Called M.A.D. for tow service for a truck and trailer that broke down. The trip was 275 miles. The drivers (one per unit) showed up in under an hour. Were fast and professional. Friendly. The driver allowed my two bigger dogs to ride in the cab with us the entire way. That was huge to me! I would highly recommend M.A.D. I was happy with ever aspect of their service. Not to mention THEIR equipment is beautiful ❤️

Great towing company

My son was on a road he shouldn’t have been in Wyoming weather and got stuck. We left his vehicleovernight. I called MADD towing the next morning and within 1.5 hours they had him out. Very nice and professional. I also felt the price was fair. Thank you :)

They went and picked up my total pickup and were very nice to work with on letting me in to get my stuff out

Chris French went above and beyond to get us out of a tough situation! He was extremely efficient and got to us very quickly once he understood we had a diabetic with us. We also traded some hunting stories on the tow back to town. Good work Chris!!

I can not thank M.A.D. Transportation and Towing enough! I needed my vehicle pulled out from the snow and I had tried everything. When I called, a very nice lady immediately answered the phone on a Saturday and I had a tow driver within 15-20 minutes. I didn’t catch his name but he was so very kind and considerate. Not to sound dramatic but this company was there in my time of need. Driving through Wyoming we were hit by a hail storm that busted my windshield, destroyed a side mirror, and left about 10 dents. Trying to get to our hotel we then had a blowout. It was dark and we were on the side of the highway. Chris showed up with a smile and said I know youve had a rough night but, Im going to get you out of here as fast and safe as I can. That he did. We had our two dogs and tons of luggage. Chris dropped our car off at Firestine then helped us get our luggage onto the truck. He let our two dogs and both of us ride in his truck. He even offered to call hotels for us. The price we paid was more than fair. Excellent service by a wonderful company and fabulous man named Chris. Thank you for all your help!!!!!!

Great service even tho my car was burnt up after being stolen. After scratching n**ger on my mustang also in the middle of the night......m.a.d.was great though even on sat, their day off.

I hired M.A.D. Transportation and Towing back in October of 2019 to move a 40 foot semi trailer from Thermopolis, Wyoming to Wright, Wyoming. Mike Schaan the owner was very helpful and his price was very reasonable. His service was outstanding even during bad weather. Driver Mike Manning repaired some leaking hubs, aired up several low tires, and checked the lights without an additional charge. Mike Manning moved the trailer to M.A.D.s Casper yard. Driver Brandon Hartwell moved the trailer from Casper to Wright. I was amazed how Brandon effortlessly maneuvered my trailer into a tight parking area. I want to thank owner Mike, driver Mike, and driver Brandon for such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend M.A.D Transportation and Towing to anyone!

MY car completely wouldnt start while visiting Morad Dog Park. I called M.A.D. Towing at 625am and was told who I could expect to be there, the price, and what forms of payment were accepted. By 635am Cody called me to let me know he was two minutes away. He was very kind and shared advice on which shops he recommended as I am new to the area.Cody was able to get me into a shop a little before it was scheduled to open and I was on my way. Call these guys FIRST!My son was traveling home from college for xmas and lost a wheel just east of Casper. I called M.A.D. towing and the quickly dispached and retrieved my son and truck and delivered to a local repair shop. My son said driver was friendly and had a modern truck. I called back to the office to pay and was pleased that the tow bill was very reasonable. Great experience and helped get boy back home for xmas.

You cant go wrong with this place great prices outstanding service and the guy that works the crane on red truck hes a master with that he needs a rise.

Told they would.have a man out in about an hour to pull me out of a 4 ft. snow drift inside Casper city limits. He was there In 25 minutes and got a sensitive load moving. Cost was reasonable for the service.

These guys did an awesome job not only hauling in my F250, but hooking on my fifth wheel camper and setting my up at a local campground! So blessed they were recommended to me.

Broke down about 10 miles out if town. Kevin our driver went above and beyond to get the truck, camper and car trailer all hooked up, set up at a campground and truck to the dealership for repairs. He even brought my work gloves to me the next day that I accidentally left in the tow truck. Also very reasonably priced.

Mike saved our hunt to Wyoming by getting us back to Casper when our truck broke down out in nowhere. None of his drivers were around so he attended to us personally.Drove us to a motel and secured our belongings at his yard and only charged us a 2 hour tow. Thanks again

WE were broke down on the side of I25 Saturday 7/14/2018. Called M.A.D. because we had used them a couple of times in the past. Mike told me he would be there in about 55 minutes. He left hes supper and showed up to help us in about 45 minutes from the time I placed the call. Mike was extreamly professional and concerned. the first question he asked on the phone and again when he arrive was were we alright? Just showes the professionalism and care he gives his customers. I will not use any towing company but M.A.D.

Crooks. Try to charge 450.00 to go 16 miles to bring me diesel on the side of the road. Me my pregnate wife and 3 year old girl disrespectfully declined. Now I know why its called mad.

Well we got a cold snap coming up so if you have battery or tire problems among other issues will you please use mad transportation they treated me like family every time Ive used M and Ive used them for several years now
