Omg...the technician that came out was HORRIBLE!! They dont know their bugs, they dont know what to do and are just throwing poison at things hoping it sticks. Dont use these people...you will regret it!

I have a mouse infestation. I’m desperate to find solutions. I called at 8 and left a message to ask questions and get an inspection. At 9 I got a receptionist (?) who said a technician would call me. At noon I called again to follow up. She said he got my message and would call me. It’s almost 5, and I still have not received a call. He may be used to this but I am not. I know the risks of mice in the home. At a minimum, a courtesy return call would have been nice. Im now relying on my vet and friends. Does he not have a phone? Most of us do!

Never had a problem when Josh was there but have had a huge problem now very very disappointed

I called 2 times and was told he would call to make an appt which he never did.
