I took my son to this establishment on Thursday and he was told he would be next after the barbers client. We waited 2 hours and finally I asked 1 hour before they were supposed to close will my son be able to get his hair done and he was told “No” can we come in tomorrow. If you know that you are not capable of doing a clients hair then it’s your job to say that not say “yes” leave us waiting 2 hours only to not be able to do your job. The lack of professionalism will not work for me.

This past Friday, July 16, I walked in around 8pm when the place closed at 9pm. I spoke to a black barber who had advised me that he was done for the day. Well he lucked out on extra cash. These barbers should take in consideration of good potential clients instead of judging people on their appearance. I managed to get my son cut at Sharpblends Barber. Better looking place, bigger, nice location including restaurants nearby in the same shopping plaza. Im certainly glad that I went there. There are plenty of barbers in the area, and these barbers with their nasty attitude should realize that they arent the only barbers around. Lol

Chris has cut my hair in a regular basis but I recently took my 1 1/2 year old here for his first real cut. Chris did an amazing job keeping him from being scared and the cut was perfect. Considering mom and grandmas, and everyone else approved, I’d say it was a success.

Shop was closing up but the barber took my son in anyway. Received a quality cut. Definitely will be taking him back there. My son said he appreciates the vibe there.

Was not clean, not professional, my husband went here on a whim bc his normal barber was not available. The barber scheduled to cut his hair was not ready when we arrived, it was so loud in there I could barely talk to my husband without yelling bc I could barely hear him sitting right next to me. Probably wont be going back.

It’s a cash only place, but other than that, highly recommended for good work. I will definitely be back for more design work!

I visited this place a couple of weeks ago and wanted to try it due to being near my home. Just like most of the previous reviews I’ve had the same experience of walking in for the first time and with five barbers working on other people and one guy just sitting down in his chair talking loud, nobody acknowledges me or even says hi or welcome. The one barber sitting down kept staring at me. Great way to be professional to a new customer and not say a word to them. But the funny thing is that they weren’t too busy to talk to one another while working. The shop just looks real raunchy and ghetto. There were many people coming in and out through the front and back doors of the place during my hour and a half wait. And they were just hanging out talking with the barbers just being real obnoxious and using lot of profanity. It felt like too much of a hang out in a bar then a business for cutting hair. It just felt too crowded inside when there were others not there to get haircuts. I noticed legit customers coming in and found nowhere to sit and wait because of the other people just hanging out taking up space. Plus don’t bring a $20 bill. Have a $10 bill and lots of singles. They might give you a hard time about breaking a $20 when they really want is to take the entire amount from you and give no change. Oh and the hair cut was decent, not great. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years! Chris is the only person I let cut my hair! He pays attention to detail and gets you in and out ! He does walk ins as well as appointment.

Hours say they close at 7. I got there at 6 and watched the person that was working walk out to their car and sit there until I walked up to the door, once they noticed I wanted to come in he just drove away... Ill definitely just go somewhere else from now on and so will my employees.

I had a terrible experience. I brought my son in for a haircut. The barber asked me how I wanted his hair. I said the same way that it is cut. My son had a Mohawk. Clearly. The barber proceeds to cut all of my sons hair off. And then argued with me that my son did not have a Mohawk. How dare he! He’s the professional how could he not see that he didn’t have a Mohawk. I’m appalled. My sons hair was clearly shaven down at the sides and curly and thick where the Mohawk forms. I mean just a terrible barber. Horrible customer service. Just horrible. I will never ever bring my child here again. I’m so disappointed. So disappointed!Oh and I told the barber that my son has picture day at school tomorrow and the nerve of the barber to say that the picture doesn’t show the back of his head, so I guess I shouldn’t care if he doesn’t have a Mohawk. Who says stuff like that? This barber definitely needs training in his craft and customer service

Extremely disappointed. The owner was friendly but the staff was very unprofessional. The man who cut my hair absolutely butchered my hairstyle. I had to shave my head when I got home. I even gave the guy a big tip. I paid good money for hacked cut. This is the first time in my life that I have ever recieved such a bad haircut that I had to shave my head!!! The worst experience in my life and to top it off. This came at a time when all the holidays are around the corner. I am my brothers best man tomorrow and I feel completely ripped off and humiliated. Please do not go get cut here and if you do just beware. They dont care about quality.

I honestly want to like this place! This is my second time taking my son there and the first time a lady barber did a horrible job on my sons hair and had no customer service. This time I waited for an hour but grant it its Saturday so I cant complain. I used to go to the Just blaze near Apopka and they are good, fast, and not inappropriate also they greet you when you walk in. Unlike this place who talked about every person when they left and tripped over their feet looking at women outside. The guy who did my sons hair did a good job but he didnt seem to care if he had a repeat customer or not especially when I asked him if hes here regularly and he just responded Yes without looking at me or offering his card or name. I will give them one more try then I will go somewhere else.

