Bob and Tevan are amazing guys! My fiancé and I were stuck on 220 on our way to Alcova and his truck overheated. I had bad cell reception and tried to call the office but they couldn’t hear me with the bad reception so instead of forgetting about it, Bob texted me and asked if we needed help! Exceptional customer service. Great guys. Tevan got our truck home like a true pro and was a really nice guy! Thanks guys!

I was traveling through Casper to go snowmobiling and the truck broke down and had to get towed to a repair shop. Called him at 6:15 am and he was out with two trucks to pick up my truck and another for my trailer. When you are on the road towing companies and repair shops can really take advantage of you on price if they want. I think the price I paid was more than fair, actually less then I expected. I was happy to pay the bill. Service was top notch.

I called and they had my husbands car towed at exactly what time I had requested them to be there. The lady that did the towing had an awsome attitude. We recommende them to everyone

I would recommend this company to anyone needing a tow they went above and beyond they came from Casper to Rawlins to pick my wife’s car up and took her home after being rear ended in Rawlins I drive truck over the road and she was in Rawlins seeing me when this happens and a big thank you to Jack for coming out in not so good roads to get her and the car and taking her and the car back to Casper and dropping her off at home with are kids like I said above and beyond service thanks again great company and this pileup happens about 20 min after we left the TA in Rawlins again A++service for this tow company

Driving from South Dakota to Utah we Broke down in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. On the hook owner Bob saddled up on a Saturday afternoon to come out and save us. Bob was a wonderful guy so much so we enjoyed our unplanned ride in his nice clean truck. He was a genuine nice guy... a rare breed these days. The price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend On The Hook towing!!

Absolutely stellar. My son broke down west of Casper Wyoming, and through a series of difficult arrangements, these folks took my son and his van to Lander, 145 miles west. On time, flexible, polite, and professional. Brittany is a great gal!

We were passing through the area on a road trip, when our SUV broke down on the highway. Bob was our driver and showed up very quickly. He managed to load up our 4-wheel-drive SUV without any issues and allowed us to ride in the tow truck with him into town. He was accomodating to our two dogs we had with us as well. We had great conversations on the way to the car mechanic. Truck broke down, called these guys, took them 2+ hours to recover the truck as they were busy, guy dropped the truck where I wanted it and was generally pleasant.

I called them 4 days notice, hired another tow at the last minute. They were nice on the phone though

Had our pickup break down and the serviceman, Louis, came and got us at 0130 and took us to a hotel. After the sun came up that morning, we called him again and he towed us to Walmart and then home to Wheatland when our issue was too big for Walmart to handle. He was friendly and laid back, had no issue with my dog being along and we had a good experience with him and the company. Will recommend and (hopefully wont have to) call again!

They may be a decent tow company...but overpriced a vehicle that has many issues that are more than what the vehicle is worth. Refused to come down on the price. This was back in March... 0/10 would not recommend you buy a vehicle from.
