Giving 5 stars at this point. Greg was great and knowledgeable. He feels he got the wasps but reassured me he would return in a few days if they are still swarming around. There Wasp spray is much better than any of ours.

I called Best Pest Control because I found a blackwidow in my garage. They came highly recommended from their reviews on Google so I gave them a call. Alan came out and sprayed the very next day. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will absolutely use them in the future. Thanks again!

I just found out that I had termites in my home by a company in my area and they were telling I had to pay an outrageous amount of money to have my bug problem fixed. So I decided to call around and got a few cant be bothered with my questions companies till I found Best pest control. Not only did he answer all my questions he got a hold of his boss for me to see if he would be able to come down to my area to help me fix my problem. I was blown away by how hopefull and nice these guys where and to top it off they traveled 2 and a half hours to treat my house plus saved me $700 dollars that the other guys where going to over charge me because they are the only company in our immediate areas. These guys are amazing and got here on time and did an great job! 100% recommend these guys!

We are very happy with the first service day at the Ashland Fire Hall. Lance was punctual and very proficient with his work. He made an exterior inspection of the building first off, then worked out an interior placement plan for the bait boxes and finished off with a thorough spray down inside and out. Lance is quite professional and personable in the services provided. I detest any type of bug, crawling or flying. He was on time and quick to respond when I called for pest control. Lance interacted favorably with my puppy, she is overly friendly and a real nuisance at times. He was a true expert in spraying the premises, inside and out, as well as the garage. All is great after his departure, I found dead flies, creepy crawlers around the garage and home. Super job.

Called in the morning, Lance called back and scheduled an appointment, Jason showed up the same afternoon and sprayed our whole place for ants and spiders. And we have a pretty big yard. They even came inside and sprayed the foundation.Waiting to see the results.

We just had Allen Sosa come take care of some wasps nests and he was so amazing! He went above and beyond, got here fast the same day we called, found the nests and dug them out sprayed and dusted, and even took the time to look all around our home for nests we may not have seen. We were especially thankful for that because he found another one! I highly recommend Allen at Best Pest for your pest control needs!!

Had 2 squirrels get in our attic late afternoon on a Friday. Came out within 2 hrs of calling and set traps, found the hole, and made a game plan. What set them apart, especially Keenan, was he came back every few hours at our convenience to check the traps. By Sunday, he built us a contraption to catch them, on his own personal time. And a few other things he did to go above and beyond. Both squirrels were caught and released (somewhere else) humanely. He was very nice to my kids, dog, home and myself. Will always be calling here! Thank you Keenan!!

Allen was the man who did our home for spiders in the crawl space (typical wolf spiders) from Best Pest Control this am. Polite, service oriented, knowledgable, pleasant personality. He was thorough, didnt try to up-sell me, was efficient in job performance and pricing was reasonable. I was pleased and will have them back. I give them a solid 5!!

U had Robert come out to do our termite service. Only time will tell if it works fingers crossed. My only complaint is when he came back to fill the holes he didn’t take much time and didn’t leave it smooth at all. He could have wiped it flat with his scraper but seemed to be in a hurry. Said he would come back and clean it off and wash it so our house wouldn’t look junkie. Things kept happening for him and he finally came out yesterday afternoon. Tried using his shoe and a broom to smooth it off. After a week that didn’t work. He didn’t wash anything and outside doesn’t look good at all. Hoping if we pressure wash it some of it will look better. Disappointed in how it looks but hoping treatment works.Charlene atkinson

Ive called Best Pest Control several times over the years. They are prompt, courteous and are dressed professionally with the company name and logo on the vehicles and clothing. The service reports are received in a timely manner and treatment (if needed) is scheduled accordingly.

Wow! I guess if you have to have them do a re-spray they just stop communicating with you. All was well until I asked them to come out and re-spray my house. I tried calling after that to set up my next appt. couldn’t get anyone to answer and it didn’t go to voice mail. I left a message on their web page. They did get back to me and texted back and forth. Then he told me if I didn’t leave a message he couldn’t call back. That he got at least 70 calls a day. I told him the call wasn’t going to voice mail. That was pretty much the end of the conversation. He didn’t bother trying to call or offer to explore the situation just bumped me off their client list. I suppose they can afford to fire their clients if their employees fail to do the job properly. So if you want dependability I don’t think this is the company.

Terrific job! I recently asked them to spray an area for mosquitoes for a party and there was not one to be found the day of the event. In fact, there were very few flies, either. We were impressed by their work and the efficient response by Lance to my request for service. We also had them out at another time to help with a mouse infestation and the results have been wonderful. No sign or evidence of their existence has been found since Best Pest placed their repellent around our home and exterior.