My son wanted a design but I was not sure where to take him. I called Just Blaze and they were very helpful and accommodating. They explained that specific barbers do the designs and Hector was kind enough to wait on us to arrive. It was my sons first design cut so we were not sure what to expect. Hector was very helpful, professional and did a great job! Everyone at the shop was pleasant and we had a great overall experience. My son loves the finished product and I am happy with it too. Prices are very reasonable as well. We will be going back to see Hector and his skillz! Thanks Hector!

I went in today for my first line-up from losing all my hair from chemo. Chris asked me what did I want I told him what I had on my head was what had come back from me having cancer. I directed him on my most concerns. He did such an amazing job that I could recognize my face again - he did not charge me, but I did tip, so if you are ever in need of barber - look him up.

FIRST time trying this place and it’ll be the LAST. If I could give it zero stars I would but I should have read the recent reviews prior. I took my son in for a shape up and after waiting over 30 minutes had the worst experience. I wish I knew the guys name but he was sitting at station# 8 needs to work on his customer service skills and possibly his barber skills too because it seems he lacks kid skills.. I won’t go into detail but in the end. We left without his hair fully comepleted and the “barber” didn’t even care to rectify the situation. Had he said from the start he’s unable to cut kids hair and that he lack patience etc I wouldn’t have wasted so much time.

Wait times over an hour and half. Let their own people cut you repeatedly. No respect for others time. Terrible service, never going back.

When a new client walks in, greet them. When they have the consideration to ask if you have availability for them, a simple yes or no will suffice (either would have at least been a response. ) Then, after hearing how the client wants their hair, its normally a good policy to follow thru with the plan and not give them razor burn in multiple spots on their head and face. I get it. I walked in 30 minutes before you closed on a Saturday. But thats why I had the decency to politely ask if there was a slot available. And, yes, I still tipped excessively, because you provided me a service I otherwise may not have received today. However, I now need to go somewhere to correct the issues at some point, and I dont think that place will be Just Blaze.

Moved to Central Florida a few months ago and finally found a great barber (Manny). Nice Shop. Walked in, no wait, great fade.

My boyfriend goes here and the first couple of times, they let him sit there until closing and then said he’d have to come back the next day, which I felt was unprofessional. They should have asked him to come back when he asked if they’d be able to take him in the first place instead of wasting his time. But he keeps going back because it’s close to us and they usually do a good job on his haircut.

Chris did a fantastic haircut this morning for me. Friendly staff that greets you will a smile and hello as soon as you walk in the door. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut.

I took my 1 year old son to get his hair cut here and I was never greeted when we walked in, and we waited for over an hour for someone to even acknowledge us. Then before they took him, two of the barbers went outside and smoked weed before cutting my sons hair ( this is not an accusation, when you can clearly smell the marijuana on them.) I will never come to this location again!

Why are these guys in this business if there not willing to be there for the people??? Drove a few miles to get to this place. Ive been there once before and the barber tore my hair up. I didnt want to judge the place because of 1 barber. So, I decided to give them another go. Really needed a haircut for me and my son. Went out of my way to go get cash out of the ATM, to pay this cash only business for service. Granted, they do have an ATM inside, but who wants to pay extra bank fees, right? I arrived at 8pm on-the-dot. The open sign on the window was ON. But the door was locked. The Barbers inside just looked that I was there at the door and one of them walked to the window and turned the open sign off. He didnt even apologize for any inconvenience, knowing this place clearly closes at 9pm. If they dont want to stay until 9pm, they should change there advertisement online.

Im not a fan of this barbershop at all!! Have only one guy who can actually cut hair.. The other barber I was going to would say he was going to be at the shop and never show up!! Wish I could give them half a star!!

I didn’t even ask the guy that cut my hair to fix my fade cause he has no experience, so it was pointless. It’s not his fault this establishment placed him there cutting hair with no experience.

I been here a couple of time and never had any issues before. But recently my wife took my 9 year old and 5 year old for haircuts. The Haircuts where fine, but my oldest son got ringworm on the back of the head, from either the cutting machine or the brush they used there. I ask my wife who cut his hair and she dont remember, only thing she remember was that the guy said he was from Ponce PR. Please if you go to this barber shop ask the barber to clean all the equipment very good before it starts cutting your son hair. Ring Worm is very contagious skin infection and it spread all over really fast. I hope with this review all the barber clean all there equipment before cutting anybody hair. Thanks

Last time I come here. Unfortunately the customer service is terrible they do not even acknowledge when you walk in and complain in Spanish about how they do not want any more customers for the evening yet they do not close in until 7pm and i arrived at 540. With no one waiting before me yet someone walked in after with no appointment and was still taken before me. One Barber tells the other get she was first and the Barber says what do you want me t.o do either I cut him or I am done Basically stating he did not want to cut me cause I am a women getting cut. Not my first time attempting to come here I figured I would give them the benefit of thr doubt that my last bad experience was isolated to that Barber but proven wrong by yet again terrible customer service.
