We needed a short term lease and not only was the price reasonable, the team made the process so easy. Alex and Nicole have been great to work with and the maintenance team has been quick to respond. On move-in day they provided everything we needed to know to make life easier! The apartment was in great condition, you can tell the team takes pride in the community to ensure all residents have an enjoyable experience. Definitely recommend!

My apartment is very nice here but I wish I had read the reviews before moving in as well. I read multiple ones that if you have a problem management will work towards zero resolution and that has been my exact experience. I was without a mailbox key for a month, my package service is down and still no one will respond to that after living here for 3 months. I have sent corporate three emails and no one will ever respond . I wouldn’t recommend living here for that reason .

Just signed up for a 2nd year!!!! I live in a two story studio apartment and have had no complaints over the past year. I am grateful to Nicole for helping me land my apartment when I was going through a life event last summer. I looked at apartments from Southeast Aurora, Centennial, Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch. The two biggest things that landed me here was the space for the price. A unique design with room for my son was huge. It is a smoke free, gated community, and very quiet. The unit itself has proved to be issue free. With 2nd and 3rd floor levels, I havent had any issues with HVAC, being it too cold or too hot, like Ive experienced in other multi-occupancy housing. That has been a huge plus with the extreme cold and heat. The second was the garage. I needed a place with a large garage to fit my SUV and belongings. This was literally the largest on the market. I needed every square inch of it.The staff here has been friendly, responsive, and have worked through some challenging times. I worked security/maintenance for a complex in Lakewood 20 years ago. Sometimes its no picnic. Throw the pandemic on top and they have done an exceptional job. With all the restrictions, and peoples attitudes, this staff has maintained exceptional composure. They have adapted, like having food trucks here to make up for the inconveniences placed on all of us. Its nice to go to the gate and support the local business while getting a wide variety of food.My neighbors are friendly, and its good to have my son in this environment. This community did an outstanding job for Halloween for the kids. From bowls outside, pulley systems to 2nd floors and bucket drops on strings, it will be an event I wont soon forget. It is easy to gripe about some issues (most were out of their control like construction), but overall this is a great complex, with a hard working staff, and great people. I was relieved to resign my lease!!!!!

Love Nicole and how attentive and professional she is. Also loved my area where I could sit in my patio chairs and soak up the sun every day before sunset. The fun little community events were nice for the kids and driving around bringing us all donuts one morning was a cute little surprise! My biggest concern was that upon move out, the apartment was immaculately cleaned by a professional, and they still decided to add the $100 janitorial fee. So don’t bother cleaning that long when you move out and save the time since you’ll get hit with it anyways.

Moving into my apartment here has definitely been one of my top 5 WORST mistakes of my life. This place is an absolute joke. Way overpriced for a place that was rushed to get put together. The ladies in the office couldn’t care less about the residents. All they care about is getting leases signed so that they can get their bonuses. Then when you leave them a bad review on the online survey, they gossip about you to the maintenance guys. They like to accuse you of things that were never said without ANY proof. The office is literally a drama club. We’ve been here over a year, and there has been NON STOP construction. We barely get to use any of the amenities. Like other reviews, there are a lot of hidden fees that they won’t tell you about upfront. Don’t even waste your time in this place. They look nice, the apartments are set up pretty cool, but looks can be deceiving. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

Dont be fooled, this place is not luxury. I have lived in luxury apartments and this is not it. The countertop in the kitchen is the cheapest stone you can buy. It does not come clean. In the bathroom, there is no stone but fake plywood laminate made to look like marble. Very cheap and gross. This is a theme throughout the apartment. There is cost-cutting with the materials used at every corner as well as you can tell this place was built in a week with the poor construction quality. Also, there is no electric car charger which is a simple amenity to offer nowadays. I am disappointed in my stay here so far. I hope they lower the prices to better reflect the quality of living here.

Be very aware of HIDDEN costs. You will be paying an arbitrary amount each month that does not appear on your statement- but will then be considered late. I suddenly received three notices on my apartment door-all in about a weeks succession. They indicated that I had a small overdue balance. From what I could determine, this was watering of the common areas. The amount was completely unexpected, and I had requested an itemized statement. This was not produced. I was curious as to the origin of these charges-primarily because the pool was closed for 2/3 of the summer, and with the current degree of non-stop construction, the majority of the grass has been replaced by dirt. Further, in paying via their website, I am only permitted to pay the amount dictated by the management.I find it upsetting mainly because a tightly controlled budget doesnt often allow for unexpected non-emergent expenses, and can be inconvenient to say the least. I know that management will provide some canned response to this-or attempt an explanation that doesnt make a difference at this point.Regardless, this review is directed to potential future tenants, and I would say to bear these comments in mind when selecting an apartment home.

