVicker are so thorough and truly care. They do follow up calls and my cats are treated as if they were their own pets.

The staff were all extremely helpful and kind. They answered all my questions and made sure my pet got excellent care! I will be absolutely referring them to friends and family that require pet services.

We’ve worked with several other veterinary clinics in the Denver Metro area, but none that felt like they were actually listening or really understood how to deal with behavior cases. After each experience with our dogs at Animal Care Center though I have been continually surprised by the high level of service and communication they maintain. Not to mention the positive force free care that they’ve taken with each of our animals to make them comfortable, and the effort taken to provide real solutions to helping improve their lives. Dr. Shawn Wayment has been our Vet for many years. At one time, he had been caring for when we had 6 dogs. Dr. Shawn is very professional, smart, and is a very caring and personable person. He genuinely cares! Its the highest quality of care that you can receive and I highly recommend him for anyone that wants that personal touch on top of great medical care.

I have no complaints about Animal Care Center. They always treated my pets with the utmost importance & for me, that’s well over 10 years. I know I am taking my pets to a professional facility that always have my pets’ best interests when making decisions.

They Only care about $$. If you call and ask a question they won’t answer a simple question but instead tell you to schedule an appointment. They will sell you things you do not need. I brought my puppy in for a well check on a Monday and the vet said to keep an eye on his ear because it was inflamedHe was shaking his head like crazy Wednesday so I called. The lady was rude when I asked for medication saying “did the vet say she’d give you medication” She said they would ask and let me know. It’s been a week and never heard back. We won’t go back.

I love Dr Stacy and Dr Miller at ACC. They both give 100% quality care and give each of my pets the time and attention that shows me they truly care. Both Dr. Stacy and Dr. Miller listen to you as a client and treat my fur babies soo kindly. I love the little treats they offer my pets to make things not so scary.

We just moved to Parker with our two rough collies and found out about place. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Our collies were happy pups when they came out- that speaks volumes to us.Location is easy in and out. We were seen on time - no delays.

This place has been such a disappointment. They have lost our business as well as several of our friends business over how they have treated us and our dog. Not only did they completely miss a cancer diagnosis of our beloved dog, and another illness she was struggling with, they are completely unapologetic and defensive when they are called out for the repeated issues weve had around communication. They dont follow through when they say they will communicate, ignore emails and phone calls, and we have had a lot of difficulty getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Weve been to many vets and have never been treated like this before. And our dog deserved to have vets that cared and followed through for her sake. I hope they make changes and no other family/pet goes through this.

It is very apparent that the staff and doctors at Animal Care Center of Castle Pines love what they do! They put the health and well-being of your four legged family members first! Just a warm and friendly environment. Always giving options as to the direction of care with well informed explanations so you feel involved in all your pets care decisions. We feel as though they are listening and partnering with us in making the best choices for our family.

Dr. Gibson and Shelby are absolutely phenomenal. Our first encounter with them was about 3 weeks ago, we had come in with our dog Archie who was at the time struggling a lot with his health. Prior to finding animal care center of castle pines we had gone to 3 different animal hospitals and they couldn’t find out what was wrong with him, nothing that they recommend seemed to help and he somehow kept getting worse. We were then told about Dr.Gibson and we decided to give them a call and make an appointment. He was fighting a fever for a whole month before going there, as soon as we got there Dr. Gibson and Shelby made it their priority to make Archie feel better even if they didn’t know what was wrong, they suggested doing the Ozone treatment so we did and after his first treatment he seemed to be getting better. After 3 treatments and visits with Dr. Gibson he is back to his old self again and we can’t thank them enough! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

She was SO kind and caring, offering some terrific insight, information and methods to try to mitigate the bad behavior! Dr. Huff and the entire staff were great! I was given clear post op instructions, called during the procuedure to make any desicions that needed to be made and called back when my dog was waking up. I was also followed up with the next day to make sure my dog was recovering. Everybody is friendly!

Goodness, everyone I came in contact with was top notch - from check in to check out. I am sincerely grateful for the time Dr. Stacy took explaining what took place during the evaluation and what she recommended for next steps. Very thorough and professional. It is worth the drive from Colorado Springs!

My dog Maisy and I had a great first visit with Dr. Stacy McVicker. I love the exam approach we were all on the floor with Maisy feeding her treats while Dr. McVicker gently examined my senior Lab/Newfie mix, Maisy. The examination was extremely comprehensive and Dr. McVicker explained her approach and what she was finding along the way. She explained possible diagnoses as well as additional tests we can choose to have run or not. We ended up with a few things to try and a great plan moving forward. I appreciate the time Dr. McVicker spent with Maisy and me, she clearly loves animals and her approach is second to none. I will be recommending Dr. McVicker to everyone I know!

