Patty has been doing my family’s hair for over 20 years. From perms to color and highlights and all types of haircuts. My family of 5 has always had great service and fabulous results with her. I’m glad to see her in this new location. When you find an awesome stylist you have to follow them! Parking and location are convenient too.

Ive never felt confident letting anyone handle my beard, but it was getting out of control!I saw some great reviews here saying that a whole family trusts Patty with their hair for over 20 years so I went ahead and made an appointment with her.She was highly professional and asked me what I wanted, showing me several styles and giving me her input in regards to my face shape and matching the beard with my hairstyle. When I asked, she also recommended some great products and overall, I thoroughly enjoyed her service.Thanks to her Im feeling more confident! Her product recommendations were spot-on and Ive already scheduled my next appointment!

Love this place ; I had my hair done with Patty who is amazing. She did color and highlights and the result was gorgeous. I will be going to Patty from now on for the care of my hair. Highly recommend this place and Patty.

Haircut all over my sons head because she misunderstand what my wife asked her to do, she didnt even give her chance to explain, she went from back all the way down to the front!!!! I called the owner to complain then he called next day to say it was your fault!! Be careful when dealing with them unprofessional waste of time and money.

I spoke with Patty about heavy layers and face framing. She said shed shampoo my hair and then give it a wet cut. 3 or 5 minutes in, she told me she was going to blow dry my hair and then cut because its easier. I trusted her so I let her. Little did I know, she was charging me for a wet cut and a basic style. She also took out bulk in front which is ok but she used thinning shears to do it, which you dont do on wavy or curly hair. My curl pattern is now ruined.I chose Patty because I saw good reviews here. Maybe shes good with straight hair or people who flat iron their hair? Thats not me though. I certainly wont be seeing her again. I feel deceived and I am sad about my curls being destroyed. My beautiful volume is gone too. Its today and only looks ok when I use a flat iron.Im not talking about Smartstyle. This is specifically about Patty. The thing is Patty represents Smartstyle, so I have to give a rating based off of my service. Next time Ill be going to Lina for my future haircut. Shes supposedly good at cutting curls. 🤞 Maybe then I can leave a good review. Im hoping so.

I have been going to the same hair salon for almost 40 years now. Due to the recent pandemic, it shut its doors forever. I needed a color touch-up and a trim so decided to try this place. It was great as there was no wait time and they got me right in. Cassie was my hair stylist and I will be telling all of my garden club friends about her! She is excellent and I highly recommend asking for her. I will definitely be returning soon.

I recently went here for the first time and I was amazed at how great it was. I saw Cassie and the haircut was quick and also comes with a shampoo. I would definitely go back.

Lina is an amazing stylist! She’s an expert with color and highlights. She also is great with shaping my natural curls. And my 17yr old daughter who has straight hair and very picky, was extremely happy with her new hairstyle! It was exactly what she wanted. I highly recommend Lina for any of your hair needs!!

Carlos is fantastic !! best bob cut i have ever had..I have been stopped and asked who did your hair? I told him he better not ever leave...I have had a lot of hair cuts in my life ..lots of tears...both times Carlos has done my hair I have left with a huge smile and tons of confidence. Thank you Carlos for making me feel like Miss Hollywood.....

I got my hair cut at smartstyle this morning. I needed a quick job a 0 all around. My hair stylist Helen nailed it. Not only was she polite and friendly Helen also fit me in sooner rather then later instead of making me wait another hour and a half for a stylist to come in.

I love my new hair style. I feel great

All of the above poor! My son, asked if he could take another 1/2 inch off after he had 1 inch cut off. He was told it would be another haircut. That is absolutely ridiculous! Unprofessional and the 1st cut took maybe 5 minutes.NEVER GOING BACK!!

Completely satisfied! If you go, definitely ask for Patricia. She is very talented, friendly, and takes the time to listen to what kind of cut you want. Ive been going here for several months and always leave feeling fresh! Thanks Patricia..You Rock!

Carlos is my hair doctor every time I come for my appointment he immediately feels my hair asks about what do o need done I tell him I need a new me and he looks at my hair and tells me what I need new roots uplifting and wash will make me feel so much better that’s exactly what he does Yay for Carlos my hair doctor!

Lina was absolutely amazing and spent hours correcting my hair disaster! She is beyond excellent and i will definitely be going back.

Carlos cut my hair 3 times now and he is amazing he does exactly what I want he takes his time he makes sure I’m happy before I leave!! Ask for Carlos!!

If anyone knows where Nicole is working now please post here. I will NOT be returning to this salon ever again. Dont know who the guy is but was Very Rude! Went to another salon instead and was very satisfied!!!! You just lost a regular customer of many years!

My experience was so good, everything that I requested Patricia did excellent really good experience.

I had a service from Kelly while waiting for my car to be serviced. She was very kind and made me feel pampered while I was there. I got lots of compliments on my hair.

MEN, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, specially to get eyebrows done! Terrible! I’ve done my eyebrows and Im regretting for life! It was supposed to clean around and she gave me lady’s eyebrows, I’m so embarrassed cause they’re super thin!Also got a haircut and its a mess, uneven all over and doesn’t stay in place, it looks like she cut with a knife!! I paid for everything at the end, but I should’ve said something about not paying at least for the eyebrows cause she ruined them! Way overpriced for a horrible job! Sorry, never again!

Staff was nice, but she didnt seem practiced with a simple mens haircut.

After Nicole left this place went downhill. The stylists are always sitting in the chairs on their phones or in the back hiding you have to go inside and look just to get help then when you do get help, they aren’t that friendly or helpful. The salon never has the products you need. You would literally need to show up on the day they get a shipment otherwise you miss out and have to wait forever for it to be back in stock. Some of the stylists are rude and lazy. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The stylist that works there told me Nicole went to Hair Cuttery so I will be taking my business back to her.

Worst experience with my hair ever, I always wash my hair myself before going to a Salon for a wash and set due to my own sanitary beliefs. How ever when I walked on I told the short chubby girl with blonde hair that I had conditioner in my hair and that all she needed to do was rinse the conditioner out. She took me over to the sink and ran water through my hair so I thought that it was rinsed out. She began to blow my hair out afterwards to dry my hair. After it was dry she started to pass the flat iron through my hair, and I started to choke because of a burning chemical smell running though the air. I then came to realize that my hair was smoking and frying. I touched my hair and it felt sticky. She never took all the conditioner out of my hair so it fried the chemicals and the chemicals fried my hair. She also kept stopping to have conversation and do other things while doing my hair even tho I informed her that I was in sort of a rush which was unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone to get their hair done here. Its cheap but not worth it.

After 3 hours they released my Wife !! She asked for Mocha color and the hairdresser with name Fernando, he made orange hair to my wife! We have paid $90 and the Girl who we think is the manager said that had to lighten my wife hair before making the dark color! It was a bad experience, furthermore this lady we think is the manager (Lady with bangs) is not friendly with her staff! Also my wife came out with neck and forehead colored! very Bad !

I only see Nicole. She the best. And shes funny.

No visits here. No comment.