I recently moved in 3 months ago and I feel bad for the girls and maintenance folks. I was about 20 minutes early for my appointment and I watched them interact with residents. The girls in the office were so sweet but I saw how badly they’re treated and they just took. They helped me so much with moving and the stressors that involved moving from another state. Alex and Nicole are super sweet and honest about everything. They are so welcoming and they communicated from the start that this is a NEW community dealing with construction. Yes, construction is not fun. Every complex, apartment or house, new or old needs maintenance. It was so obvious from my virtual meeting and when I finally came to visit that they were still working on their NEW building. So I’m not sure why people are so surprised by it. AND! construction is done now!!!My apartment is great. Dave met me at my apartment for what they call orientation (super cute) and welcomed me home. The way I see it construction will end and I got a great apartment with a helpful special. The city opened restaurants, a bar (Crush Bar!), parks, dog parks WALKING distance and now they’re building a ROCK CLIMBING GYM across the street.

We rented an apartment here for about 4 months (May-August 2020). Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to our expectations let alone what was advertised. Most of the other reviews capture our similar concerns: the management is reasonably communicative and pleasant, BUT there is constant construction and noise (which resulted in 3 flat tires from nails, in one week...), low end finishes with poor craftsmanship, countless maintenance issues (the apt below us flooded, our AC took weeks to get working and turns out it was wired incorrectly), it wasnt clean upon our occupancy of the brand new unit, and the move out process was arguably harder than the move in process. Despite cleaning the entire unit top to bottom, cleaner than it was when we moved in, we were still nickeled and dimed for everything under the sun. Drip pans in the stove, underneath the entire stove top cover, paint, etc. They justify the charges at any cost, eventually we gave up arguing about it, they got their money and we moved on. Beware, what it looks like and what it actually is are two VERY different things.

Management, corporate does not care about people, hidden fees, apartments have cracks inside, doors do not work, they constantly make excuses to go inside your apartment. Ive been living at the Springs for about 6 months. The apartments are way overpriced and not only that, theres an insane amount of additional charges thats added to the already high rent. My first week, I had an awful experience with one of the office staff whos known to be extremely rude. I was accused of something and was disappointed at how it was handled. Needless to say, this person is or was a bad reflection of the company and surprisingly is still employed there. Also, there is one construction or another going on. One currently going on and has been on for over a month with not much improvement or progress. Its a nuisance and a disturbance to residents. Please make it stop! The application process took 4 days because they didnt have a manager at the time. I kept calling and sending emails to find out the status. I would say that Nicole handled everything professionally. I prefer speaking with her. Shes a delight! If they can find a way to add in some of the additional fees into the rent, it wouldnt be so bad. If you move here, expect to pay for Trash, water, sewer, billing fee, common area (gym, car wash station), pest control fee, valet trash in addition to electricity and gas. When you call the office, theyll tell you its in the lease addendum, but will never tell you upfront. Ive had a few maintenance work done for a brand new apartment. Unless you make an insane amount of money, hard to save a dime living here!Maintenance is responsive and extremely helpful. Id check out other areas before settling at the Springs. Not all theyre cracked up to be.

I put in an inquiry about a 3 bedroom apartment, was looking to move in April from Tennessee. Had someone contact me, but was very rude and unprofessional. She only wanted to discuss prices but wouldn’t answer any of the questions I had. I was really looking forward to this being my new home.. I wanted to have a place set up before I moved and my baby is born. The person I spoke with had no concern for my wants or needs in a home.

Unfortunately, we moved in a month ago and have had a very bad experience. Leaving this here so that hopefully less people make the mistake I did. I anticipate more bad reviews coming in the longer this place has been around.*First, this is typical new construction. It’s clear they were in a rush to put up this complex. Sloppy paint jobs, paint all over the floors, piping coming out of the walls, giant gaps in the shower from where they put pieces together, and I could go on. For the prices of these apartments (which apparently is under market price according to the office and prices will be going up), the standards are WAY too low.Not to mention, there were still holes in the wall from the previous renter. It was clear there was no care put into preparing the apartment for us.*Construction is still going on. Don’t be surprised if this is brushed off when viewing the apartments in person. The only positive thing I have to say is maintenance has been great at responding to requests, and the office ladies are friendly.UPDATE: 6 months or so into the lease and nothing has changed. Finding that there is hardly any insulation. Even when we blast our heat its still cold in the apartment.Ridiculous hidden fees. $50 charge because i paid rent with my debit card. $30 or $40 a month for community fees (the community was only available to us for about two months, yet Im charged for it) We wanted to break our lease because of how unhappy we are, but it is one months rent as a fee and 25% of the rent PER MONTH until the lease is over. Even if they find someone else to move in. So basically if you need to leave mid lease, they will get 125% of rent! Nice!Have had to do several maintenance requests because these brand new buildings are already falling apart. This is not a gated community. The back gate is always open so anyone can drive into the property. There have been weeks where the front gate is left open too.Would give 0 stars if I could.