Everyone was so nice! From booking the appointment to when it came time for the bloodwork. Im nervous to get my dog put under for dental work but they really put me at ease while being completely transparent about the whole process and cost. Such a different experience from my last vet. Even though I couldnt come in with my dog he came back happy and even a little sad to say goodbye to his new friend! Thanks you guys ❤ Ill have more to add once my little boy goes in for the dental cleaning!

My first visit was for my new puppy checkup. Dr. Ambron was awesome and everyone was super friendly. I didn’t give 5 stars because I was not happy with their curbside service. I pulled up, called and checked in and it took like 10-15 minutes for someone to come get us. It was hot in my car and my dog was panting and I was sweating. If they would give up the curbside service or make it faster- 5 stars all the way!

On short notice, as in five minutes, they were able to fit in my Great Pyrenees mix for a breathing problem. They came to my car, because he does not like going in, and evaluated, and treated him. This was not considered an emergency visit and the bill reflected that.

Dr Everet diagnosed Jackson correctly and he is doing much better. We previously took him to an emergency clinic and they did not diagnose him correctly. Thank you Dr. Everet!

We’ve taken all of our dogs and cat to the Animal Care Center. Our past Golden lived to 14 years old and our cat to 20 years old with good quality of life - thanks to the vet care they had. We’ve use their vet services and have used their physical therapy services. Our now oldest dog Indy was diagnosed with stage 2 kidney failure and goes in weekly for treatment. The doctors and techs take such great care of him that he not only isn’t afraid to go in, he loves visiting with his ladies every week.

Dr. James has taken such good care of my rescue dog Beaux. I cant thank her enough. And all the techs have been so nice and caring, as well as the front desk staff. A great team!

I love all the staff there and the veterinarians seem very knowledgeable and are always very kind and patient with my dogs. It’s a tad bit expensive, but there are a variety of services available there as well. i’ve been taking my dogs there for years and have always been satisfied by the care they’ve received.

We came to Animal Care Center of Castle Pines After Murphy was diagnosed with a lung tumor. We did not want to put him through chemotherapy as the two drugs that were recommended have horrible side effects. Murphy was given 1-3 months to live. We wanted him to have the highest quality of life for the time remaining. Our hope was to stay ahead of the decline curve and to try and keep him comfortable for as long as possible. Although it was a difficult pill to swallow, we were prepared to lose him.On our first visit, we met with Dr. Gibson and shared our expectations. We had already shared Murphy’s records to make her aware of his situation. A diet change from kibbles to raw was highly recommended. Murphy was prescribed some Chinese herbs, essential oils, turmeric powder (an antinflammitory), and immune system support powders. Only two very affordable medications were prescribed.We had a lengthy discussion about the use of the Sanawave machine. I was already a little familiar with the machine. Its a pulsed electromagnetic field device that uses hyperthermia to treat cancer. We also decided to give Murphy a few injections of iron nanoparticles to make the SanaWave therapy more effective. There are very few machines in use in the US. We felt very fortunate that one of them was in use at Animal Care Center of Castle Pines. The Sanawave does the following:1) strips away the protein layer on tumors2) energizes the immune system by helping cells create heat shock proteins (HSP)3) organizes water in the body to remove dead cancer cells4) reduces inflammationThis is truly an amazing machine. We have been going for treatments since the end of February, 2020. After each six weeks of treatment, a cancer panel was run to check the progress of the treatments (a baseline test was run after our first visit). After the six weeks of treatments, the cancer panel showed a drop in the cancer marker and a huge drop in inflammation. We have seen a continued drop in the cancer index with six week period of the Sanawave treatments. As of July 24, 2020, Murphy is considered cancer free! No one has ever done this before, so we feel very fortunate to have Murphy under Dr. Gibson’s care.At this point, we feel Murphy is out of the woods so to speak and that we can shift to a maintenance mode. Murphy will need to be treated for life. The hope is to have one to two treatments per month.Dr. Gibson has been an absolute delight to work with. She has a cheerful disposition and is very compassionate. She is one of the brightest and most amazing vets that we have worked with. We’ve done a lot of testing on Murphy and each time we ask questions, she has answers and explains them in a way that is easily understood.Thank you, Dr. Gibson!

Animal Care Center of Castle Pines has been my vet for 15 years. I couldnt ask for better vets, technicians and kind and helpful receptionists who answer the phone to answer questions and schedule appointments. I feel very lucky to have found such a good vet clinic and I dont plan on going anywhere else. I SO appreciate Dr. Bartling right now as she is helping me with my 4 year old dog who has really bad elbows. Dr Gibson was the 5th Vet/Dermatologist to assess my shih tzus skin condition and she completely turned her around! Dolly has healed significantly and she is did it all with natural remedies that build her immunity instead of prescribing harsh pharmaceuticals.