They scam you out of so much money it’s unreal. Hidden fees everywhere, fees they hike up upon move in, and they make you pay to move out. They block all potential for you to minimize the money you pay to leave. They also believe that it’s completely justifiable to charge more than double your rent in order to live on a month to month basis. Over $5000 to live in a two bedroom apartment that was built so poorly that the cabinets don’t line up, there’s messy caulking on the floors, paint chips before move in, and scratches all over the counters from the builders. This place is a joke.

I do not like living here at all. I am sick of the emails giving new restrictions to residents every week. They have sent me an email saying I cannot store items in my garage other than my car. Moved here 9 months ago. I was one of the unfortunate who lost 2 jobs due to covid. The fees are outrages especially when the community has been literally shut down the majority of the time. I was looking forward for my two large dogs to have a place to run and play but the dog park has only been open for 2 months. The pet wash can only handle small dogs, the car wash has been closed most of the time and the water trickles out. The landscaping has been ripped out and reworked on because the landscaping company did the drains all wrong causing floods. The grass only gets cut every 6 weeks and looks like a jungle. I had no air conditioning for 4 days because the air conditioner was hooked up to a wrong unit during the July hot months causing me and my dogs to literally fry in our apartment. I couldnt get a filter changed in my refrigerator after the light came on 3 times and drinking unfiltered water at that point. For a new community the scuffs on floors, cabinetry and even a dent on the refrigerator and washer is sad.The community is filthy from workers throwing their water bottles, food wrappers, and other garbage including razor blades, rusty nails, glass and other sharp objects that are a hazard to everyone including pets and children. All around the grounds is very unpleasant to look at. No security at the back gait which allows anyone to come in. Windows from all the dust and parking lot is full of dirt and rocks. If you have standards that you live by then this is not your community. I have become very stressed and and disgusted with paying such high rent and getting nothing in return. I had asked for a discount considering the majority of the community is sloppy, dirty and most amenities are closed down for the inconvenience but I was denied.Very disappointment in this community.

The Springs is beautiful, there is no doubt in that, however beware of their application process and deceitful reasons for not accepting. I made 9 times the rent needed, immaculate credit, enough money to pay for 6 months rent up front, and was told that there was a hold in my credit from a previous place that was proven to be false in three different ways and they still would not accept it. They looked at every transaction I made over the past three months even going as far as questioning what I was doing on certain days. The final straw was when they told me I had insufficient funds to pay for the application which was 300 dollars out of an account that had several thousand in it. After calling the bank teller who confirmed the money, they still said that was not god enough. Beware the Springs at Castle Rock they are shady.

This community is still under construction, but I had a chance to see what the apartments will look like. I was very impressed with what Ive seen so far. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what the community will be like when completed. The amenities offered will be more than the average apartment community. The clubhouse is very comfortable and inviting. The gym looks like a real gym which was cool. The apartment I was shown was nice and spacious with nice finishes and features. My favorites are the wine racks in the kitchen and the large walk-in closets. The dog park they are putting in is a plus too. I can definitely see myself making this place home.

If zero was an option I would rate them a zero. The staff is nice and the place is brand new. However the staff has extremely inaccurate information. They also will tell you anything that sounds right to them with out having correct information. Later if that becomes an issue they will not work toward a resolution. My advice is to go rent from any of the hundreds of other management companies to avoid future problems.

Tried to rent an apartment here. Gave them a deposit and moved forward w lease. They gave me a really hard time about my financials for a 1400 dollar apartment. I clearly made four to five times the rent and there was an incorrect date on one of the stubs, An accounting error and they refused to rent to me. All fine. I got a nicer apartment very close and had absolutely no hassle about my financials . Springs at Castle Rock did not refund my card. They said they Had to mail a check. So they made it very hard to pull away. They said they mailed me my deposit back, after 45 days I asked them where my deposit was. They mailed the check to a previous address. ( so they said), ??? Very poor communication, had to call back like 3 times Had it reissued, Now I’ve waited another 3 weeks and still no check. It’s like they took my money in seconds and it’s been over two and a half months and I still don’t have my money back. Horrible customer service, and communication. Horrendous accounting practices. I would think twice before you rent here. I’m sure they gouge their residents.
